About: I have taken care of a lot of different animals including dogs, cats, cows, horses, sheep, goats, chickens etc. I feel confident that your pets will have a nice time hanging out with me and they will be safe and well fed. I am working as a river guide a couple of days a week so I will be unavailable while on the river. Other than that, I have an open schedule. I am living in my van so I cannot host. I spend most of my time outside so I would love to care for your pets at your home. I think that place is important and would be interested to see how your animals act when they are at home.

About: I started house sitting in high school and am highly adaptable to each animal and owner needs. I grew up with a dog, used to live with two beautiful german shepherds for 3 years, and have two adventure cats, Swoop and Riley, that live with me on the road in my camper van. I love animals. I’ve raised chickens and ducks, have plenty of experience with pet injuries and medication, walking large strong dogs, and take my cats out to explore the world. I am a huge hiker so if you would love for me to burn some energy out of your fur baby, I’m your girl but I’m also here for all the pet cuddles. I’m currently working Sunday-Wednesday in Incline but am available early mornings and evenings on those days with a lunch break. I have open availability all other parts of the Tahoe and Truckee, Carson City between Wednesday night and Sunday morning. I live in a van in Tahoe for the season so I have great flexibility. I have plenty of experience house sitting and can provide references as well. I always treat other people’s homes with respect and care. I would love to talk about expectations and how I can best care for everything.

About: I grew up in Alaska with a house full of energetic huskies. I have experience with puppies as well as old dogs who need extra attention. I love to run/ get outside with dogs! It's always more fun with a little company. I have a flexible schedule and reliable transportation. I work in a ski shop Wed-Sun, but have plenty of time to take breaks and check on the pup. I own an SUV with plenty of room for the dog to hang out in if they come with me to work. I typically work 4-7 hours per day so the dog wouldn't be left alone too long if I kept them at home. My service would require care in the clients home because my lease is strictly no pets. I would be happy to care for your pet in the comfort of its' own home! I would take it for at least 2 walk/runs per day, feed it according to your schedule, and of course give it plenty of love and attention while you're gone.

About: With nearly a lifetime of experience raising and training dogs, primarily hunting/sport breeds, I have been exposed to various handling styles and training techniques that have lead me to focusing on Free-Shaping my personal pack of dogs for the past 13 years. Because I have 3 dogs of my own (teenager,adult,senior) I have a pretty regular routine everyday of various activities with them individually and as a pack. Thursday through Sunday the flexibility of my open availability allows me to take on additional dogs on a part-time basis. Working with dogs will hopefully keep me from growing my pack anymore...fur now😉. My pups have individual crates, and beds to relax in the house. Big back yard, unfortunately unfenced, but there is a tether run and tie outs to use as needed. Dogs are never in the yard unsupervised. I transport them in a Chevy Suburban to other fun places around the Tahoe/Truckee area. Everyday is filled with multiple adventures, meal times in the early AM and late evening after a long walk. Individual needs or "rules" for your fur baby are completely respected, "it's your pup, it's your call".

About: Everything will be done to keep your dog safe, healthy, calm, and happy while they are in my care. All visits include the following: lots of walks tracked with strava, photo updates, and extra love. Your best friend will get filtered water from fresh bowls each day, and only give your dog food and treats that you provide. You deserve what you want during your dogs stay. Consider this a vacation for your dog, and that all their needs will be taken care of so you can enjoy your time on your vacation, staycation, or day trip. Skiers and Snowboarders, drop them for the day with confidence in my expertise. Your dog is the foundation of my routine. I love to work, and cherish the opportunity to provide my high level services for your dog so that you can enjoy your time without them. All dogs get extra love in the mornings, and structure during walks. Assuming our dogs get along I’ll let them play. If needed, I’ll keep my guy from being too friendly, and I am prepared to keep dogs separated if they aren’t the best fit to be together. But I also limit how many dogs I take at once, to keep things easy on me.

About: I have been around dogs and taken care of them my whole life. I love dogs of all sizes! I am a big animal lover. I volunteer at the local humane society walking dogs so I am very comfortable around dogs of any reactivity or energy level. I either work early mornings and have afternoons available or I start working later and have mornings available. Available weekends as well, just in the time frames mentioned above. I have a lot of love and attention to give to animals and look forward to getting to take care of your pet/pets! I follow instructions very well and keep you updated throughout the service. I do prefer to go to the animals residence since it’s where they are usually most comfortable, but I’m still open to talking.

She was extremely conscientious about the needs of our older dog, followed the care needs, took her for many walks, and communicated regularly. About: Have taken care of friends' and neighbors' pets through most of my childhood, and continue to dogsit for friends during vacations, weddings, or other needs. I love spending time in the woods, so can take your pet on outdoor adventures, hiking, biking, skiing, or snowshoeing. Pet care is something I do in my free time, outside of working as an outdoor educator or substitute teaching. I plan to spend most of the Fall, Winter, and Spring in Truckee, so weekends or weekdays are all on the table. About: I have been caring for animals since I was 11 years old; including family, friends, neighbors and referrals. I am currently attending nursing school ~3-4 days/week and have availability in the evenings, weekends and some days to assist with pet care needs. My schedule is flexible outside of clinical hours and am excited to spend time with your animals and assist with your needs. I am available for short check-ins, walks, overnights, and weekends you are away. My ideal setting for pet care would be at a client's home due to already having one at home. I am open to caring for pets at my home once we have determined that our animals would be comfortable with one another and get along well! My house has a fenced in yard with lots of space for activity and play time for your pets. I have experience with house sitting and dog sitting concurrently whether for a few hours, few days or weeks. I am respectful, clean and responsible and follow instructions and client preferences.
