“I met with Virginia at a coffee shop and discussed her booking. She seemed to almost immediately become a friend. My WIliam took to her almost immediately also. She is mindful about canine behavior, able to give medications if needed, and a great communicator while you can't be home with your loved one. She noteably leaves your home better than what she recieves it- no pressure to her XD. It just was that way for her time at our home. I am thankful to have found Virginia, and feel you will be too.”
“We had a great experience with Lorena. We needed someone last minute for an overnight stay, and she was incredibly responsive and easy to coordinate with. Communication was prompt and clear from start to finish, which gave us peace of mind. She kept us up to date during the stay which was much appreciated.”

About: I’m easy to talk to and flexible with my availability. I understand life happens and you may need care suddenly or cancel care unexpectedly. I can walk and feed 2-3 times/day. I have experience administering medicine to senior and puppy dogs. I have been a dog owner to a corgi who lived a happy 16 years and more recently to a pitbull mix puppy. I can handle various food preparations, energy levels and routines. Since moving to Michigan, I have 5 years experience dog sitting for 4 families in Traverse City during holiday breaks, weekend overnights, and unexpected potty breaks. I keep houses very clean and tidy anytime I stay overnight. I send daily pics of their animals, communicate clearly everyday that I spend with their fur babies, and respond quickly. I have a degree in Sociology, Multiple subjects K-8 Teaching credential from California and Michigan, 12 units of art from community colleges, and 20 years experience working with children and animals. I used to only be available for holiday breaks and weekends while teaching but I have recently been open to anytime to set my own schedule. Since I do have a puppy, I would ideally have a set weekly or daily routine with you so I could take care of my dog in between. I am open to what your needs would be first. I can crate train, feed, walk, replenish water, play, socialize, train with treats and administer medicine when needed in your home. My apartment building only allows my pet so I can't offer boarding at the moment.
“Kris was wonderful! Our 2 Corgis seemed to love having him stay with them, and were very happy to see us when we got home. They seemed excited but not anxious or clingy when we got back, which means they had a great time. Communication was good, got some photos and updates, and Kris answered any questions we had about how they were doing very openly. Our cat also opened up to him and bonded with him which is bonus! Would definitely recommend he watch your kiddos 😎”

About: I’m a reliable and easygoing dog and cat sitter who really enjoys being around animals. I’ve had both dogs and cats for over 10 years, so I’m comfortable with their different needs and personalities. I also have caregiving experience, which has helped me become patient, responsible, and good at paying attention to details. I like staying active, so I’m always happy to take dogs on walks and play with them, and I make sure cats feel comfortable and relaxed too. I follow instructions closely and keep good communication so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands. My schedule fluctuates daily, so I’m flexible with same-day appointments. I’ll do my utmost to accommodate your pets on any day of the week! I provide my dog with daily walks and administer medication and schedule vet visits as needed. My cat receives additional playtime with me, but if she shows signs of detachment, it’s important to respect her personal space.
About: I used to work at a vet clinic, so I am good with emergencies and handling special instructions. I am professional, organized, communicative and trustworthy. I work from home 99% of the time, so my schedule is extremely flexible and I’ll hang out with your pets as long as needed. What you say goes and you know what is best for your pet, so tell me what you need and I’ll happily make it happen.

“Regan did an amazing job with our three dogs. She was super friendly and professional angle kept us in the loop while we were away. We will DEFINITELY be hiring Regan again!”

“Had a great experience with Dave watching my senior pup while I was on a work trip. He was very clear on his schedule and the attention he'd give my dog. He sent frequent updates and sent a bunch of pictures. Everything went great and I came home to a happy dog.”

“This is the second time Michelle has stayed with our two pups and we came home to two happy, well-cared for pets and a spotless home. It is very nice to have a dependable sitter and sets my mind at ease while away from home!”

“Going away for the holidays was so much more peaceful knowing our little funny farm of furry friends were well taken care of. Heather is so in tune to the personalities and needs of each pet, and she was awesome! She went above and beyond for us! Thanks, Heather!!”

I am open to any of your needs like walking or sitting. I am in school but my schedule is still very flexible and can work with you around it. I’m have not trained puppies but i’m sure there’s a youtube video somewhere out there. I’m currently enrolled at Legacy Aviation Learning Center. I am in school from 7:00am-2:30pm. I have a lunch break at 10:50-11:40 and am open to walking then. I am also free on the weekends. I am unable to care for pets at my home because it is a pet free apartment unfortunately. Rover wants 7 more words but I don’t have anything to say.
About: I have had pets of my own for the past 38 years, since I was 12 years old. I also have a degree in biology and chemistry and have worked in animal hospitals and zoos. My husband, Scott, has had pets all his life. We treat our pets with the love and care that family members deserve, and we take our responsibility to them very seriously. Currently, we have a 2 year old black lab who absolutely loves all other animals, and a 14 year old cat who mostly sleeps in quiet, dark places. Our dog, Rosie, is always looking for new friends and is very submissive with them. She just wants to play and snuggle! Our children are grown and help with the care of them. Our house is full of pet lovers! We are very active and love to go for hikes, and we always keep dogs on their leash on the trails. We're happy to take your doggy to the dog park, as well, if you request it. You can have total peace of mind while your pup stays with us! I currently work part time and Scott, my husband, is a teacher and has summers off. I'm home a lot during the entire year, and we're both home on weekends. We have a fenced in backyard for running around and playing fetch. We have a large house and a fenced in yard where our dog, Rosie, loves to run around or playing fetch with us. We regularly go for walks in the neighborhood and hikes in the woods or on the beach. We love to take Rosie to the dog park, but will skip it if you're not comfortable with it. Scott is a teacher and has weekends and all summer free. Stephanie works part time, mostly from home and is at home most of the time during the week and is also available weekends. We have a large fenced yard and a wonderful Labrador retriever to keep your fur baby happy! We love giving dogs love and attention! We also love to take walks if that is something your dog enjoys.
“Katherine was a fabulous dog and house sitter! She arrived on time, she made sure to understand my puppy's routine and needs, and she sent pictures and updates throughout her stay. My house was clean and my puppy loved her! I was able to completely relax and enjoy my vacation because I knew Katherine was taking care of Gigi. I will definitely hire again!”

“Maggie was a great sitter! She stayed in touch and sent photos of our pets while we were away for two weeks which was much appreciated. She took great care of them and our home while we were gone. Would absolutely recommend her to others!”

“Grace is an excellent sitter! This is the second time she has watched my pets, Edmund and Zelda. Grace sends pet updates throughout my trip, and is very engaging. I would give her 10 stars if I could!”
