My weekly routine back in Houston revolved around assisting elderly, disabled, or special needs people care for their amazing pets. My life revolves around ensure a high level of care to every animal I encounter. I also spend my free time training and teaching children JiuJitsu.

I prefer to care for pets in a home they are already comfortable in. It can be stressful enough for a pet not to have their parents home... It is nice for them to at least sleep in a place they feel safe in. I have brought animals into my home in the past, however my current apartment will not allow it.

I have absolutely no breed preferences. I work with a wild variety of breeds on a daily basis and have no judgments on any breed or species. I do believe that communication is key. Providing me with any behavioral quirks or issues will keep both me and your pet safe and this will not limit my availability to work with your pet.

This is completely dependent on what the dog enjoys. If the pet loves and the parents approve of dog parks, we will do that. I have had some pets love running through obstacle courses in their back yard. We did that for hours. We have all met the Labrador that loves retrieving. I can play fetch all day. Some pups have no interest in fetch and prefer cuddles. I provide great cuddles and scratches. My care is highly individualized. My routine will mimic your pets already established routine.

My heart goes out to working with the older babies. I have always loved taking care of the older dogs have plenty of experience handling their meds and personality quirks. I recently relocated to Lacey and I am looking for furry friends to keep me company. I have experience in a boarding kennel, in-home settings, in a veterinary hospital, in pet spas, and in pet daycares. I have received several Dogtopia certifications towards the level of Canine Coach 2. I have competed an internship with the Zoo of Acadiana which allowed me to work with plenty of exotic animals. Personally, I have owned a large variety of exotic pets, and can also provide care to yours if needed. I have been accustomed to working with animals of many shapes, sizes, and an even larger variety of temperaments and personalities. I have spent a lot of working with Houston Mini Pig Sanctuary. I have worked with pigs, goats, sheep, donkeys, chickens, and ducks. The staff is built primarily on vegans of which I am one myself. I am constantly learning from the best on how to care for animals. There is no job too odd for me when it comes to caring for animals.

Loui saved the day, literally. After an emergency, my dog was left alone for 28 hours with only two quick walks from strangers. But after a long night, no one was available to feed Quill or hang out him the next morning. Then, Loui came to the rescue. Truly dropping everything, Loui communicated clearly and reassured me everything was ok. Loui cared for Quill when I couldn’t. I really felt cared for by a stranger who went out of their way to support me today. Thank you, Loui. 100/10, would recommend as a responsible, thoughtful, professional, dog sitter.
Loui was fantastic! Took care of our 3 dogs ranging from old to young with no issues . Loui provided updates and photos while we were gone. Definitely felt our pets were in good hands. Would definitely recommend and hire Loui again!
Loui is fantastic with my older dog. I have no worries leaving Poopins in Loui’s hands because I always get updates and come home to a happy dog.
