About: I’ve owned both dogs and cats and have cared for several family members’ pets for over 20 years! I’m a huge animal lover and miss having one of my own. I’m a stay-at-home-mom of 3 kids so I have plenty of time to walk and play! My schedule is extremely flexible and I’m available on weekends. I have an unfenced yard and live 20 feet from the Crozet trail system, right next to Claudius Crozet Park. We don’t have any pets of our own but my three kids (ages 4, 5 & 6) are very active and will play all day with your pet. My sister is a vet at Dominion Animal Hospital so I have immediate access to professional help if needed!

About: I have over 12 years of experience caring for animals. As a former pet owner, I understand the stress that comes with finding someone compatible and dedicated enough to watch over your loved ones while you are away. My clients have been able to rely on me to take great care of their loved ones while they are away. I have experience, with walking, feeding, cleaning, and medicating pets. I have also worked with rescues and difficult to deal with dogs and cats. Please do not worry about the size of your dog, I am very comfortable caring for large dogs as well as small. I have recently graduated from Roanoke college, so I will have plenty of time to play with, care for, and love on your pets while you are away. Seeing your pets happy makes me happy! I am very detail oriented so there is no need to worry about whether your pet has received their medication or if they will escape the house or yard. I always triple check to ensure their needs have been met, from feeding to walking to medication – with the addition of playtime and treats.

About: I have pet sat for many families with both dogs and cats. I can do anything from changing litter boxes to walking dogs. Let me know + ask any questions you may have! I have a full time job but would love to watch over your babies too! This is something I do with my own 3 cats and I also had dogs growing up. Animals are a huge part of my life! I like to provide a safe space for animals who's humans have gone away one a trip etc. I like to hangout with him and cuddle (if able) and give all the love I can!

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my experience with both energetic dogs and senior pets. I currently care for a 12 year old German Shorthaired Pointer, so I have firsthand experience managing high energy levels, from his puppy years through his senior stage, while also being attentive to the extra care older dogs need. I can balance exercise, routine, and care. In addition, I have two 14 year old cats and experience feeding cats and maintaining clean litter boxes. I also enjoy running and I have experience running with my GSP. I’m currently working at a tax accounting firm in Charlottesville through the end of tax season on April 15, 2026, so my Rover availability is limited until then. Starting April 16, 2026, I’ll be a lot more flexible since my seasonal position ends! I’ll have completely open weekday availability for dog walks, drop-in visits, and checking in on houses or cats. On some weekends I stay in town and can do dog walking or house sitting, but it varies. You’re always welcome to reach out about weekend care but I just can’t promise I’ll be around every time. A couple of heads-ups: I’ll be at the beach from May 25–29, 2026, and unavailable for Rover services during that time. I also plan to go inactive on Rover after June 10, 2026. I primarily offer care in my clients’ homes and aim to take walks in the Crozet area so I can easily walk or drive to clients’ homes for dog walks, pick-ups, or check-in visits.

About: I was born and raised around dogs and know how they are true members of the family and deserve that care. I've pet sit many times from puppies to seniors, given pets their medication, stayed overnight with anxious pups, and I've even taken a dog first aid class to ensure I give your pets the best treatment. I am currently on a flexible daily schedule and can be available to take care of your pet whenever you may need weekday or weekend! I know sometimes our pets can be a bit mischievous, so I am always vigilant in monitoring the pet's activities and ensuring they are in a safe and comforting environment.

About: I am a huge lover of dogs of all kinds, from chihuahua to doberman. I love to play with them all. I have two dogs whom I love with all my heart. My dog Chip is an 80 pound ball of anxiety who is afraid of dogs a fourth of his size. I also have a golden doodle named Huitzi. She is very loving and kind and has been trained to be a therapy dog. I love spending time with both of them and enjoy their unique personalities. I often walk them in the beautiful parks and trails in the Crozet area, and have become good at handling dogs with difficult personalities. I believe dogs should be treated with love and with respect to their nature.

About: I have had dogs and cats growing up ever since I was born. I was always the go-to neighbor or friend pet sitter. I love animals deeply and will do everything I can to make you pet feel right at home. It’s a plus for me too to be able to meet your fury friend! I work part time and have a flexible schedule, so I am able to accommodate most people’s availability. I can make most pets schedules work and am open to working morning, afternoon, and evening. I live in a townhome with 3 other pets so I will not be able to accommodate boarding. That being said, I am very interested in doing house sittings and working with the owner to come up with a complete safety plan that fits the animals and their environment.

About: Animals have always been a major part of my life. I have experience with grooming, bathing & boarding animals during my college days. Animals sense the kindness & goodwill in my heart. I was recently told, "I have never seen my cat allow anyone to pick her up." I also briefly fostered a German Shepherd at a local kennel. She only allowed me to be around her. She was very protective of me. She was a one person dog that needed to be adopted by someone who had a lot of time to change her aggressive behavior towards others. I currently own 3 geriatric kitties. Ebony is 14, Buzz is 17 & Bacardi is 21. Two of my 3 are on medications all of the time. I also have a 2 year old German Shepherd I rescued from a bad situation. Her name is Khelani. I call her Lani for short. She is a sweetheart and has needed a lot of socialization due to her prior home. I am currently not working. Pet care is the perfect fit for me at this point in my life. Taking care of animals is a joy. My love, empathy, compassion & heart of gold touches the innocence that animals behold. I will feed, play, walk, clean kitty boxes and all else needed during my visit. I am prepared to spend quality time with your precious fur baby. It is clear you are trusting me in their care. I take care of my animals first because they depend on me alone for a happy, safe and loving life. My own pets are 3 cats and one dog. My cats are all geriatric and have special needs. I make sure they always have fresh clean water daily and clean bowls. Several kitties take daily meds for the rest of their lives. My dog is high energy. I take her on long walks and hikes in the mountains. She is very attentive to me and sticks to me like glue wherever we go. I give her cosequin daily for healthy joints. She also eats blue buffalo with glucosamine chondroitin part of the ingredients. I also feed my kitties high quality food to hopefully prolong a healthy long life. All of my animals are indoor. They are a bunch of spoiled fur babies. I wouldn't have it any other way.
