About: I've raised 2 dogs and have taken care of friends' and co-workers' dogs for nearly 40 years. I love snuggling with and playing fetch with dogs of all ages. I don't watch much t.v. so, most of my time would be spent enjoying your friend/family member's company! I can't wait!!! I work from home most days and I typically work Monday through Friday. On the weekends I don't work, so I will be fully engrossed in play with your loved one! I live in a cute little house with a small back yard, but have a big middle school one street away where I take doggies to play and walk. There's also a really close park and tons of walking paths nearby.
About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life—dogs, cats, chickens, even a parrot—so caring for them is basically part of my DNA. I’m currently in school to become a dog trainer because working with animals isn’t just something I do, it’s genuinely what I love. He is pretty set in his ways and has a fair amount of quirks to his care. Very quickly, we felt confident and comfortable that Erika connected with Leonard and was thoughtfully following our guidance perfectly. She sent us daily updates and adorable pictures, asked questions when needed and made an effort each day to figure out what he liked and needed. It was fun to see Leonard doing things at home that we thought he wouldn’t do while we were away, like being carried, danced with, rolling around on his back, playing with toys, and cuddling in bed or in a blanket fort. This was a testament to how comfortable he was with Erika and the time she spent with him. Erika navigated the quirks of our old home and left it immaculately clean and tidy. This was my second time booking with Kayley and she is great! I have a cat who requires a little more work and has to wear a diaper but Kayley has handled it perfectly without issues or complaints. She is the first person other than friends/family who has watched my 2 cats and I feel very comfortable and confident leaving my fur babies in her care.
I've never used a pet sitter before so I was kind of apprehensive about how things might go but Rachel put my mind at ease with her confidence and pet-friendly attitude. My two kitties are super-skittish around visitors but Rachel made every effort to get them to come out of hiding. She was mindful of keeping their breakfast routine and refreshing their litter box and went above and beyond to hand wash their Delectables food bowls so there wouldn't be any lingering smells in the house when I returned home. She even ended up having to respond to a little bit of kitty 'urp', cleaning the spot. I would definitely have Rachel sit for my kitties again if I have a need in the future.
Adaline was amazing! She took such great care of our cat, and we absolutely loved all the photos and videos she sent while we were away. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our cat was happy and in great hands. Our cat loved her too! What can I say except WOW! Dana was AMAZING! She took care of our two large dogs and our cat and was absolutely fantastic with them in every facet, exceeding all expectations! Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
