About: Hi! My name is Leah and I live with my Husband, Xavier and our dog Tucker. Xavier and I love annimals and have done lots of pet care over the years so we decided to get on Rover to help save for our wedding and have enjoyed it so much we don’t want to quit. We’ll spend quality time with your pets and love them them like their our own! We always start our day with a walk around the neighborhood or on the walking trail across the street where we get to see lots of local wildlife. If we are working, we’re rarely both gone at the same time and can be mostly flexible for drop in additional potty breaks, plus another walk in the evening. Of course if we’re off that day, we love to dedicate more time to play, walks and snuggles. Since we’re dog owners living in a townhome, daily walks are essential. However we also have a fenced in patio/yard space for urgent/quick potty breaks.

About: I've grown up with dogs, I've helped raise more than I can count. I love dogs of all sizes and will love yours too! I have three dogs, a kitten, and two kids who all love other dogs as well! I have home with a good sized fenced in yard that your baby can play in and we walk daily. I also have fostered over 80 animals for our local shelter and have loved every single one of them. Let us love your baby while you have to be away, they will be in great hands! I currently work in an office but I am able to work from home whenever I need to so I can be with your baby the entire time. I have a fenced in yard and will allow the dogs to run. If you would like I also go to the dog park frequently.

About: While I don’t have formal pet care experience, I have grown up with animals and have years of hands on experience caring for animals. Personally I grew up in a household that loves animals. I have done numerous doggy dates through Dorchester Paws, dog sat for neighbors, and regularly help friends with walking, feeding, and the daily care of their dogs. I’m comfortable with different breeds, sizes, and energy levels and I will treat every animal as if they were my own. I’m currently working part time (25 hours) and in school. I don’t have classes on Friday-Monday and my typical days off from work are Tuesdays and Wednesday. I typically work evening shifts getting off around 20:00 (8:00 pm). I can be flexible so we should be able to work something out. I am currently living in a college dorm so I don’t have any pets living with me currently. I enjoy taking dogs on walks, playing with animals, and giving them plenty of scratches and belly rubs.

About: I joined Rover a few years ago and it has turned out to be one of the most fun and rewarding experiences yet. Along the way, I’ve made some pretty wonderful friends — both human and furry — and many of those furry friends have become repeat guests who now feel like part of our extended family. And then there’s Henrietta. She is absolutely THRILLED every time a Rover friend comes through the door. As far as she’s concerned, every new guest is just another best friend she hasn’t met yet. At our house, your dog isn’t just being “watched”, they’re joining us for the fun! We stay active, enjoy plenty of playtime and attention, and when it’s a good fit for everyone, we may even head out for a little day trip or adventure. There are lots of treats, plenty of love, belly rubs, cozy naps, and probably a little spoiling too. My goal is for your dog to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and genuinely happy while they’re here. But I also know that every dog is their own individual. Some are ready to party the moment they walk through the door, while others need a little time to settle in. Some want to be your shadow, while others are happiest doing their own thing. I respect each dog’s personality, routine, comfort level, and needs, and I let them settle in at their own pace. One of my favorite things about Rover has been watching the relationships grow. Getting to know a dog’s little quirks, seeing their excitement when they come back, and hearing from their humans afterward makes the experience even more worthwhile. I am currently working part time and am able to make my own schedule. My availability can be structured around your and your pet’s needs. I’m experienced in caring for senior dogs and am comfortable providing extra support when needed. I can administer medications, including injections, according to your veterinarian’s instructions.
