About: I've had dogs my whole life and I currently have two large (70+ lb) dogs. I grew up with small to medium dogs and before my current pups, I dog/cat sat all manner of dogs and cats from friends and family. I am very detail oriented and attentive when providing care for pets in addition to have a calming presence that pets quickly grow fond of. I have experience with crate training, leash training and giving oral and topical medication. I have created extensive care documents for my own dogs and am happy to follow as many instructions for your pets. I have immense flexibility to check in on, walk and house sit your pets throughout the weekdays currently and for weekends, I would review requests on a case by case basis. I'm happy to visit your pets and help with feeding, walking or any other specific care you need while you're away. I really enjoy playing with dogs, especially if they like fetch! I enjoy really long walks and can even run with your dogs if your dog needs more exercise. Otherwise, I'm happy to cozy up with your pet and I can even stay overnight if needed.

“Kendra was very attentive to our animals. She gives detailed check ins with pictures. I felt our animals were well cared for. I will definitely request her again.”

“We got to meet Erika for our meet & greet. She was professional, friendly and definitely pet lover. We unfortunately did not end up using her for the pet visit, however I will definitely book her in the near future.”

“Olivia did an awesome job checking in on my pets while we were out of town. Lots of pics and even recorded every pee and water break they had. She was also nice enough to close all the blinds when it got dark. Thank you for your help Olivia :)”

“Vahid took excellent care of our furry kids while we were away. He communicated with us regularly, took plenty of pictures, and was very respectful of our home. It was such a relief to come home knowing our boys were well taken care of. We will definitely check with him next time we have a need for someone to check in on our kids. Thank you so much!”
About: I have loved animals for as long as I can remember, especially dogs! Spending time with animals brings me so much happiness, and I truly enjoy making sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while their owners are away. I am patient, responsible, and comfortable around dogs of all sizes and personalities. Whether it’s going on walks, playtime, cuddles, feeding, or just keeping them company, I always make sure every pet gets the attention and care they deserve. I also have a puppy of my own named Jugnu, so I understand how important it is to have someone trustworthy caring for your fur baby. Having a puppy has taught me a lot about patience, consistency, and giving animals the love and attention they need every day. I know how energetic and playful puppies can be, and I genuinely enjoy being around them! I am flexible, dependable, and willing to adapt to your pet’s routine so they stay as comfortable and happy as possible. Whether your dog loves long walks, playing fetch, relaxing at home, or getting extra belly rubs, I’ll make sure they feel cared for and loved while you’re away! I have a flexible schedule and make pet care a priority in my daily routine. I’m available for walks, and pet sitting during weekdays and weekends. I’m reliable, responsive, and committed to giving pets consistent attention, exercise, and care while their owners are away. I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment for every pet in my care. I always follow feeding schedules, exercise routines, and any special instructions provided by owners. I focus on building trust with both pets and owners by being attentive, patient, dependable, and ensuring pets feel comfortable and secure at all times

About: I grew up breeding and training Rottys and have been taking care of animals of every kind since then. Training, washing, grooming and walking. I can do it all! Animals of all shapes and sizes are perfect! I work nights so I am available during the day to take care of your pets! I can be up early to take them on walks before the day gets too warm for their delicate paws. While I can't house any animals due to my own pets, I have found that pets always do better meeting someone new in their own enviroment. I spend time with them in the places that they like to lounge which creates a quick bond.
About: I’m a HUGE animal lover. I have two beautiful dogs and a cat at home whom I love unconditionally. I treat every dog like they’re my own! I’m reliable, patient, and attentive, and I tailor my care to each dog’s unique personality and needs. Whether it’s an energetic walk, playtime, or extra love for a senior pup, I’ll make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. You’ll also receive regular updates and photos for added peace of mind. I’m currently starting a new role as a mental health therapist and building my client schedule, so I have some flexibility as I get established. This allows me to offer consistent care, especially for walks and drop-in visits, and be attentive to each pet’s needs. I enjoy incorporating pet care into my routine because it’s a great balance to my work and something I genuinely look forward to. I care for pets in their own home by following their normal routine as closely as possible. This includes feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and attention based on their needs. I focus on keeping your dog comfortable, safe, and relaxed while you’re away, and I provide regular updates for peace of mind.

About: I’ve been around pets my whole life. I have my own cat, Button, whom I love dearly and have taken care of pets for my friends lately. I am in between jobs so I am free to work with whatever schedule you have. If you have leftover food that needs to be used, I’d be happy to not let them go to waste. I prefer to care for your pets in their home territory. I am very easy going and happy to follow any instructions you have for me.

“Holly was very professional, followed all instructions perfectly, and spent a ton of time with my babies. I appreciate her very much and will be using her in the future for my trips!”

“As a first-time user of Rover, we’re lucky to have found Aicha- she is compassionate, professional, educated, and communicative- all the attributes of someone you’d hope for to look after your beloved fur baby. For my initial drop-in visit, she was quick to respond and eager to adjust to our needs as new puppy parents. Her willingness to schedule a meet and greet prior to the 1st visit allowed us the opportunity to build rapport with Ube and show her the ropes before the first session. During her drop-ins, she sends real-time updates/pictures and asks for clarification of house rules giving us reassurance that she respects our home and reinforces habits we try to impart for our pup. Moving to Sacramento with few friends/family, she has been a huge support for my husband and I who both work long hours.”

