On top of that, they sent lots of pictures and were so kind to Eddie. He didn't want to leave!”

About: I have been dog sitting and walking since I was 15 years old. I love dogs of all sizes, but have most experience with dogs 50+ lbs. I even walk my brothers 140 lb Great Dane! I am currently a stay at home mother to my sweet girl, Willow. We are always looking for ways to get out of the house to go on adventures and stay busy. About: I’ve owned both dogs and cats and have cared for several family members’ pets for over 20 years! I’m a huge animal lover and miss having one of my own. I’m a stay-at-home-mom of 3 kids so I have plenty of time to walk and play! My schedule is extremely flexible and I’m available on weekends. I have an unfenced yard and live 20 feet from the Crozet trail system, right next to Claudius Crozet Park. We don’t have any pets of our own but my three kids (ages 4, 5 & 6) are very active and will play all day with your pet. My sister is a vet at Dominion Animal Hospital so I have immediate access to professional help if needed!

About: Loving family with little kids interested in loving your doggie! As a family we have many years of experience with having dogs in our home and helping to care for others dogs. We have 5 beautiful, un-fenced, acres where your pup will be free to roam. If necessary we have an outdoor dog run for those needing more structure. While we do not allow dogs in our beds, nor on furniture, we do allow them in our hearts. Our family loves dogs, walking, running, throwing the ball/frisbee, cuddling, and caring for dogs. “Emil provided a nice experience for our two Cavachon's. This was our first experience using Rover as we began a long trip south. I admit I was a bit anxious with first time leaving dogs with someone they never met but Emil had good reviews. We used Emil's services for a half day as we visited Monticello. About: I’ve had a dog my entire life except for a few very lonely months in 2020 after I lost the love of my life, Romey, the naughtiest lab with the best sense of humor. I grew up with labs (mostly ) but now have Gizmo, a labrodoodle , who will soon become BDE (best dog ever) if he can finally learn how to not jump like a kangaroo when he sees his dog friends. About: Greetings! We look forward to the opportunity of taking care of your pooch! My husband, Paul, and I have decades of experience with animals, especially dogs and rabbits. We also have the great opportunity of working remotely and teleworking for our full time jobs. We live beside a 2-mile walking trail for convenient and off-road dog walking within nature, which helps to alleviate your dog’s initial adjustment from being away from home. Your pet will never be left in an empty and strange house. We spend quality time with our own fur babies, who are always near us during the day, so we can tailor time to anxious dogs. We can manage feeding and walking schedules, which help your fur babies stay in a consistent schedule. We have a fully fenced-in yard (front and back). The front door opens to the fenced-in front yard, so there is no chance of dogs escaping.

I currently care for a 12 year old German Shorthaired Pointer, so I have firsthand experience managing high energy levels, from his puppy years through his senior stage, while also being attentive to the extra care older dogs need. About: I grew up with dogs, cats, goats, chickens, pigs, peacocks. You name it. I’ve been a huge fan of animals since I can remember. I’m super active outside and love taking pups out on hikes or walks. My last dog had to take meds so I’m also extra sensitive to pups that may need more present care.
