About: Make sure you have a sitter that loves your pet as much as you do! I am a devoted animal lover and I have 8 years of pet sitting experience (not including my own dogs/cats/guinea pigs/ect!). I have experience with a wide age range of dogs (and other furry friends!) including puppies to senior dogs, and have done pet sitting gigs ranging from a weekend, a week, or even a month if needed! I know how important it is to leave your furry baby with someone who will treat them as well as you do. My job is to do just that! I currently work remote with very flexible work day hours. I am a graduate student at UVA with very flexible summer hours. I am happy to spend the day with your pet, a few check ins, a good walk, or whatever else you and your pet may need! I respect you and your pets space! Its very important to me to do what makes you both happy and most comfortable during my time with you. About: I've been around pets my entire life and have always grown up in a home with multiple dogs and cats alike. Whenever I'm home, I'm the primary caregiver, helping with feeding, walks, exercise, playtime, grooming, and making sure they're happy and comfortable. I've also cared for friends' dogs and cats through drop-in visits, walks, and overnight stays while they were away. As a college athlete, I know how important consistency and responsibility are, and I'll care for your dog with the same attention and love I give my own. I'm currently a full-time student completing my coursework online while training as a collegiate swimmer and track athlete. My practice schedule varies throughout the year, but outside of practice I have a flexible schedule and can provide dependable care. I always communicate my availability clearly and only accept bookings that I know I can fully commit to. When I'm with your pet, they'll receive my full attention and plenty of exercise, affection, and care. At this time I provide care in my clients' homes, where pets are most comfortable and can stay in their normal routines. About: I’ve taken care of many animals in my life and I will continue to take care of animals for as long as I live. Getting to see dogs and cats every day has always been a joy but it’s been even better knowing I take care of people’s pets, knowing that people trust me with their furry friends is an honor. I’ve been in many different kinds of environments with dogs and cats outside of dog sitting. I have worked as a kennel assistant in two different vets, and realized that the veterinary field wasn’t the field I wanted to go down, I’ve worked in a doggy daycare where I go to play with dogs and see the looks on dogs faces when their owner picked up, I now work as a dog bather and have goals to become a dog groomer in the future. I will always have dog sitting open and available for years to come. Working with animals is so rewarding and I wouldn’t trade it for anything else. I currently am not working any jobs at the moment but I am a college student. My hours are much more flexible than they were in high school. I have class on Mondays and Wednesdays, and I also have band practice every day from 6-7:30. My weekends are free unless I have a game on Saturday or if I plan to go home on a weekend. We have a double harness leash for both of our dogs and we take them on daily walks. We do live in a townhome so we don’t have a fence but we do take them out and if you have a fence I will definitely be sure to give your furry friend the exercise they need!
