About: Hi, I’m Jess! I have had a love for fur babies since I was born. As a high school student (many moons ago) I would dog/house sit for various families. I have my own 6 year old Treeing Walker Coonhound who unfortunately has to live apart from me until I can find a pet friendly apartment so I wanted to offer all the pets/loving/and walks to your doggos!! I only work 4 days a week. My job is overnight for 3 of my shifts so I am available all day to walk and spend time with your fur babies! I have never lived without an animal so I understand the needs of releasing energy and getting plenty of exercise. At this time I can only offer services outsides of my home. I am a 35 year old professional just trying to help out and get walks in with dogs. I am very diligent when it comes to the safety of dogs around other dogs and make sure proper communication between humans happens. I never allow a dog to roam off leash unless instructed otherwise by owners (at home, never on walks). I believe the longer the care list left by the dog/cats human the better so I can take care of everything as close to the pets normal routine as possible! I also would like to point out that we are quickly coming to tick season and I will happily spend time at the end of each walk “tick checking” your fur baby! I know how scary run ins with those little buggers can be.

About: I’ve owned and cared for my own pets since I was 10. Taking care of animals is my main passion. I used to work at a dog boarding kennel and was in the FFA at the career tech center for a year in high school, where I raised baby sheep and grew chickens. I am currently studying to be a zoologist where I hope to go into a career of taking care of animals! I own many pets myself, so I care for them daily and once a week I do a deep clean of all their cages, tanks and enclosures. Caring for animals is part of my daily life routine. I am attentive and have always been good at understanding what animals need/ want. I will never leave ur pets side unless they want alone time. I can play for hours with your puppy or just sit and cuddle your cat or dog. I really enjoy being around animals so it’s a treat just to meet new furry friends.

About: Throughout grade school and parts of college, I always looked after my neighbors pets, kids, and homes. In addition, I grew up and around hunting dogs and in college I occasionally cared for a classmate’s diabetic cat. To this day I help out friends with their pets and homes. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a teenager. My mom is a dog groomer, and I've always loved being around animals. I volunteered at animal shelters while living in South Korea. I have a goal of 15,000 steps a day, so dog walking is really the perfect job for me. I just moved back to the United States after 15 years living overseas. I'm currently just readjusting to life in America and looking for a fun, stress-free job. I will not be taking care of pets in my home. I have two cats and they do not like dogs. I also live in a small apartment.

About: I retired from teaching in 2023 and moved to TC in June 2024. While living in Grand Rapids, I had 12 families that consistently hired me for overnight stays for their cats and dogs, anywhere from one night to up to two weeks. I love my new home, but am missing my dog snuggles as I'm not allowed to have pets at my condo :-( I would love a chance to snuggle your fur babies, take them on walks, and play with them. I work in the wine industry so my work day starts at 10:30am and ends at 5:30pm during the week and 6pm on Fridays/Saturdays, with Mondays and Tuesdays off. With that schedule I'm able to stay with your pups at your place, take them for for morning walks, and also walks in the evening. Of course there will be lots of loving in the evenings to make up for my time away. I have also worked with pups that have special needs (dietary, physical limitations, and more) I'm also able to do drop-in service and/or walks before or after work if you don't need a house sitter. I'd love to meet your pup/cat prior to my first time staying with them so that we can have a proper introduction and I can ask questions to ensure they have the best care while you're away. Since the passing of my pup Ruby in 2021, I have found pet sitting as a great way to help others while also giving me a chance to love on others' pets. If your pups (and cats) are needing someone to play with, go on walks, or just snuggle with, I'm your person! I am currently an owner of 1 Goldendoodle he is 3 years old super high-energy and a great demeanor. I have an extremely flexible schedule for day and some evening pet care and walks. I currently run a business from home and part-time hours outside of the house for scheduled appointments. Pet care is a great fit for my schedule as I am flexible and can set my our hours. About: I’ve own and loved dogs and cats my whole life, there’s nothing more I have joy in doing then being with dogs. It’s a man or women best friend I love to help them, take care of them, and love them(ofc treats). I’m currently in school at traverse city central highschool but I usally can find time on weekdays to walk dogs or stop by! I’m free a good amount of time to take dogs on walks! At my home I have a fenced yard 1 dog (Mighty) and 1 cat (Oopsey). I usally enjoy taking Mighty up to the park or going on a walk at Mt Holiday as long as I’m outside with a dog I’m having a good time!
