About: I grew up with all sorts of pet friends: frogs, geckos, dogs, and cats. From a year long pet sitting gig to one of my regulars that has geese and ducks! My work from home position and my Wednesday-Sunday work schedule gives me a unique position that most others cannot provide. I am home bound for work during typical "social days" and love to have pets of all kinds as my coworkers! Everyone's needs are different. I personally have two indoor cats that I would never let out. About: I’ve been a volunteer at two different animal shelters, including Olympia‘s Joint Animal Services. I’ve worked with everything from tiny 4 week old kittens to elderly dogs, and I’m comfortable delivering some medications. As a former teacher and current volunteer educator I’ve passed many background checks. I’ve taken care of my own pets and those of family and friends my whole life, and I love getting to know new fur friends. I am currently working part time as a consultant so my pet care schedule is very flexible. I am available most weekdays, evenings, and weekends. I am currently going to school to be a vet technician and I volunteer at the animal shelter in the cat and dog rooms. I have experience handling all different types and sizes of dogs.
