I offer boarding in a home with a secure fenced in yard, which gives dogs a safe space for exercise, outdoor time, and play. I make it a priority to maintain each ones normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, and any special instructions from the owner. I also understand how important communication is, so I provide regular updates and photos to help parents feel comfortable and connected while they are away. When caring for them in a client’s home, I am respectful of their space and focus on keeping your fur baby comfortable in their familiar environment while ensuring they receive dependable, attentive care.

About: Me and my husband David have both grown up with dogs our whole lives. I always had labradors in my family while he had golden retrievers. David’s dog Maggie lived to be 15 so he has great experience with senior care. I volunteered at a shelter and dog sat for our neighbors throughout high school. I also helped trained our two dogs as puppies, and we have cared for dogs as big as 110lbs to as little as 5lb. I am working part time with a baby due this August so my hours are decreasing as well. My husband is working a flexible remote job, so there is lots of time to play with and care for your pup. We are both early risers and am at home most weekends but occasionally away with travel. I am in a very pet friendly neighborhood with a large fenced in backyard. I am a mile away from a large park with two big, open fields, so your pup has plenty of places to run around.

My 2 dogs are trained, neutered males with medium-high energy levels and high social skills. I am present throughout the day to supervise, play with the dogs, and help make sure everyone feels at home. Weekends are just as consistent—dogs get the same structure and care, but multiplied x2 since my dog-loving husband is home. (We can accommodate dogs who fear men.) I keep a clean, dog-friendly home with safety gates, dozens of toys, and 100% dog-friendly furniture. Dogs are never left alone for long stretches, and I tailor their play groups depending on the dogs' personalities, energy levels, and varying social skills + moods. While I don’t have an attached yard, we make up for it with frequent strolls over to the nearby dog park. In clients’ homes, I follow your established routines closely so your babies feel secure and cared for in their own space.

About: Hello! My name is Alex and I have had a dog (or two) my entire life. Right now, Hank is my main man. He's a boxer mix I rescued in Albuquerque, NM in 2022. We think he's 5 or 6, so let's go with 5! I love all animals and I love being active so your pet is sure to have the best walk and/or playtime hanging with me. I'm a very reliable, attentive, and trustworthy person and pet owner and I promise to make your life (and your pet's) all the easier by taking the stress out of being away from home. I currently work from home so I can give your pet all the time and attention they deserve. I promise your pet will return safe, happy, and ready to play with me again :) I am available every day of the week, with the majority of my time spent at home and around my neighborhood. I drop my children off in the mornings to either camp or school, and do pick up in the afternoons. As long as I can work around those pick ups and drop offs, I'm available! I understand the importance of trusting someone to care for your "child or friend". Growing up with had over 10 different breeds and I get along with all dogs. I have 1,5 old Jack Russell. She is very friendly and loves to have new friends over. Snoopy always shares her snack and toys. If owners allow, I take them to hike or to nice parks to run. We have fenced dog parks, dog spa and many treats. Your dog will enjoy our company! I work from home and I have a very flexible schedule. Dog parks are right below my apartments and I can walk them anytime. Following your schedule is not a problem. I like to ask questions to make sure I know all habits, food preference, nap time. While attending college at UNC Chapel Hill (go heels!), I volunteered year-round as a dog foster for PeakLab Rescue Animal Shelter in Apex, NC. Not only did this experience enhance my love for dogs, it also taught me greater responsibility when it comes to pet care. I now have a fur baby of my own who is the absolute love of my life! She loves having other dogs around to play with. I would be thrilled to love on your dog, take it for walks (or runs) and stop by the house for drop in visits during the day. I am available for walks in the mornings, afternoons and evenings. I am also flexible, able to stay in your home, and open to some overnight stays. I have a cozy, air conditioned home with my senior beagle to keep your pup company. Will always have fresh water and treats available. I also have a crate if needed. This is my full time job so I have plenty of time to play with your pup. We have a fun dog park nearby also lots of toys and cozy beds. We love going for drives, long walks and playing outside and doing zoomies. My senior beagle is a great helper and I have a crate if needed.
