“Ashley is my very first walker from Rover. She arrived on time. She asked great questions, and was helpful in laying down the plan for Jacqui. My dog can be a snob in meeting new people, but because of Ashley’s personality and ability to follow instructions, Jacqui felt comfortable letting Ashley remove her harness towards the end of the walk! What a big relief on my side! I will be using Ashley again for future walks.”

“You didn’t give up on my boy and they had so much fun on their first walk! We can’t wait for them to get to know you and enjoy many more walks together. Thank you for keeping them safe and loved.”

“Ashley does a great job of walking our dog and is very reliable. She also goes above and beyond by bringing in packages and giving our dog her vitamins!”

About: My family always had pets growing up...cats, dogs, mice, birds, fish, squirrels too! I walked dogs professionally in Chicago for four years. I loved the company, loved being outside...regardless of the weather. I have a smal black cat named Coretta, a pit bull mix named Nell and Bosley, a cattle dog/GSD. I love animals! I cannot imagine my life without them. I moved to Sacramento in 2015. I'm reliable and so is my car. I'm punctual and meticulous. I will keep the dog paws and your floors clean. We can walk, hang out in your yard, hang out inside...whatever you need. I am experienced and comfortable pilling animals and giving injections. I'm also very patient so if you've got a difficult fur baby, I'm willing to give it my best. I live in Sacramento and have a lot availability currently as I am unemployed and need cash! The weather is great, I need exercise and so do the dogs...I'm ready to hit the pavement with your pups Does your dog like to scavenge when out on walks? Let me know so I can keep a close eye on them. Are their things in your house I need to watch for to keep your pet safe?

“Bari was great to work with! She promptly kept us updated of her visits, sent us pictures of our two dogs on their walks, and gave them lots of love while we were away. We would recommend her, and plan on asking her for help again in the future!”

“Very kind, attention to detail, loving walker/sitter for My Scamp. Aicha is thorough and thoughtful and I look forward to continuing to book with her! Scamp is so happy and loves showing her around the neighborhood.”

About: Hi, I’m Tyler and I’ve been a cat sitter since 2019 so it’s been 5 years now since I first started dog/housesitting. I started out be dog/housesitting for my grandma’s neighbor and they thought I did such a good job that she referred me to her friends and family. I’ve built up a relationship with all my clients and we have a good trusting relationship between us. Currently I have 3 regulars that I dog/housesit for whenever they need me. I’ve housesat for many different types of dogs and cats and I love bonding with the animals that I care for. I’ve taken care of older and younger animals and my family are huge dog lovers so I’ve been around dogs since I was born. If you have any special requests for your pet I am more than welcome to accommodate for them and if you have any worries I am just a call away! I am free almost every day for the summer besides maybe 1 or 2 weeks for vacation. I currently have a job working at an Autoshop in Sacramento but I make my own hours for it so I can work around housesitting and I can make it work. During my services, the first thing that I like to do is to bond with the pet. I’ll sit on the ground and allow them to get comfortable with me. Once they get comfortable, I do whatever is asked for the pet and make sure that they are well taken care of and happy that I am around. Whether it be playing with them or taking them out on a walk, I am more than willing to do so to ensure that the pet is happy and well taken care of.

“Ashlynn was amazing with my boy Max. She got my boy the play and exercise he needed, whilst making sure he was safe and taken care of! Thank you again Ashlynn for being so amazing with my boy. Highly recommend and will be reaching out again for more walks!”

“Farm was a lifesaver. She truly loves dogs because she changed her schedule around to fill in for my usual walker. We would be glad to work with her again.”

“Julia was wonderful with our 8 month old golden. He instantly loved her, and we were very comfortable with her and trusted she would take good care of him and be respectful in our home.”

