About: Looking for a quiet, stress-free place for your cat while you’re away? I provide cats-only boarding in a calm home with personalized attention and daily updates. For your convenience, I can communicate in ASL, Español и Русский I work part-time from home 💻, so your cat won’t be left alone for long and will enjoy plenty of attention, toys, and birdwatching every day. 🐱🐦 Every guest is provided with their own private bedroom equipped with food, water, litter, toys, and cozy places to rest. Once your cat has had time to settle in, they may be gradually introduced to the rest of the house and my resident cat, Libby. Every cat adjusts at their own pace. Some guests are ready to explore after a day or two, while others prefer the comfort of their private space for their entire stay. I always follow your cat’s lead and never force interactions.

About: Hi! I've helped taken care of my family's dog since I was 12, and since then, I've gained experience in caring for multiple dogs and cats. I'm thrilled to help serve my local community. In addition, I've taken multiple animal science courses in my studies at UConn, and have a working knowledge of animal care. I'm a senior studying the life sciences at the University of Connecticut. As a full time student (with extracurriculars), I certainly have a busy schedule, however; that helps motivate me to manage my time and set aside certain days and nights for work! Also, I don't have any class on Fridays or Saturdays, which is perfect for weekend pet sitting needs! I can also overnight pet sit on most nights. Most of my pet sitting work will revolve around ensuring your pet is taken outside (or for a walk) when needed, fed on time (this includes ensuring fresh water is always accessible 24/7!), and given time for playtime (or even time for calm activities, especially if the pet is anxious). This is a fairly standard list of care—so if your pet has needs that differ, please let me know!

About: I have about 3 years of pet care experience and have cared for animals for family members, friends, and neighbors. I’ve helped with feeding, walking, playing, bathing, and making sure pets feel comfortable and safe while their owners are away. I’m athletic and love being active, so I really enjoy taking dogs on walks, playing outside, and keeping them entertained. I also have experience caring for pets with medical needs, so I understand the importance of being patient, responsible, and paying close attention to instructions. I treat every pet like they’re my own and always try to make them feel loved and cared for! I am currently not working and have a lot of free time. I am very scheduled and typically wake up early in the mornings and am available at most times! I care for pets in the client’s home by keeping their routine fun, safe, and comfortable. I make sure they get plenty of love, fresh food and water, walks, playtime, and attention while their owner is away. I always follow instructions closely, especially for pets with special routines or medical needs, so they feel happy and cared for in their own space!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, bunnies, fish, and guinea pigs since around age 11. Neighbors and family trust me to walk, feed, cuddle and play with any fur babies. I am currently a full time college student on summer break until late August. I am currently working part-time at a job with flexible hours, so I am able to work around certain request times. I am comfortable cuddling and playing with your animals inside or outside the home! I will crate animals if requested. I am highly communicative and will send updates/pictures from the visit/sitting. About: My family got a chocolate lab when I was 8 & I have had pets ever since. I am a part time nanny of 2 boys, 5 & 9. I cared for their elderly dog of 15 along with them for the last year of his life. I am very patient & gentle, I do not yell or get overly upset with children or animals. At the end of their dog Madden’s life he had a lot of accidents & emotional needs. Cleaning up after him & taking care of him never bothered me. It made me happy to give him comfort & nurturing, especially at the very end when he wasn’t feeling very well. I cared for my family dog similarly when he was at the end of his life. I had my first personal pet Cornica the cat (pictured with the corn toy lol) for 9 happy years. She unfortunately passed in 2024 from a severe hyper thyroid issue that came on very suddenly. Putting her down was the hardest most painful decision of my life but it was what was best for her. 2 months later I rescued my two sister cats Ice Cream & Sundae from a local cat shelter. They are such wonderful good girls & I am so blessed to have them. We all love each other very much. My sister’s dog who I have cared for many time has allergies so I have experience in providing both medication & supplements to dogs. I also have experience with providing medication & supplements to cats as I mentioned Cornica had a thyroid issue & I give my current cats preventative vitamins. I love all types of animals including those seen as scary such as tarantulas, reptiles & snakes. As you can see I have my cousin’s snake on my head in one photo. I even like bugs & do not kill them. I added the photo of me with the dolphin just because it was such an amazing experience & dream of mine I was able to achieve. I work part time as a nanny on a rotating schedule, so I either work Monday & Wednesday during the week or Tuesday & Thursday. Weekends I am always free. Fridays I do work for my side business, I am a professional psychic for the last 6 years. I am very gentle, patient & cautious with my cats & other people’s animals. After my first cat passed from being sick so suddenly I am extremely proactive & even a bit hyper vigilant to make sure everyone is happy & healthy. I am very tapped into their usual behaviors & personalities to be quick to notice any deviations. I have lots of toys, scratch posts & comfy places for my ‘beans’. We play & cuddle all the time. Vet & nurses comment on what good, sweet girls they are. I make sure they get plenty of open window & enrichment time as well. I keep very clean litter boxes too to encourage great bathroom behavior & comfortability for them.

About: I had a whole slew of my own animals at home from horses to little snakes and everything in between. I absolutely love working and volunteering with all ages of dogs and cats, I personally have dealt with and endless amount of fresh babies and end of life care seniors. I’m open to whatever they throw at me, that’s the best part! I’ve worked with aggressors, muzzled sweetie pies, and the dopiest pups all over. Let me learn their personality and I’ll tailor myself to whatever they need! I come home to my mini zoo every day! I do long walks, yoga with the kitties, exciting feeding times, and lots of chilling out in the barn or on the couch, whichever lil friend needs the most. I spend all my time with shelter animals if I’m not at home, or if I’m at work I’ll be scrolling on Petfinder seeing what I can manage and provide for LOL Id love to use the term “gentle paw-renting,” but honestly it can be chaotic at times and you just have to go with the flow! I prefer to be chilled out with your little babies and just shower all the love, but if they need to go run around the block and rip some cardboard up, let’s do it and I’ll make sure your home is just as it was prior to my visit :) you deserve stress free and they deserve a nourishing and fun filled day!

She followed instructions and communicated with me throughout the day, using the Rover app check-in and sending me pics and updates. She even noticed my Pekingese, Holly, was overdo for a haircut and asked if it was ok to brush/groom her. She did an awesome job and Holly very much appreciated it! I’ve volunteered at MSPCA in Boston and worked with puppies there. I’m very patient with dogs of all ages and activity levels! I am available all day! About: Hey there! My name is Alexis. I am a very caring and friendly young woman! I’ve grown up with animals of aalllll sorts lol, I am quite familiar with signals and all types of signs (i.e sickness, potty break, hurt, etc.) I will go above and beyond to make sure your dog is happy and healthy to the best of my ability. I love to go on walks or go play out in the back, outdoor play time is 100% guaranteed! Rest assured all of your house rules will be followed through with, I will carry out any reasonable accommodation! Your pup leaves with a big smile and a treat! I work part time Monday-Wednesday 8a-4p, but my spouse will be home to carry out any necessary request until my return. I am completely free through the rest of the week! Given that I have a four year old home is thoroughly cleaned quite often. Kitchen can be blocked off for those whose nose gets them in trouble. Your pup will ALWAYS be leashes while going outside to prevent any accidents and for peace of mind for everyone.
