Note: I am avaliable in Olympia from June through late September. Hello! I have been working with horses for around seven years, and in that time, I have watched and cared for many different types of animals. I am willing to watch, care for, and love on any (and all) animals. I believe that each animal has a different way that they want to be loved. Some dogs are energetic and want to return that ball to you for hours. Others may want to just sit and cuddle for that same time. Each animal has his/her own unique experience in life. Therefore I believe that each individual should be treated differently, but with equal love and attention. I am willing (love) to watch animals that may have abuse in their history, are shy to new people, or may have anxiety, or physical limitations. I have a lot of experience with anxious animals, seizures, and animals with physical limits. I used to have one of my own, now an angel. I require a meet-and-greet before I watch your animal(s), just so I can know exactly where everything is and make sure I can help your animal(s) be as comfortable as possible. A good meet-and-greet also helps me meet the animals that may have more hesitations about meeting me. I can provide additional references upon request! I take the utmost pride and care of your animals while you are away. Their food always comes first. I enjoy morning/afternoon walks and/or cuddles! I also take pride in putting myself on their schedule for their comfort. What you would like me to do, that is what I will do and more! I have experience caring for abused, shy animals as well as animals that may have anxiety or physical limitations. Please message me if you are wondering about my experience with a specific special need that your animal has! I would like to make sure that I am a good fit for their needs and can provide what is necessary for their health and comfort.

Ruby was very kind and responsive the entire time we communicated. She brought up safety precautions during our meet & greet and was overall excellent to work with. My cat Jula was well taken care of by Ruby and I will definitely be rebooking in the future
It is very hard to leave our kids but Ruby gives us the peace of mind that they are being taken care of and getting loved on like we love on them! We look forward to our next booking with her!

Did a great job taking care of our four cats! Was very communicative and kind. Managed all of their little differences with ease, and the cats were great when we got home.
Ruby is literally the best we could have ever hoped for in a pet sitter. Our babies absolutely love her and we never have to worry if she is watching them. She cares for your kids like they are her own. Wish we could give her ten stars!

Schedule
I am a full-time college student at CWU. Ellensburg: Please message me about my availability as it will depend on my current classes. I plan to take half of my classes online and the other half sometime in the morning. Over holidays/breaks I will be in Olympia, and then during the regular school quarters (fall, winter, spring) I will be in Ellensburg. Can be in Olympia, Friday thru Sunday any week. In Olympia: Memorial Day Weekend: May 22nd thru May 25th 2026 Summer Break: June 13th thru end of September 2026 Winter Break: December 14th 2026 thru early January 2027 In Ellensburg: All other times.
