“I booked Akira's first boarding with Nelly and was super anxious because it's the first time we were spending the night apart! Nelly was amazing at the meet and greet, answering all of my questions and helped ease any concern I had and also ended up taking out her own dog out for Akira to meet as well. She asked me any clarifying questions as needed for Akira's stay and was wonderful with sending plenty of updates along with videos and pictures on how Akira was doing. Nelly was also transparent and upfront about there being other dogs she was boarding that specific night so we were able to have a discussion about how Akira was with other dogs and Nelly navigated that wonderfully as well, with updates showing tons of awareness of Akira's behaviour and making sure she and the other dogs were comfortable around each other and not interacting in a way that could cause concern or lead either dog to harm. Will definitely look to use Nelly's services again when I need to! We picked up a very happy and tired pup the next day!”

“This was my first time using Rover and I couldn’t be happier. Grisel was kind and listened to me as I shared Dori’s needs. Her home is set up well for taking care of pets. I received pics throughout Dori’s stay showing her doing some things I wasn’t sure she would do while in a strange place like eating. Grisel obviously has the “touch” to get her to feel comfortable. I will use Grisel again! Thank you Grisel.”

“Chris was incredibly caring and flexible for my dog nitro. He was always so quick to respond to my messages, made sure my dog (who is a total handful) get a lot of exercise and was super kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend if you ever want to make sure your pup is in good hands :)”

“Jataveya and her family were awesome, I have never boarded my dog before so I was a bit nervous as my dog can be a bit difficult at times. But she really made me feel as ease with sending me updates of pictures of my dog. When I picked him up he was in great spirits and was very well cared for. They went way above and beyond what I expected to include cleaning his dog bowls for me. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone needing their dog to be watched.”

“I had to have surgery and didn’t know what I would do with Ms Franky Mae until I found Rover and Ingrid! Ingrid met with us before I had to leave her and she was so obviously caring that my dog immediately took to her and her dog Moose! I felt very comfortable leaving her and Ingrid sent pictures and updates throughout the time she stayed. I will use Ingrid again whenever I need someone to care for my dog. She is an awesome human and I am so glad to have found her! I highly recommend her services.”

“Miss Annie was everything we could have hoped for in a sitter. Our little miniature poodle has had good and poor experiences with other sitters, but I can say without reservation that Miss Annie took care of her in a very personal and loving way. It was obvious that our doggo enjoyed her stay. Miss Annie has a clean and safe environment for her clients. She is professional and very detail oriented. She sent lots of pictures and updates. Some may feel it to be too much, but I very much enjoyed the correspondence. Our pup was pampered and well taken care of. We usually have family available to sit with our doggo, and Bailey craves human attention. She got everything she needed to be command safe in our absence. We would definitely use Annie in the future.”

Luckily, everything went very smoothly and without issue. Michael has a nice easy way with dogs and is very experienced.
