About: I have had three dogs growing up and have taken care of dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds. I am very detail oriented and can help with anything! I am also very active and love long walks, runs, and hikes- so I would love a pet companion to join me! I am currently extremely flexible with my schedule, so feel free to reach out with any questions! I just graduated so have a lot of free time while looking for a full-time work. About: I've been around pets my entire life and have always grown up in a home with multiple dogs and cats alike. Whenever I'm home, I'm the primary caregiver, helping with feeding, walks, exercise, playtime, grooming, and making sure they're happy and comfortable. I've also cared for friends' dogs and cats through drop-in visits, walks, and overnight stays while they were away. As a college athlete, I know how important consistency and responsibility are, and I'll care for your dog with the same attention and love I give my own. I'm currently a full-time student completing my coursework online while training as a collegiate swimmer and track athlete. My practice schedule varies throughout the year, but outside of practice I have a flexible schedule and can provide dependable care. I always communicate my availability clearly and only accept bookings that I know I can fully commit to. When I'm with your pet, they'll receive my full attention and plenty of exercise, affection, and care. At this time I provide care in my clients' homes, where pets are most comfortable and can stay in their normal routines. About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my experience with both energetic dogs and senior pets. I currently care for a 12 year old German Shorthaired Pointer, so I have firsthand experience managing high energy levels, from his puppy years through his senior stage, while also being attentive to the extra care older dogs need. I can balance exercise, routine, and care. In addition, I have two 14 year old cats and experience feeding cats and maintaining clean litter boxes. I also enjoy running and I have experience running with my GSP. Hello! I am currently abroad on an extended vacation and temporarily unable to accept new Rover bookings. About: I am comfortable with all kinds of dogs and needs. I personally care for a GSD and a Heeler mix, and am comfortable with rambunctious and large dogs. Both of my dogs practice loose leash walking, and I love using our walks as time to tire their brains as well as their bodies. I can give medications, including subq and other injections. And I’m working on becoming a certified trainer, but for now I do not offer training services. I work a few part time gigs that change with the seasons. About: I’ve taken care of many animals in my life and I will continue to take care of animals for as long as I live. Getting to see dogs and cats every day has always been a joy but it’s been even better knowing I take care of people’s pets, knowing that people trust me with their furry friends is an honor. I’ve been in many different kinds of environments with dogs and cats outside of dog sitting. I have worked as a kennel assistant in two different vets, and realized that the veterinary field wasn’t the field I wanted to go down, I’ve worked in a doggy daycare where I go to play with dogs and see the looks on dogs faces when their owner picked up, I now work as a dog bather and have goals to become a dog groomer in the future. I will always have dog sitting open and available for years to come. Working with animals is so rewarding and I wouldn’t trade it for anything else. I currently am not working any jobs at the moment but I am a college student. My hours are much more flexible than they were in high school. I have class on Mondays and Wednesdays, and I also have band practice every day from 6-7:30. My weekends are free unless I have a game on Saturday or if I plan to go home on a weekend. We have a double harness leash for both of our dogs and we take them on daily walks. We do live in a townhome so we don’t have a fence but we do take them out and if you have a fence I will definitely be sure to give your furry friend the exercise they need!
About: I’ve always had a soft spot for animals and have cared for/owned all kinds of pets, from dogs and cats to snakes and ferrets. I currently have several senior pets of my own, so I know how important gentle, patient care is, especially for older animals. I also have experience with positive reinforcement training and love keeping pets active, whether that means playtime, walks, or a good run for dogs with extra energy. I’m currently taking online summer courses in aerospace engineering and art, which gives me a flexible schedule and lots of time throughout the day to spend with the pets I care for. I just recently moved to the STL for inspiration and a change of scenery. Since most of my own pets are still back home for the time being, I have plenty of extra love, attention, and playtime to give to yours.
