I work a 12 hour graveyard schedule at work and the days rotate. I run a household as well but my kids are older and need less from me so it was time I needed to supplement my income and this is the best way to do it!

I am excited to care for your pet in your home. Walk, Sit, play with, feed, or just be a presence if that’s what they need. My job is to give you peace of mind so you can focus on what you need/want to do while you’re away. However, my current situation does not allow for anything more than regular drop ins/walks.
Information Silke D. would like to know about your pet
It is important to know what kinds of medication is needed, how it’ll need to be administered, and when. If your dog has health specifications/food allergies I would love to know in order to cater to their specific needs no matter how intricate it can be. Also, food measurement and treat limits are a must.
A typical day
I enjoy playing and walking….but I also enjoy doing nothing or sitting outside in the sun if that’s what they like to do. I’m pretty flexible when it comes to activity levels.

I have three dogs of my own. They range in age from less than a year to 14. Sometimes we can’t bring them everywhere and that’s what I’m here for. To ease your mind and let you focus on you. It is cliche but this is the best job in the world and I can’t believe I can get paid to take care of animals.

Silke did such a great job looking after my shy babies sunny and summer! She kept the place tidy and made sure that the litter and water were filled and clean. Definitely will be booking her for the future!
Silke has house sat for my energetic pittie many times and is always great!! Rosie is happy to have her as a friend who takes good care of her while I am away!
Silke did an excellent job taking care of our dogs! We were initially nervous of having someone come to our house because our dogs aren't overly found of strangers, but they warmed up to her almost right away. She was very accommodating of our dogs' individual needs and checked in with us when she had questions. Silke also takes the best pictures and had us laughing every time she posted a visit. We couldn't recommend her enough!
