Susan has been great with my dogs. Punctual and dependable

I am a dog walker/pet sitter myself & the experience I had yesterday was beyond unacceptable. I booked two visits for 8/21 & Susan was excessively late to both & did not communicate. She was 42 minutes late to the first one and an hour 27 minutes late to the second one. I had to text her to remind her regarding their bedtime. Absolutely unacceptable. If i would’ve never reached out, my dog would not have went out for the night. I have never left my animals before and i will NEVER do this again. I have spent my vacation worrying regarding if she is going to show up & hours on the phone with Rover regarding the blatant unprofessionalism and tardiness. Furthermore, on the visit she was an hour & 27 minutes late to, she stayed for less than 10 minutes when she was hired for 30 minutes. The least she could have done after being nearly an hour & a half late was stay the entire visit that i paid for. Before this, i had reservations about booking her because she asked what race my neighbors are during the meet & greet. I should’ve canceled then & there. I had to scramble while i am states away to find other petcare. Now i have to deal with Rover support in order to get a refund.

Susan is absolutely Fantastic! She is very reliable and exceeds all expectations every time she has done drop in visits for dog Sadie. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Susan did a phenomenal job caring for our dog and our home. She was on time for everything and has great communication skills. I would recommend her to anyone. We will definitely be reaching out to Susan again to care for our dog.

Susan took good care of Simba and followed his routine well. She was patient with him and made an effort to understand his personality, which I really appreciated since he can take some time to warm up to new people. Overall, it was a good experience and a good match for his needs.
