About: I’ve had many pets since I was young, rabbits, dogs, small rodents and hermit crabs. All have been taken care of in a loving home! About: I have always walked and house sat for friends and family members that have multiple dogs, cats, rabbits and more. I have my own dog for over a year, and had family animals for my whole life! I will follow your schedule and pets needs as you instruct. I am comfortable walking on a leash, letting out in a yard, bathing and giving medicine as needed. I am a stay at home mom looking to get out of the house and make a few extra bucks at this time so whatever your need is, I will be there! I will make sure to send photos when I get there and communicate through the entire time. About: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: - I require a meet and greet for all new clients before accepting bookings, I want to get to know you and your pets! - I schedule at LEAST a 15 minute buffer between all visits to provide timely, consistent and quality care, but it could be longer, can’t be too careful!! - Your pet’s health and safety always comes first. I will never take on anything I’m not fully confident handling or that I believe could be unsafe or unhealthy. - I also have to make sure I stay safe in every situation, because I can’t properly care for your pets if I’m not in a safe and healthy position myself! I have several years of dog and cat sitting experience and I am also a life long dog owner, which has given me a deep understanding of dog care and companionship. I’ve also had many years of cat care experience! I’m especially experienced with senior annimals and those who are sick or disabled, and I approach their care with patience, attentiveness, and compassion. I am also an AKC Certified dog groomer and completed four years of coursework in animal science and animal behavior. About: I worked for a dog grooming and care service through college. I am well versed in multiple variation of animal care, i have been trusted by bosses and friends/family to care for dogs. I also have had dogs all my life! I am a pretty flexible, if I am asked in advance I will likely be more than willing to move things around to meet the needs of the booking. I never walked my dogs without a leash even if I know the area. Two of my dogs are protective so I am well versed in situations with those adversities. I also have experience in meeting new dogs in a safe and respectful way or avoid other dogs if need.

She's been helpful with medication administration, and has provided individually tailored support to both my elderly dog, and younger pup with behavioral difficulties. The dogs have a history of scuffles, and Stephanie has been able to follow along with the complex safety plan that I have in place. I've had a previous sitter reject my rescue pup because the dog was too traumatized and anxious. Not Stephanie! She was really confident with my anxious dog and was patient, participating in multiple visits just to get to know her prior to taking on dog walking while I wasn't home. About: Hello! My name is Madeline and I am 29 years old. I live in a luxury building in Hackensack, NJ. This building is complete with a fenced-in play area for dogs, as well as multiple paths for walking! I live alone with my 5 year old mini golden doodle Miley. Miley gets along with all dogs of all sizes, and she loves to play, so she’s a great companion for your furry friend :) I’ve raised and trained Miley since she was a puppy, and before that, I helped raise 3 different family dogs of all ages. I work from home sometimes, and am always doing something with my dog when not at work! I am happy to entertain your dog at my home, or to take them for a drive to a dog park or local trail. I love all dogs and have always grown up around them, and will be sure to send many pictures updating you on our activities! I currently work full-time, so I am available for weekday evenings as well as weekends to watch your doggos and cats! If you have date nights or weekend getaway trips, I am available to come over to dog, cat, or house sit! If you need something during the day starting at 3:30, I can make that work too. I give my girl Miley a lot of attention. She has a lot of energy, so we love to play after work and on the weekends. Miley loves to go for long walks outside at the park, and also the dog park where she can play fetch off the leash and socialize with other dogs. Miley likes to grab whatever is on the ground and eat it, so I make sure to keep a very clean environment as well as always pay attention to what my dog is doing. Miley also loves the snow, so I always make sure to clean/wash her feet when we come inside.
