“Isabelle was an incredible sitter for our two dogs!! They adored her and she was so good with them. She was a wonderful houseguest, gave my dogs lots of love, stuck closely to their routine, and sent lots of pictures. I absolutely look forward to using her services again knowing my home and pets are in such good hands.”

“Tessa was amazing! Came to our house for a meet and greet before we left on our trip, checked in regularly with texts/pictures and left the house probably cleaner than it was when we left. We will definitely ask her to sit again in the future!!!”

“Danielle did an amazing job taking care of our very new puppy! She handled everything that a new puppy throws at you very well. Our home and new family member were in great hands with Danielle.”

“Wrenn is a great house and Pet Sitter! She had to give meds to my old lab and handle my rambunctious hound puppy and did it very well. She was also thoughtful about picking up mail, taking trash to the curb and other home care activities. I really hope to be able to use her again in the future!”
“Nathan was great! He house sat our mini Aussie for a weekend while we were out of state and went on multiple walks and was great with him! Highly recommend if you have a high energy dog!”

“Dakota once again took great care of our Gretzky, who has lots of dietary and medication needs. We will absolutely be using Dakota from here on out!”

“Dawn Star took wonderful care of my two dogs while my family and I were out of town for a long weekend. I came back home to happy dogs and a well cared for home. This was my first experience with a house sitter and found my dogs to be much more relaxed at the end of the stay compared to when they board at a facility. One of my dogs is very high energy, and the other is more reserved. Dawn Star handled their particular dynamics without issues. She also paid attention to my care/ instruction sheet and followed it to a T. I’m very happy with this experience and would hire Dawn Star again.”

“Laura was wonderful. She set pics which kept us informed. She made sure he had lots of outside time. All in all, we were confident that our pup was well cared for. As an added bonus, Laura also took in our mail, took out the garbage, and watered plants! I would definitely recommend her.”

“Isabelle was available with short notice. She came to meet us and our dogs beforehand. She was interested and knowledgeable. She provided pics and comments at most visits. Will use her again!”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my experience with both energetic dogs and senior pets. I currently care for a 12 year old German Shorthaired Pointer, so I have firsthand experience managing high energy levels, from his puppy years through his senior stage, while also being attentive to the extra care older dogs need. I can balance exercise, routine, and care. In addition, I have two 14 year old cats and experience feeding cats and maintaining clean litter boxes. I also enjoy running and I have experience running with my GSP. I’m currently working at a tax accounting firm in Charlottesville through the end of tax season on April 15, 2026, so my Rover availability is limited until then. Starting April 16, 2026, I’ll be a lot more flexible since my seasonal position ends! I’ll have completely open weekday availability for dog walks, drop-in visits, and checking in on houses or cats. On some weekends I stay in town and can do dog walking or house sitting, but it varies. You’re always welcome to reach out about weekend care but I just can’t promise I’ll be around every time. Have questions or want to check availability? Send me a message and I'd love to chat and see how I can help! A couple of heads-ups: I’ll be at the beach from May 25–29, 2026, and unavailable for Rover services during that time. I also plan to go inactive on Rover after June 10, 2026. I primarily offer care in my clients’ homes and aim to take walks in the Crozet area so I can easily walk or drive to clients’ homes for dog walks, pick-ups, or check-in visits.

About: I have a large family dog that I have been responsible for since I was about 10 years old. She has since gotten older so I have experience with a senior dog and giving any sorts of medication (and the peanut butter necessary to get her to take it). I am no stranger to having to clean up any accidents in the house so that is a non-issue for me. I am also open to taking care of other animals like rodents or turtles or other cage creatures. I am a true and passionate animal lover! My schedule is very flexible at the moment. I am happy to give as much or little time needed for the pets. I can figure out any scheduling and details necessary with clients. I am never loud coming into a home. I always let the pets come to me unless they are hiding on purpose. I take care instructions very seriously and will follow everything exactly and will reach out if I have questions about the best way I can care for your fur friend.

About: i have hands on experience caring for my own animals, i have 2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 bunny and 2 snakes i love very much, Im responsible for feeding, cleaning and making sure all animals are safe and well cared for!
