I am currently without a pet, so I care for my backyard squirrels, birds, and chipmunks. I am retired with lots of time, energy, and love to care for your dear pet. I love to walk and hike, live close to the TART trail, and would enjoy the company of a furry friend. Walking trails are just outside my door, and I have space for crates and your furry friend's toys or their own special bed and blanket if preferred for their care and comfort.

About: Hello, and welcome to the Pup's Place, your dog's home when you're away from home. I have experience in dog walking and sitting, whether it be at your place or mine. My experience lies primarily with small and medium sized breeds but I can provide care for large breeds (40-100 lbs). I'll be honest, I joined Rover as a way to experience all the joys that a dog brings in life after losing my best friend who lived to 21 years old. I'm not ready to get another dog so I hope that caring for yours as I have cared for mine all her life can fill the hole inside my heart, as well as put you at ease knowing your dog is receiving the utmost love and care we both know they deserve. As for availability, I work full time midnight shifts (7pm-7:30am) at the hospital, 3 days a week. I can work around my schedule to meet your needs. I've cared for sick and aging pets before, and follow vet instructions to a T. In the past I've helped a family friend's labradoodle learn to walk appropriately on a leash after attending puppy school with my own dog. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