“Abby is very prompt, caring and responsive- we’re so happy we found her and look forward to having her help with future needs for our dog Symphony. Thank you Abby!😊”

About: Eight years ago my husband and I adopted our first dog, Foxy Cleo. At a year and a half old, she had been returned twice. It was our mission to show her love and affirmation - we knew we would be her final, true home. Unfortunately, she recently lost her battle to cancer which seemed to have happened overnight. We loved her so much, and she showed me the reward of caring for and loving her in return with that sweet face and wag of a tail. I'm so happy to have been her dad. Foxy was a healthy, active, happy dog - we'd play all the time, go on hikes, and runs at Curtis Park. I'm more than happy to help with your dog (or cat) when life gets in the way. I work from home, so I'm able to be very attentive to your loved one. I have a relatively flexible schedule and can quite often adapt as needed. We have a quarter of an acre yard that's fenced in for them to play in. When my dog was alive, we would play outside quite frequently. I also live close to Curtis Park, and she and I would go on long walks there a couple of times a week.

About: Hi! I’ve been looking after dogs for over 10 years and I currently have a small Yorkie poodle mix for almost 3 years. She’s super playful and grew up around all types of dogs that I’ve dog sat over the years so she’ll be great company for your dog! I also live in a very safe community with a lot of dogs so we like to take multiple dog walks throughout the day and we also have a large group of dogs that get together to play everyday if your dog is open to it! Let me know your preferences and we can work something out. I currently work mostly from home so we go on walks at least 3 times a day with one dog play session with other dogs in the afternoon. I try to be as accommodating as I can towards other dogs to make sure they can be as happy as they can be with me. I live in a very safe community with large grassy areas where dogs get together everyday and we also have a lot of local dog parks. My dog is free to roam our apartment but we can keep your dog in whichever environment you prefer.

“Reginay was on time and my pets loved her. She was great with the dogs!”

About: What sets me apart is how personal I make every visit — I truly treat every dog like they’re my own. I’m patient, reliable, and always in tune with what each pup needs, whether it's an energetic walk, some cuddle time, or just a calm check-in. Having a dog myself, I understand the trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else's care. I’ll make sure they’re safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I usually work at schools supporting kids with special needs, but since there’s no summer school at my current site, I’m fully available — mornings, evenings, and even overnights. I’ve got a super flexible schedule this summer and would love to spend it giving your pup the care and attention they deserve. When caring for a pet in their home, I always try to keep things calm, consistent, and comforting — just like their humans would. I follow all feeding and care instructions closely, give them plenty of love, play, and walks (if needed), and make sure they feel safe in their own space. I respect your home, keep everything clean, and send updates so you always know how your pup is doing. My goal is to make sure your pet feels happy, relaxed, and well-loved while you’re away.

“Michelle is reliable and responsive. My dog loves going on walks with her!”

About: My sweet pittie and I work from home in our house with a fenced backyard. I’ve worked as a professional dog walker and dog sitter for over 3 years. I grew up with dogs and have experience caring for a range of breeds. I work from home during the week. I’m available to walk and let your pup out in our backyard regularly. There’s plenty of room to run around and play ball in the yard. I have a fenced in yard and a sweet 3 yr old pittie to keep your pup entertained, if needed. Or I can crate your dog and let them out on whatever schedule needed.

About: I’ve stayed overnight to house-sit and pet-sit, provided walks, playtime, and medication for senior dogs, and welcomed dogs into my own home, including pups with health issues needing special attention. Friends, family, and neighbors trust me because I treat their pets like my own: with love, patience, and a lot of snuggles. I’m ready to pursue my dream of doing this full-time. While I’m transitioning out of my current job, I’m already making pet care my top priority. I’m available for boarding on weekends and most weekdays, and I’m flexible with my schedule to make sure your pet feels loved, safe, and cared for. I have a fenced yard, two friendly dogs, and two laid-back cats who are totally comfortable with new animals. We regularly host pets of all ages—from playful kittens to senior dogs—so my home is set up for safe, loving care. I also have plenty of pet gates to keep everyone comfortable, secure, and peacefully separated when needed. Whether your pet stays with me or I’m caring for them in your home, I’ll follow your routine closely—walks, meds, crate time, cuddles—whatever helps your fur baby feel safe and at home.
