About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life—dogs, cats, chickens, even a parrot—so caring for them is basically part of my DNA. I’m currently in school to become a dog trainer because working with animals isn’t just something I do, it’s genuinely what I love. I volunteer with a local shelter where I walk dogs, help ease kennel stress, and run playgroups for pups of all personalities. This year I even spent time volunteering at a dog shelter in Greece, which gave me hands-on experience with all kinds of temperaments and behavior quirks. I’m well-versed in positive reinforcement training and behavior modification, and I’m also certified in animal CPR and first aid—so your pet is in safe, capable hands. Whether your dog is shy, silly, high-energy, or needs a little extra patience, I’m here for it. Also I go by my middle name, Chasse. Pronounced chase. But Donald is fine too I'm currently finishing school to be a dog trainer and I only work on call. I also have conferences and school stuff that occasionally take me out of state, which will be reflected on my calendar. I do playgroups at the shelter 3pm on every Thursday. It was fun to see Leonard doing things at home that we thought he wouldn’t do while we were away, like being carried, danced with, rolling around on his back, playing with toys, and cuddling in bed or in a blanket fort. This was a testament to how comfortable he was with Erika and the time she spent with him. Erika navigated the quirks of our old home and left it immaculately clean and tidy.
