“Mackintosh is a very attentive sitter, adjusting and accommodating when my cats decide they don't want to eat that or don't want to eat there today and giving them extra play time when they seem particularly rambunctious. My apartment is always clean when I return, and the litter boxes have been scooped, which is great when I'm arriving back in late after a long flight. I have cameras to peek in on the cats now and then when I get anxious or miss them, but I never truly worry about them with Mackintosh checking in.”

“Breezy goes above and beyond for our Buddy boy! She always communicates when she is ever running late, which I appreciate soo much. Our boy is always so happy when we come home because she takes such good care of him. Thank you again, Breezy, for your love and dedication.”

“Rebekah was great! She let our boys out and made sure they ate and went potty. She also played with them and tired them out! Rebekah was flexible and easy to work with and we will definitely be using her services in the future!”

“Christine is very timely and great at communicating and has done an excellent job with regular drop ins for both my dogs. I highly recommend her!!”

“Cassie took great care of our 3 cats!! The 2 kittens have not been around anyone but us so she was very patient and took the time to make them comfortable with her. She sent videos of them and their daily progress and they were very happy with her petting them and playing with them. I highly recommend Cassie caring for your fur babies!”

“Kara had clearly worked with dogs before, and wasn't phased by the hyper, energetic ball of fur that is our dog. It was nice to know we'd be leaving him with someone who knew how to handle his energy while continuing with the commands, training, etc. we'd been working with him on.”

“Paigg was incredible with our nervous boy! I was a nervous wreck leaving our dog alone in a new place (classic dog mom), and I truly can’t describe how much Paigg put our worries at ease. We were able to enjoy our day because of her :) Highly recommend this sitter. Thanks, Paigg!”

“Lisa rocks! She went about and beyond to make sure our baby had everything he needed while we were gone. Thank you so much for your care and help!”

“Ally loves my baby girl just like I do. She is always so communicative and takes tons of beautiful photos. Always come home to a fed and watered kitty. Repeat customer and I would not hesitate to reccommend her.”

About: With over 15 years of experience caring for dogs and cats—and 5 years of house and pet sitting through personal networks—I’ve found true joy in this work. Whether I’m walking your dog, stopping by for a drop-in visit, or staying in your home, I provide thoughtful, dependable care that keeps your pets feeling secure and loved. I’m highly reliable and only take on bookings I know I can fully commit to—your pet’s well-being is my top priority. I’m nurturing and respectful, and I love being active and playful with animals when it suits their personality. I treat every pet like a cherished family member and strive to make their routines feel calm, familiar, and happy while you’re away. I’m currently looking unemployed so pet care will be a significant part of my weekly routine. I’m excited about the opportunity to make watching your pet my top priority. I only offer pet care services in the client’s home, because I believe pets feel most secure and comfortable in their own familiar environment. I care for each pet with the same attention and respect I would give my own—whether it’s following a specific routine, administering medication, going for energizing walks, or providing gentle companionship. I take the time to understand each pet’s needs and personality so I can offer care that’s consistent, calm, and tailored. I also only accept bookings I know I can fully commit to, so you can count on me to be reliable, present, and fully focused on your pet’s well-being.

About: I have had pets all my life, I have house, pet and plant sat for 18 years now. I have a lot of experience with senior dogs and cats. Medications are no problem. I enjoy walks just as much as the dogs! I typically travel through a house and pet sitting site. I love it so much I thought I would make it my job! My schedule is flexible. I care for pets in their own homes. Rover insists you start out boarding in the sitters home but I do not offer this service. I pet sit in the clients home only. Thanks :)

“Megan was awesome. My dog is a little skittish but Megan was very patient and got her out and fed. Will definitely use Megan again when in TC.”

18. Samantha E.
“I have cats, BUT I've watched Sammi (Samantha) with her own dog Gracie, and she's phenomenal with her, taking her for walks, working with her to be the best pup she can be. Sammi anticipates Gracie's actions and adjusts her own words and movements accordingly. Sammi uses positive reinforcement with animals. She has a quiet, calm, and positive nature that is reflected in the critters she works with.”

19. Jill B.
“Jill has a huge heart for loving animals. She has rescued several animals that otherwise wouldn't have been adopted at all, because of a physical condition, or age. She talks about her animals all the time, takes photos of them, even sends them video messages when she is away from them. Jill would be an excellent person to choose to care for your pet because of the love she shows her own pets, and any pet she comes in contact with. She understands that some animals are shy and they need time to approach her on their own; she NEVER invades space or makes an animal uncomfortable. She respects all pets and is very thorough in her care of them. And the pets all love her! She has a calming presence that the animals can sense. Jill is perfect to care for your animals!!!”

20. Jared W.
“Jared has watched our animals (dogs & cats) for several years. He is extremely dependable, loves the animals and he is the only person we trust with them. Jared has had to go way above and beyond any expectations a couple of times. It is hard to leave our pets but knowing that Jared is there makes it so much less stressful, we know that they are in trustworthy and loving care!”
