About this sitter: I am a responsible, caring entrepreneur and adventurer. I love being outdoors and dogs have always been some of the best companions for my various explorations and adventures. I love dogs and want to share my love with your dogs :) Why I love dog sitting As a child I was afraid of dogs, but my neighbor's gentle giant soon won me over and I have loved them ever since. Dogs have been a part of my everyday life since the day we got our Shetland Sheepdog when I was 11 years old. In the next few years we added to the family, and soon had a total of 4 dogs. Last year, my dearest Sheltie passed away suddenly and I have been heart broken since. I unexpectedly was asked to dog sit my brother's 2 lab mixes soon after for an indefinite period of time, and have been caring for them since. I love dogs so much as their unconditional love and faithfulness knows no bounds and I feel I have so much love to give them and to receive in turn. They each have individual personalities that make them unique in their own right. About my yard Part of my yard is fenced in and connects with a gated veranda which also connects with the back deck. The back door opens to a gated, fenced in area so there's no worry of the kids getting out when the door is opened. My experience administering medication/first aid Yes. I have experience providing oral and injection medications. I also have experience changing dressings and cleaning wounds.
