About: My husband and I have both had cats and dogs since we were children, and without shame treat our current three kitties as our children. One of our cats, Floki, was a stray and wanted more outside time with us on the patio, which eventually led to walks on a leash that now also include our second cat, Outback. I believe any animal is capable of learning and growing with enough love and dedication. We’ve cared for elderly animals with kidney failure and other medical needs, including IV drips, oral pills, and eye drops. We regularly care for friend’s pets as needed and welcome meeting new furry friends! I work Monday through Thursday from 8am-5pm, but would be free in the evenings and on the weekends. My husband has a more flexible schedule as a teacher, currently working Wednesdays from 3pm-4pm and Thursdays from 10am-11am and 3pm-4pm during the summer term. I take care of feeding, watering, and scooping litter boxes for cats, and the equivalent with dogs and potty breaks. I gladly take dogs and cats on walks, and depending on the owner’s time away, I like to stay and socialize with their pets until they seem content.

At your home if there isn't a fenced yard, I make sure to take them on regular, leashed walks to meet their exercise needs. Regarding training, I'm adept at working with pets on basic commands and cues, and I'm happy to reinforce any specific training methods you use or would like implemented. We would love to be your sitter while we're living without a dog at the moment. As a disclaimer for house sitting requests, it will only be either Tiffany or I to house sit, unless otherwise requested/preferred. As for dog walking or drop in visits (which include a walk!) Just reach out if you're interested :). We kindly ask you to provide food during the stay to ensure the pups don't get stomach upset. We love to play with our dogs and even try to do photoshoots and hikes/trips! We live in a large secluded/hidden fenced house that is nice and quiet with minimal distractions. We are able to provide Discount codes if it is your First time booking through Rover with us! Your pup will rarely be home alone on weekdays given our schedule as Tiffany is in between jobs atm and I work 3x a week on varying nights, but we do make 2-4 hr chore/grocery/gym runs throughout the week (mostly weekend) so please do keep that in mind if your pup cannot be left home alone unattended, we may not be the best fit for your pups needs. We will always try to bring them on outdoor excursions if weather permits as well! We often host different dogs from different families during overlapping stays and never more than 4 dogs a day/night - so unfortunately we do not watch pups who do not get along with other pups or if they any indications of aggression, as safety and compatibility are very importance to us - so we ask you be honest with us during outreach :). For pups who are boarding for less than 4 nights, and/or doggy daycare there will be a higher chance of overlap given our availabilities. For dog walking, we can only walk dogs that are properly leash trained and have good leash manners. Drop Off / Pick Up Times: 7am-10pm Thank you for understanding!
