“Jennifer is so down to earth and made me feel comfortable right from the start. In my opinion, she has a very personalized approach to each pet. I had a last minute need for pet care and had never used this type of service. I was very apprehensive to have a “stranger” take responsibility for my beloved animal, as well as stay in my home. I had not previously met Jennifer, but during our introduction, she (not only) made me feel comfortable regarding pet care but also, made me comfortable to be staying in my home for multiple days. My only apprehension in writing this review is that too many people will know how amazing she is and it will be harder to book pet care in the future.”

“Laura was fantastic! We could tell when we met that she was caring and conscientious and during our time away she proved us right on that. She was thoughtful, considerate, took wonderful care of the dogs and our home and was excellent with communication. Our elderly pups need a little extra and Laura handled their (potty, medicine, physical) needs with care and professionalism.”

“Where to start? I would give Nancy more than 5 stars if I could. We recently had a bit of a debacle and just two days before our vacation the sitter we had scheduled was no longer available. Rover.com jumped in to action and provided us with Nancy. Wow!!! I guess it was just meant to be. She stepped right in and assured us everything would be OK and we could relax and enjoy our (out of the country!) vacation. And she was more right than we could know. We received daily texts with updates and photos. One of our dogs is "shy" and the best we normally hope for is that he will eat and try to relax with a new person in the house. Within 2 days Nancy was able to pet him and before the end of her stay she was sending us pictures of big, wet kisses. We don't know how she did it other than the dogs just knew she is a kind soul and an amazing person. We came home to our home being spotless and even a Welcome Home balloon. I just can't say enough about what that kind of peace of mind means to us when we travel. Knowing our fur babies and our home are being cared for with the same kind of love we give is a true gift.”

She clearly cared for Fernanda like she was her own pup, and in the photos Catelynn sent Fernanda looked happy and comfortable. As an anxious rescue, Fernanda sometime struggles to settle with new people, but she seemed to really love Catelynn. I would absolutely recommend Catelynn to anyone!”
