About: Hello pet parents! I find great fulfillment in caring for and nurturing your pets. Caring for pets also gives me a wonderful outlet to indulge my intense and immense love for dogs! While I might lack decades of experience working with our furry friends, I believe I more than make up for it with my enthusiasm for learning and affection for doggies! All I can promise is that you shall not regret working with me! I work from home remotely for my day job, which affords me plenty of spare time to spend with your fur babies! The nature of my job also enables me to take my furry friends out for a walk during working hours no problem. I am available for walks and drop in visits on all weekdays; for your dog boarding or house sitting needs, I am available seven days a week. I have a family member living with me who is retired and stays home full time, so there will be at least one responsible adult looking after your precious pet(s) at all times!
About: I have always been surrounded by pets; enjoy giving plenty of attention; and have cared for their well-being (bathing, administering medications, monitoring recuperations after illness/surgery). I work full-time during the school year (August 20 - June 15; leave home at 7:30 a.m. and I am home by 4:30 p.m.) and have my evenings and weekends free. During the summer I am home and available during the daytime as well. I am available for check-ins, walks, and stays. Your companion would be cared for by keeping to his/her routine/schedule, keeping them safe, following any additional instructions, and giving them lots of attention and playtime.
About: I have been an animal (especially dog) lover my whole life. I have cared for all sized and all aged dogs. Besides my experience with my own lab who passed in February ‘25, I worked for a private pet care company for over 4 years. This included staying overnight in client’s homes, making daily visits, walking dogs, and caring for all types of animals, including cats and bunnies. Besides this professional work, friends and family have always relied on me to take care of their animals since I was little. I also regularly volunteer at a local rescue to walk and care for the dogs in kennel. Please reach out and we can set up a meet & greet!! I work part-time through the week, so I will have plenty of time to drop in for daily visits- whether that be walks or fetch in the backyard. Overnight stays won’t be an issue for me as well as long as it fits into my calendar. I am well experienced in walking all types of dogs (my dog was very strong on walks so no worries if your dog pulls!). I will always listen to directions given by owners and respect their home and belongings. I have always been well-trusted with my previous clients and there have never been any issues.
About: My entire life I have owned at least 3 pets. From foster cats, to my own cats, dogs, neighbors dogs, etc. I am a pet person through and through. I have a range of ages of animals I’ve taken care of - from dogs in elderly stages to 2 week old kittens. I am currently working from home Mon,Wed, Thursday, Fri. I’m constantly taking quick walks around the block during the day to keep my energy up and get outside. We have already cat sat in our apartment and everything went smoothly. We ensure doors are closed and locked at all times so there is a 0% chance of escaping. I live in between two parks as well which are always full of dogs to play in.
“Kira took wonderful care of my cat while we were away! She checked off each box for his care, provided him some much needed snuggles, and sent awesome video and picture updates each visit. I would recommend Kira to any pet owner who is traveling!”

About: ⸻ What sets me apart from other sitters is my calm, intuitive approach to animal care—think “Mary Poppins meets animal whisperer.” I don’t just watch pets; I create a nurturing, structured environment where they feel safe, loved, and engaged. I have experience with a wide range of animals, from playful puppies to senior pets who need extra patience and gentle handling. I’m comfortable with administering medication, managing special diets, and adapting routines to meet each pet’s physical and emotional needs. For puppies, I focus on positive reinforcement, helping with basic training, crate comfort, and establishing good habits early on. For senior pets, I provide thoughtful care—whether that’s supporting mobility, sticking to precise medication schedules, or simply offering quiet companionship. Beyond the basics, I bring a warm energy, attention to detail, and a genuine love for animals that always shines through. My goal is for both pets and their humans to feel completely at ease—like they’ve found a sitter who’s not just capable, but truly cares. Pet care is a natural part of my daily and weekly routine—it’s not something I squeeze in; it’s something I prioritize. Whether I’m walking dogs, administering medication, or simply spending quiet time with a senior pet, I structure my schedule to ensure each animal gets consistent, focused attention. I plan my days around the needs of the pets in my care, from early morning potty breaks to evening feedings and bedtime routines. I also build in time for play, enrichment, and cuddles—because emotional wellbeing is just as important as physical care. If I’m caring for multiple pets or have bookings throughout the week, I stay organized with detailed notes, reminders, and plenty of communication with owners. For me, caring for animals isn’t a job I clock in and out of—it’s a rhythm I genuinely enjoy being part of. Pet care for clients home • Feeding & Fresh Water: Administer meals according to the pet’s schedule and dietary needs. • Daily Exercise & Play: Walks, fetch, playtime, or enrichment activities based on the pet’s energy level. • Routine Maintenance: Cleaning litter boxes, picking up waste, and ensuring the area is tidy. • Medication Administration: If required, administer medications or supplements as instructed. • Home Care: Bringing in mail, watering plants, adjusting lights, and maintaining a lived-in appearance. • Communication: Sending daily updates, photos, or videos to the client.

