About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was young, helping family and friends whenever they traveled or had busy schedules. Whether it was just for the day or a few weeks, I’ve always loved making sure their pups felt safe, happy, and well cared for. A couple of years ago, I had the incredibly rewarding experience of fostering a rescue dog here on the island—and that’s when I decided to take my passion for pet care more seriously. When my neighbor had to move away, I stepped in to care for her pup and eventually found her a loving forever home. Caring for dogs is something I genuinely love and take pride in. I have a very flexible schedule this summer while I’m on break from school, which allows me to spend plenty of quality time with your pup! I'm available for frequent check-ins, walks, and extended stays to make sure your dog is well cared for. While I’m currently exploring a part-time job on the side, pet care is a top priority, and I remain very open and committed to my availability. I live up in the valleys with plenty of other furry friend owners! It is a calm area with a super friendly community! I also have a little yard they can use for quick potty breaks.
About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. Growing up, my family always had dogs, and when I was a teenager, my aunt trusted me to care for her dog — feeding her, taking her on long walks, and learning how to understand each dog’s personality and needs. That experience started my lifelong passion for caring for animals. Over the years, friends and family often asked me to look after their pets, and two years ago I began dog walking professionally in New York. I regularly walked three dogs, two of whom I often took together for energetic walks in the woods where they could run, play, and explore safely. I’ve also done dog and house sitting, which included feeding, daily walks, playtime, and short training sessions to keep dogs active and happy but also included care of the house when owners enjoyed their vacation. I truly enjoy spending time with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and I always make sure each one feels safe, loved, and cared for as if they were my own. My schedule is very flexible! I work remotely most of the time, which allows me to adjust my day easily to fit in walks or drop-in visits. I’m available most hours throughout the day and can help whenever your dog needs some company, exercise, or care. I live in a spacious apartment with a large lanai where pets have plenty of room to relax and enjoy fresh air safely. I share my home with two roommates — both are pet lovers — and we also have two friendly cats who are used to being around other animals. It’s a calm, pet-friendly space where your dog will feel comfortable and cared for.
“Kathleen exceeded our expectations while house sitting and watching my pets. She went above and beyond to ensure that my home was better than I left it when I left for vacation. Kathleen sent updates, and was very easy to communicate with. We had a flight delay and I texted Kathleen to ask her if she could let my dogs out late in the evening as we would not be home until much later than planned, she responded with a very prompt and friendly “no problem” which made my situation a lot easier. Thank you again Kathleen! We will definitely be hiring you again!”
“Ashley did a wonderful job taking care of our pup and house while we were gone. Our pup needed some extra care after having surgery and she did an excellent job administering her meds and giving her the care she needed. Thanks Ashley!”

“It's hard trusting a stranger with your fur babies but Ryan did a wonderful job and made us feel safe to leave them! She took care of our home and 2 dogs and we absolutely will be booking our dogs for a month with her because we trust her completely! Thank you!”
