“Natalie was absolutely wonderful! She stepped in on very short notice to care for my dogs and made the entire experience stress-free. She followed all of my instructions perfectly, was incredibly kind and professional, and kept me updated with regular check-ins and lots of photos. Knowing my dogs were so well cared for gave me incredible peace of mind while I was away. She was so great, I've booked Natalie again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring pet sitter!”

“Helena was great - consistent, reliable, got some play time in with my brave cat, and even got some scritches in with my terribly shy cat. I appreciate the daily photos and updates - much less stressful on the cats than being boarded, and less stressful on me knowing they're getting reliable, daily care and check ins.”

“Chandra provided excellent services to our pets and our families needs . She went above and beyond and we are so very grateful, excellent communication and care . We highly recommend Chandra , thank you , thank you ,thank you”

About: I have been taking care of Dogs, Cats, and small Reptiles for a combined 10 years. I love to snuggle on the couch, go for walks, and chase the local squirrels. I have a full time time job my hours are 5am - 1:30pm Monday - Friday I also have a small gig job that ranges in schedule, will communicate hours when necessary. My two cats are pretty laid back, other than needing pets 24/7. Growing up and have had to manage many different types of pets, from super hyper and playful to couch potatoes.
“Johanna is my go-to and I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. They're easily the most trustworthy sitter I've ever had. They follows my cat's care instructions closely and does a fantastic job at providing detailed updates and lots of photos as well, so I can rest assured he's in good hands. Most importantly, Oscar adores her!”

“Annmarie was fabulous! I would use her again! She is thoughtful and caring about your pet. Sent pictures and you can tell she cares for your family pet kindly. So glad to have found her!!! Thank you”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better pet-sitter. Stephanie was kind, reliable, and went above and beyond to ensure we knew our kitties were doing well. We appreciated all of the photos and updates. Thank you Stephanie!”

“Qing is very organized, thorough and detail oriented! I had a family emergency and Qing is always the first and the best option I would consider for my cat who takes some time to warm up with strangers. Qing gave my cat the meds he needed and sent detailed notes with great updates. Highly recommend! I will only choose her to care for my pets! Ethan & Andy”

“Kacie was phenomenal at taking care of our pups and they LOVED her! She came through last minute ahead of the holiday weekend. She not only walked the pups, she played with them out back, even picked up the poop in the yard that we hadn’t gotten to 🫣 she gave them so much love we had no worries they were well taken care of. Kacie was the best!!”

“Sarah is a wonderful sitter! Booked her for two drop-ins with walks and my dogs absolutely loved her. One of my dogs is a little older and requires medication and she was very gentle getting her to take it. She’s very communicative throughout. Absolutely recommend Sarah!”

“Maddy is wonderful! My dog absolutely loves her. She’s thoughtful, thorough, and leaves no trace behind. Her communication is stellar, and she takes care to secure the house every time. Reliable and punctual. She shows up like clockwork. Friendly, caring, and completely dependable. Highly recommend!”

“Zash is amazing! We just finished an 8 day trip and we have an 18 year old medically high-needs cat and a kitten. We were incredibly anxious leaving them because their care is complex and our 18 years old’s health is so fragile. Zash went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and we were actually able to relax and enjoy the trip. She was prompt, thorough, caring, and 100% reliable. We have hesitated to travel in the past but now with Zash we are ready for our next trip! You will not regret leaving your babies in her care. Thank you, Zash!”
“Summer was absolutely fantastic with our babies. She sent lots of photos and made sure they had a nice, relaxing time while we were away. We were a little nervous to leave them with the wildfire nearby. Summer made sure I was comfortable and it was so nice to know their safety was her top priority!!! Will definitely book with her next time we are in town!”

About: Animals have always been an important part of my life. I've helped rescue nine cats and raised seven from kittens to adulthood, which has given me extensive experience with feline care and behavior. I love getting to know each pet's unique personality and building a bond with them through play, attention, and consistent care. In addition to cats, I regularly help care for my family's dog through walks, playtime, and daily care. I also have experience raising and caring for ducks, which has taught me the importance of providing consistent care, maintaining routines, and paying attention to each animal's needs. While cats are where most of my experience lies, I'm excited to work with dogs and other animals as well. I'm reliable, attentive to detailed care instructions, and dedicated to making sure pets feel comfortable, happy, and loved while their owners are away. Whether your pet needs playtime, companionship, exercise, or specialized care, I'll treat them with the same patience and attention I give my own animals. I'm currently on summer break from college, so I'll have almost unlimited free time to play and care for your pets! I also don't mind weird hours, day or night. I treat every pet as if they were my own. I carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, and any other care requirements provided by the owner. I like to be extra attentive and keep a close eye on pets because their safety and comfort are my top priorities. I also make sure they receive plenty of attention, playtime, and companionship while you're away, helping them feel happy and secure in their familiar environment.
About: I’ve taken care of animals of all kinds since I can remember ❤️ I’m experienced with big and small, seniors and puppies, many different species, experienced with medications, quick to learn, and excited to get to get to know everyone’s individual needs and likes. My number one priority is your pet’s needs…I don’t leave the residence unless getting groceries because I realize that most animals get a bit anxious with their family gone. I also make it a priority to take care of the house and leave it as it was when I got there. I don’t smoke, and I don’t drink. I take many pictures throughout the day and update daily. My entire goal is to play, love, and care for your pets as if they were my own so you can enjoy the time you are away knowing they’re being cared for. I work remote in a flexible job, so I can dedicate as much time as needed with your fur babies. Their care is my number 1 priority. I have a fenced yard and live close to beautiful Wonderwood park. My dog, Pickles, is almost 2 years old, 10lbs and super friendly. I am very familiar with crating and specific schedules. Love taking walks, and am quick to learn routines so that your fur babies feel comfortable.
“Claire was amazing to our two kitty babies and we are so thankful for her!! She was so kind, considerate, and communicative. And when one of our cats had an unexpected issue with her eyes, Claire was quick to let us know and to do everything she could to take care of Marcy and to help us make sure she was okay even when we were far away and so worried about her. Claire went above and beyond and we would absolutely recommend her and contact her if we need a sitter ever again! 🖤🐈⬛🐈”

This was our first time using Rover and I am very pleased. Allison did an amazing job taking care of my two cats. She communicated well with me and even cleaned up after their messes. I feel more at ease knowing that I can trust the care of my cats when needed again in the future.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
