Availability
I’m a full-time teacher, so if you’re booking during the summer my availability is pretty widely open to meet your pets needs. If it’s during the school year, the weekends are there for loving your pet.

Safety, trust & environment
I love to walk and exercise and am happy to take your dog for long walks as needed. Alternatively if they’re at my house, they can play with our Bernese Mountain Dog in the backyard for endless hours! Our yard is fenced in and the gates are always locked.

Information Kristen G. would like to know about your pet
Let me know about medications, special dietary routines, and any behavioral concerns you may have. I also need to know about dog reactivity beforehand so I can prepare our walks appropriately. Any boarding situation needs to do a meet and greet with my Bernese Mountain Dog and must be friendly with children. Boarding is not appropriate for dogs with unknown experience around children. Excited and hyper is completely understandable! Daycare situations are dependent on the length of stay being requested. Longer than 5 hours requires a meet and greet beforehand. Dogs that do not like cats are fine as ours can stay in the basement, however that does need to be communicated.
A typical day
I love the outdoors and love to spend time with dogs in that setting. Cats will either want the snuggles that I feel give or want their space, either way I’m still largely a cat person too!

Pet care experience
I have grown up with both cats and dogs, and then when I was able to I had two large breeds of my own for many years. Currently, we have a 2-yr old Bernese mountain dog and an older cat at home. I’m a teacher with a very open availability during summer and would love to fill it with taking care of your dogs - any breed but happy to provide confidence for high energy larger breeds.

Great communication and took care of our babies like her own. Will definitely book again when we travel!

Our dogs are a handful and Kristen was amazing! They warmed up to her super fast. Her communication was great. We already have a second booking planned with her. Definitely recommend!

Kristen was the absolute best! She watched our dog and three cats and took perfect care of our home while my husband and I were on a trip. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Was in town to visit family and had a few times i could not take my 6 month old Great Dane with me. Kristen was a God send! Helped me out at the last.minute and my puppy loved her. Totally removed all stress about leaving my dog. Would absolutely, 100% tell everyone to book with her if you can!🐶
