About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 10 years and have experience with both large and small breeds. About: My family has had cats, dogs, rabbits, and horses for almost my entire life. I have grown up around pets and have tremendous love for all of them. I have taken my Australian Shepherd to puppy school and learned from a professional how to handle him, and we have owned various breeds of dogs and cats. My mom and I captured, neutered, and re-homed feral cats that had wandered into our old property. Now, I own one of those (not-so-feral-anymore) cats, Jade, and a foster fail, Gia, along with my dog Ozzie. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
