Pet care fits very naturally into my daily and weekly routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and building consistent routines around their care. I have a flexible schedule and make it a priority to provide your fur babies with the attention, exercise, companionship, and reliability they need to feel safe and comfortable. Whether it’s walks, feeding schedules, playtime, or simply giving them extra love and attention, I enjoy making pet care a meaningful part of my day. I provide a safe, loving, and structured environment for your fur babies both in my home and in my clients’ homes. In my home, they are treated like part of the family and receive plenty of attention, supervision, playtime, and affection throughout the day. I offer boarding in a home with a secure fenced in yard, which gives dogs a safe space for exercise, outdoor time, and play. I make it a priority to maintain each ones normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, and any special instructions from the owner. I also understand how important communication is, so I provide regular updates and photos to help parents feel comfortable and connected while they are away. When caring for them in a client’s home, I am respectful of their space and focus on keeping your fur baby comfortable in their familiar environment while ensuring they receive dependable, attentive care.

About: I have been dog setting for the past 23 years. It all started when I watched my boss' 3 chihuahuas when I was about 17 and then I just have had many request ever since. I have had the privilege of caring for many beloved pups. Throughout my pet-sitting days, I have provided a loving and safe environment for dogs of all shapes and sizes. My two personal dogs were an integral part of my life for 12 wonderful years. They both passed in the Summer of 2020. It took me awhile to get another dog, but I did finally get our Elvis (a bloodhound) in October 2022. He is almost 5 years old with a giant heart! He loves to have a fur-friend over and gets along with any age pup. I have a son who is 10 years old and absolutely loves helping out with the dogs. My son has learned so much about dogs and loves having them around as well. I also prioritize the emotional well-being of the dogs I sit for. I have a large fenced in yard with chicken wire attached to most of the bottom to prevent any diggers that try to get out. However, all outside play is supervised by me. I do have crates and kennels. I crate most dogs while away; for mine and their safety. We cant wait to schedule a meet & greet with you and your pup/puppers! Please note there are times when I may keep more than your dog, that is why meet & greets are so important to me. About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a little girl. I used to watch and walk the neighborhood dogs. I’ve been working in veterinary medicine for a total of nine years now and I am currently in school to become a vet tech. Once license I plan to further my education and become a canine behavior specialist. I am a full-time student, but I typically have room to walk dogs on evenings weekdays and I have pretty open availability on weekends I have a fenced in yard and also enjoy taking walks around the neighborhood. I value structure and routine meaning when your pet spends time with me, they get to learn all sorts of new skills!

Rachel and her fiance kept us updated with videos and great pictures of Shadow. Shadow had a great time with Dax, they were super fast friends and really wore eachother out. Shadow was tired for days afterwards from the exertion which was great for us. We will happily use them again for daycare or a longer stay.”

About: I bring a rare mix of professional veterinary experience and full-time, in-home care to every pet I watch. I spent eight years working at Cleveland Park East Animal Hospital, where I managed large boarding groups and assisted with medications, surgeries, and specialized care. That background allows me to confidently care for pets who need medical attention or extra support. As a stay-at-home mom, I’m home all day so pets are never left alone and receive constant care and companionship. They also become part of our family, enjoying gentle love and attention from my children. Your pet would truly be part of our family! I am blessed to be a stay at home mother, so I am available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Your pet would have constant care and attention from myself. They would also get to enjoy playing around our yard and porch and soak up all the extra cuddles. We have an outdoor cat, and we previously had our loving dog who passed away. We are used to having pets at home! While we do not have a fence, we have a grassy front yard and a large backyard with trees, grass, and even a creek. Our neighborhood boast 17 acres of natural space that include walking trails and a 3 acre pond. Your pet would love getting to go on unleashed walks with us throughout the day to explore all of these areas. As for our home, considering we have pets ourselves, our home is very pet friendly. Our cat prefers to explore outside during the day, but she absolutely loves dogs. Having lived with one for most of her life. We have baby gates to prevent dogs from going to the upstairs portion of our house, which leaves the entire downstairs for play, roaming, and resting.

She was attentive to our dogs needs regarding feeding and medication, and provided us with regular updates and plenty of pictures, making us feel at-ease with leaving our timid rescue pitty in her care for the afternoon.”