“Dustin took great care of our dog while we were away for the weekend. This was our first experience using Rover and Dustin’s kindness and responsiveness put us right at ease. Thanks again, Dustin!”

“Great feedback from Hans as my pups were scared of him on his first visit. I will continue to try and hopefully they will get used to him. They are just little scared beings overall and definitely not him!”

About: All of my life I've grown up with animals. (Dogs, specifically.) Before I went off to college my cousin, whom I'd been living with at the time, adopted a german shepherd. This german shepherd, Bauer, became like my own. I watched him go from tiny little puppy, to this massive energetic and sweet protector. I am experienced in most areas surrounding pet ownership and responsibilities. I am very nurturing and energetic, making me just the person to take care of your cherished. I follow instruction well, and I'm also experienced in cat care as well. Just a few years ago I adopted two kittens, Panther and Jaguar, who both grew up very quickly. Unfortunately, I had to move a few momths ago and could not accommodate for them both. I, then, made the decision to leave them in the good hands of my neighbor at the time. Lastly, I am a Sociology student at Santa Rosa Junior College with an interest in basic needs, equity, and how pets play a vital role in overall health. I'm currently working on research involving these topics! I work from home and I have a 2 year old. With that being said, I’m up early and my schedule is pretty flexible given my toddler keeps me on my toes! My apartment building is indoor so no worries necessarily about your fur baby if they’re escape artists. I don’t have a balcony or yard so we’ll just get that leash on and go explore!

About: I had dogs for my entire childhood and as an adult, I regularly volunteer at our local shelter to take shelter dogs out for the day to help socialize them, give them love, and to just give them a change of scenery. I would be honored to care for your fur baby! I currently work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, so I have very flexible availability those days so I can fit your pup’s needs. I work Tuesday through Thursday from 8am to 4:30pm, but am fully available afterwards. I have a large fenced backyard with plenty of space for your pup to run around if needed. I am happy to board, so long as your pet is comfortable staying in the yard. We have rabbits in the home, so unfortunately we cannot have dogs indoors.

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Packard Bell
This was my first experience with Rover. Thanks to Ana, it will not be my last. Since I got my first cat three years ago, I have limited my travel to short, in-state trips. I just didn't have anyone who I trusted with my cats, so I avoided long work trips or extended vacations. But that all changed when I found Ana. My kitties are looking forward to seeing her again, and I am very happy to be able to travel to important family events in the future. Ana is extremely detail-oriented, and conscientious about her job. When she came by for a pre-departure meet and greet, I thought that I had written down everything that she might need to know. Yet she still thought to ask about things that I had not considered. She offered to put my trash bin out so that my house did not look unoccupied. She offered to water my houseplants while I was away. She even offered to put food out for the neighborhood stray that I normally feed! I gave her a lot of information during that first meeting, and she remembered every single detail throughout my trip. Even though I'm a helicopter parent when it comes to my cats, I was totally at ease knowing that Ana was coming by daily to check in on them. Ana is compassionate and intuitive when it comes to interacting with pets, and my cats were happy to see her each day. Even my second cat, who is normally terrified of strangers, grew to like Ana. I highly recommend Ana. Even though her rate was a little higher than other nearby Rover providers who do drop-in visits, she is worth every penny. I look forward to working with her again in the near future.

Taylor was a great commentator and showed pictures of the visit. She took my pups outside for playtime and gave cuddles before she left. I also appreciated her letting me know they got foxtails on their fur(my yard is full of them) so that I could give them a good grooming once I got home. Tom and Xica enjoyed their visit with Taylor

Vahid took excellent care of our furry kids while we were away. He communicated with us regularly, took plenty of pictures, and was very respectful of our home. It was such a relief to come home knowing our boys were well taken care of. We will definitely check with him next time we have a need for someone to check in on our kids. Thank you so much!
This was my first time using Rover and so far Alice has been amazing! I was very nervous to invite someone into mine and my pup Kylo’s home that we didn’t already have an established relationship with, but Alice made us feel so comfortable. She answered ALL of my questions, addressed my concerns, and was courteous enough to come for a meet and greet prior to drop in visits. We had our first drop in visit and Kylo seemed to be at ease with her and looked so happy in his pictures! I am planning to book again for multiple services. Thank you Alice!

Mia was amazing with my dog this past week over Thanksgiving. She gave very specific updates and was always on time. She also followed all the little instructions in order to keep my dogs routine the same while being gone. I would strongly recommend her to anyone!

Christina is wonderful! She showed up right on time for the meet & greet and immediately came across as kind, caring, and genuine. During the drop-in visit, she took such good care of our cat, Tofu, who clearly felt comfortable around her. We also really appreciated the great pictures and videos she shared—it gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Highly recommend Christina!
