About: Hello, I am a local who lives full time in Tahoe City. I've been a pet owner with both dogs and cats for the last 30+years. I am a mother of two grown children that are now off away at school. I work at the local elementary school with young children of special needs. I am a fun, caring and loving person who loves both animals and humans. I am free to take care of your pet most days, nights and some weekends. I work from home during the summer months so my schedule is always flexible. I currently live in a condo down the street from Lake Tahoe. There are numerous parks at the lake as well as many hiking trails to walk your dog at that are close by my place. I signed up for Rover because dog sitting helps me get my fix for having a doggy harem. I would love to shower your dog with attention and affection. Drop-offs anytime after 8 a.m. Pickups before 8 p.m. Although there is a nice buffer of woods near my house, the yard is not fenced (hopefully soon). About: I have experience working at a doggy day-care. I was responsible for watching and entertaining up to 25 dogs at a time of all ages and sizes! I work 10 hour shifts 4 days a week Tues-Fri. Our current daily routine typically goes as follows - 7:30am wake up, on-leash bathroom time, breakfast, post breakfast snooze, 10am adventure, noon treats and chill, 3pm bathroom break, 7:30pm dinner, after dinner chill, bathroom break, 9:30 bed time! Most pups that stay with us fit very well into that routine. I am very hands-on and attentive to my fuzzy friends. My dogs are never out of my sight. They have full range of the house (couch, bed, chairs, laps!).

About: I've had a dog since I was born and truly believe they are better than people. I've had a cockapoo, a couple of king charles cavaliers, a cocker spaniel, a doberman, and my current terrier mix I rescued, Paisley. Daycare Rates & Information: Daycare is up to 8 hours of care. Anything longer than that time, please book a boarding stay. Drop-offs anytime after 8 a.m. Pickups before 8 p.m. Although there is a nice buffer of woods near my house, the yard is not fenced (hopefully soon). I’ll be sure to keep your pup on a leash just in case! There’s an enclosed deck for sunbathing and watching chipmunks.
