About: Hello! I'm a school teacher in TC who loves animals and enjoys making extra money on the side. For the last 10 years (San Diego) I bounced between 5 different families. In all of those situations I house sat as I took care of the dogs. I'm known for leaving the house very clean and the dogs well cared for. I'm very reliable and responsible. During work weeks I'd be away from your home from 8:00ish tiI 4:15ish. When I'm dog sitting the dogs and your home are always a priority. Keep in my my work hours as a teacher. Plenty of time for early morning and late afternoon walks and attention during work weeks. I always ask the clients to leave details on the ins and outs of their animals. If possible, I stop over beforehand to meet you and your pets. I'e been pet sitting for a long time and am very flexible to the style and type of dog or family.
“She did a great with my little pack. They are all very unique personalities and she seemed really comfortable working with all of them. She also kept us updated and provided pictures which I really appreciated. Will definitely be working with her again!”

About: I’ve grown up with and have had to take care of all kinds of pets ranging from chickens to dogs. My expertise is with dogs and cats because chickens don’t really listen to me. I am open to any of your needs like walking or sitting. I am in school but my schedule is still very flexible and can work with you around it. I’m have not trained puppies but i’m sure there’s a youtube video somewhere out there. I’m currently enrolled at Legacy Aviation Learning Center. I am in school from 7:00am-2:30pm. I have a lunch break at 10:50-11:40 and am open to walking then. I am also free on the weekends. I am unable to care for pets at my home because it is a pet free apartment unfortunately. Rover wants 7 more words but I don’t have anything to say.
“payton was awesome! my spouse & i recently moved and were looking for a pet sitter to watch our girls for a wedding we knew we had a week after the move and we’re so grateful we found payton! our pup loved her and we were able to have fun at the wedding knowing they were in good hands. we’ll absolutely be reaching out to payton for future sits and i’d recommend you do too if you’re looking for a kind, responsible, and pet loving sitter in the TC area - thank you payton!”

“Asia is wonderful! I contacted her for a short home stay to watch our 2 cats and 2 dogs. You can tell how much she loves animals - the whole zoo was immediately comfortable with her and she asked great questions about everyone’s preferences and quirks. She was communicative, sent updates, and took great care of both the animals and our home. I would recommend Asia and will be using her for future sitting needs!”

“I met with Virginia at a coffee shop and discussed her booking. She seemed to almost immediately become a friend. My WIliam took to her almost immediately also. She is mindful about canine behavior, able to give medications if needed, and a great communicator while you can't be home with your loved one. She noteably leaves your home better than what she recieves it- no pressure to her XD. It just was that way for her time at our home. I am thankful to have found Virginia, and feel you will be too.”

“We are always pleased to have Jacque stay with our Sage! She has great, prompt communication and very respectful of the home, we have and will continue to book with her! Thanks Jacque:)”

About: As a dog owner and sitter, I have had years of experience with dogs of different ages. I have learned to work with their different traits, routines, and personalities when caring for numerous dogs. Returning and new clients have appreciated my photo updates with their pup and can rely on me communicating clearly. As a college student I often have the mornings and evenings open as I tend to have classes in the evening. My schedule frequently changes so I often communicate when I am busy. But I usually have pet owners communicate a time they would like me to pet sit and I try to clear up my schedule. I also can work with last minute requests as well as I know life can be hectic. I ensure safety, communication, and a comfortable environment for your furry friends. When caring for pets in their home, I ensure to follow routines that pet parents write out for me, along with giving them picture updates of their pets.

About: I’m easy to talk to and flexible with my availability. I understand life happens and you may need care suddenly or cancel care unexpectedly. I can walk and feed 2-3 times/day. I have experience administering medicine to senior and puppy dogs. I have been a dog owner to a corgi who lived a happy 16 years and more recently to a pitbull mix puppy. I can handle various food preparations, energy levels and routines. Since moving to Michigan, I have 5 years experience dog sitting for 4 families in Traverse City during holiday breaks, weekend overnights, and unexpected potty breaks. I keep houses very clean and tidy anytime I stay overnight. I send daily pics of their animals, communicate clearly everyday that I spend with their fur babies, and respond quickly. I have a degree in Sociology, Multiple subjects K-8 Teaching credential from California and Michigan, 12 units of art from community colleges, and 20 years experience working with children and animals. I used to only be available for holiday breaks and weekends while teaching but I have recently been open to anytime to set my own schedule. Since I do have a puppy, I would ideally have a set weekly or daily routine with you so I could take care of my dog in between. I am open to what your needs would be first. I can crate train, feed, walk, replenish water, play, socialize, train with treats and administer medicine when needed in your home. My apartment building only allows my pet so I can't offer boarding at the moment.

Katherine was terrific! We needed a weekend sitter for our three high-maintenance pups, and Katherine made it a worry-free stay. She was communicative, punctual, and very responsive, and sent us photos and updates throughout the weekend. It was clear that the dogs were comfortable and enjoying her company! We returned home to a well-cared for house and three happy dogs. 🐾 I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Katherine again in the future!

I booked Charlee with very short notice. Which isn’t something I would normally due for her sake or mine. However I was in a pinch and Charlee really came to the rescue. On top of that I instantly felt comfortable with her and most importantly my pups loved her. She went above and beyond. I would definitely use her services again!

Asia did a fantastic job! Aengus was taken care of with a lot of love and care. I received text and pictures every morning and every evening I always knew that he was happy and enjoying his time with Asia. She followed all instructions to the T and my house was in perfect condition when I came home. She even did her own sheets, which I did not expect her to do. I would be very happy to employ her services again I recommend her highly!
