Grisel gave me peace of mind from the initial inquiry (daycare and potential overnight boarding) until the last moment saying our goodbyes. I was nervous being new, but she was completely professional, respectful and patient. her helpful relative was also so attentive to my shy babe. Communication was 100% as was the set up and the care. “Khalina & her family did an Excellent job taking care of my Max & Macy while I was away on my 5-day trip across country. My fur babies were very receptive towards them & their children.