About: I’ve had a dog and 3 cats growing up. I am constantly around dogs and they all love me. My friends and neighbors have trusted to watch their animals when they are away. I just graduated college and looking for a fun job for over the summer! I have lots of free time so I am available to help with your animals whenever you need! I have one cat at home but he’s not the biggest fan of new animals. I love playing with animals and making sure they use most of the energy.
About: High energy high intensity dog? Let me help with matching their intensity. Consider me a personal trainer for your dogs. We work hard and play hard. I have extensive experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments—from tiny Chihuahuas to powerful Cane Corsos. Whether it's high-energy pups needing long-distance walks (10+ miles) or senior dogs requiring extra patience and care, I tailor my approach to each dog’s unique needs. My background includes training puppies, handling strong-willed breeds, and providing gentle care for older dogs. With a deep understanding of canine behavior and a passion for keeping dogs happy and healthy, I go the extra mile—literally and figuratively—to ensure your pet gets the best care possible! After leaving the corporate world unexpectedly, I’ve found a true blessing in rekindling my love for dogs. For the past 10 years, I haven't been able to own one due to my wife’s severe allergies, but my passion for caring for and spending time with dogs never faded. Now, with a completely flexible schedule, I can dedicate my days to giving dogs the exercise, attention, and care they deserve. Whether it's long-distance walks, playtime, or specialized care, I’m thrilled to finally do what I love—helping dogs stay happy and healthy while giving their owners peace of mind. I provide personalized, attentive care tailored to each pet’s needs, whether in my client’s home or during walks. In a client’s home, I maintain their pet’s routine, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure. This includes feeding, fresh water, playtime, and any special care like administering medication or reinforcing training. For walks, I offer everything from casual strolls to long-distance (10+ mile) adventures, always prioritizing safety and enjoyment. My goal is to provide loving, reliable care so both pets and owners feel at ease.

I have a fenced in yard and a female dog, Sophie, who is very friendly and playful! I will always monitor them and never leave them alone without supervision. Our cats are blocked off by door at the top of stairs (they'll stay on the second floor). My previous dog, Johnny, passed away in 2024 and throughout his life he experienced health issues that required daily oral medication (epilepsy and hypothyroidism, and during the last 6 months of his life he had Cushing's Disease). I am experienced in how complicated medication and health issues are in pets. I make sure our home is a calm environment filled with toys, playtime, cuddles, and mentally stimulating activities. My goal is to do what's best for the individual dog/cat and make them feel both safe and loved! If your pet needs their own private space, there is a private room that will be changed to fit the dog or cat's needs. The set up will include toys, their own items, and washable mats on the floor that will be washed/disinfected before use. ****To ensure the safety of all pets in the household, I need to see the most recent Vet paperwork showing your pet is up to date on vaccines and does not have a contractable health issue. ****Your pet MUST NOT be aggressive. Your dog MUST be fully potty trained.
“Ifan is truly an exceptional dog handler, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the very first time we worked with him, it was clear that he brings both professionalism and genuine care to what he does. He is extremely experienced and knowledgeable about dog behavior, which immediately put me at ease as a pet owner. He takes the time to understand each dog’s personality, needs, and routines, and it really shows in how comfortable and happy the dogs are around him. What stands out the most is how naturally he connects with the pups. My dog can be a bit particular when it comes to new people, but with Ifan, the bond was instant. Over time, that connection has only grown stronger—my pup gets excited every time he sees him, which says everything about the level of trust and comfort Ifan builds. It’s such a relief knowing that my dog is not just being looked after, but genuinely cared for and understood. Ifan is also incredibly polite, respectful, and communicative. He keeps me updated, is always punctual, and is very flexible when it comes to scheduling. I’ve used his services repeatedly, and each experience has been consistently excellent. Whether it’s handling high-energy playtime, maintaining routines, or just giving the dogs attention and affection, he does it all effortlessly. Overall, Ifan goes above and beyond what you would expect from a dog sitter or handler. His dedication, kindness, and expertise make him someone you can fully trust with your pet. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and professional dog care.”

Vernon dog parents share their Rover experiences
We had a great experience with Julia. She was very accommodating and attentive to our dog. We could tell from the photographs that our dog felt comfortable with Julia. The dog seemed well cared for when we got home, and our house was just the way we left it. We would definitely work with Julia again knowing that we'll have peace of mind while the dog is at home.
