“I cannot say enough good things about Irina. While I was on vacation, one of my dogs developed a ruptured cyst (from what I later realized was caused by a small nip from my other pup who got angry at him the day I dropped them off with Irina). This could have been an extremely stressful and scary situation but Irina handled it with absolute professionalism, compassion, and care. Not only did she notice it immediately, send pictures, and communicate every step of the way, she also took my dog to our veterinary hospital on a Sunday to make sure he was properly diagnosed and treated. With her veterinary degree, she clearly knew how to manage the situation, and assure me Ralphy was doing okay and it was treatable (which gave me so much peace of mind while I was out of the Country). On top of this she kept me updated on both dogs, and sent lots of pictures and videos. I feel incredibly lucky to have found someone so caring, knowledgeable, and reliable to watch my 2 Senior Dogs. I recommend Irina wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a pet sitter who treats your pets as if they were their own.”
