Shirley and Leonardo were the complete opposite. They kept me updated, made sure Sombra was comfortable, and gave him excellent care. About: I've personally had cats since I was 5 years old and have loved every minute of my time with them. As a pet parent I have had most of our cats from kittenhood all the way through their elder years. Our current kitty kiddos are two boys, Kylo Ren and Loki... and they definitely live up to their names. “WOW, Missy is one of the best sitters here on River, hands down. My sweet kitty Louie doesn’t travel well and is better being left at home, so we had to leave him for Thanksgiving. Missy gave Louie the time and attention he needed, and was very gentle and warm with him. She played with him, made sure his litter box was clean, monitored his water, and gave him plenty of pets. She was communicative and gave the best updates, noting Louie’s little quirks. Also as a note, on her way out she found a lost dog in our neighborhood and literally took her to check her microchip and also proceeded to put up flyers. You can tell Missy is a big animal lover and has a big heart. We’d love to have her watch Louie and his brother any time we are out of town again, and couldn’t recommend her enough!”

About: I’ve had a dog ever since I was 5 and successfully raised 3 dogs from puppyhood to senior status. Furthermore, I have extensive experience working with cats with complex needs and disabilities. I’ve been professionally pet sitting since I was 12 and have done drop ins, in my home and overnighters for several years. I also use to work for a dog boarding and grooming (Spoil Em Rotten). So if you want your pup to be pampered I can offer additional services. I do work full-time M-F 9am-4:30pm (Remote 2-3 days a week). My routine in the mornings is to feed, walk and play with kiddos before I start/leave for work. And then in the evening we go for a longer walk if weather permits, eat and snuggle on the couch and watch a movie. My weekends are fairly mellow with at least two daily walks and free run in the backyard. In my home I would work to address the needs of the pet and any safety measures that may need to be taken. Any dogs brought to my home would have free roam of the house when myself or my husband is home and can supervised. Your dogs would be welcomed to play mine and they would be treated like my own. If yours is a puppy or under the age of one would be crated while we are away, asleep or unable to supervise. We do request all pups come with their own crate if requested, we only crate older pups when we are away for their own safety. Only under some circumstances do we leave a pup out or uncrated while away. Owner should provide food bowls, leash and collar, food (bring extra if you are flying), any medication, anything that helps keep your fur baby calm and crate if requested.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was born. I was raised with a dog trainer as a mother, and that’s how I ended up being an animal lover. I have a Bachelors in Equine Studies, and had horses until I moved to South Carolina. I am a dog groomer full time and have five fur babies of my own at home. Dogs are pretty much my whole life and I love to take care of them any age, training or special needs they may have. My husband is allergic to cats so I can’t have any home but would love to get my fill helping take care of yours! I do work full time but can be as flexible as possible for your fur kids needs! If your pup needs to walk alone and can be reactive I have plenty on experience with it. About: My husband and I just moved here from Texas with our sweet 8 month old and two cats (they get along great with dogs). I go back to the University of South Carolina starting in August but I come home often and am very willing to keep in contact regarding my availability which will be Friday- Monday for certain. I have a fenced in yard with two very sweet dogs. I have a male miniature golden doodle and a female cocker spaniel. My golden doodle is neutered. I have 4 cats as well but only 2 of them come downstairs and are very sweet as well. I have a crate free home but I can crate your pup if requested. About: I have been taking care of a variety of dogs since I was 4 or so. I grew up with dogs (cats and birds included) so I learned at a young age how to feed, bathe and walk dogs. I started off with 2 Yorkshire Terriers and worked my way up to Bandogs. I do work full time but my job hours are weird and I’d only be unavailable for 6 hrs in a day. Other than that I’m free any and everyday. I live in a two story home with a fenced in backyard. My furbabies are very friendly and love having new furry friends to play with coming over. “I have a home surveillance camera but I never have to worry and watch it, because I KNOW Anais is going to show up and be there for my dog. My dog is my pride and joy, so to see how happy he gets when she comes over melts my heart. I try to not watch the camera but if I accidentally do, I witness the most precious moments. Anais is the person who bakes cookies and leaves them for you to eat when you get home from work. “Shirley and Leonardo took great care of Sombra. He was very happy, and he ate well during his stay. I am always concerned about where I leave Sombra when I need someone to care for him. Until now, I only trusted family because of the terrible and traumatic experience he had at a boarding facility on Nexton Parkway Boulevard, where he didn’t eat, lost a lot of weight, and was very sad. Shirley and Leonardo were the complete opposite. They kept me updated, made sure Sombra was comfortable, and gave him excellent care. “What a blessing it was for us to find Saffron. Days before our Thanksgiving vacation we were stuck without a sitter for our boy Levi. I decided to give Rover a try and found Saffron. Within a couple days we did a meet and greet and she brought Fiona and Shrek to meet Levi and they all got along wonderfully! “Juno seemed to do well there! It was a last minute booking and she saved us! Taylor had 3 other dogs, which we tend to choose no dogs when we book, but she said she would do it easily. Keep the dogs separate and give them all love! She was walked quite a bit, which is great. I’ve have given 5 stars if she had been in more consistent communication throughout the stay. It was Thanksgiving weekend, so it was a busy time. I’d recommend Taylor for sure!”
