I have extensive experience caring for all types of medical conditions in both dogs and cats and some exotic animal experience as well. I am willing to take on pets with medical concerns and am able to administer any type of treatments. Please let me know if your pets require medical care.

I love taking dogs out on fun walks, hiking and to the beach when applicable. Exercise, enrichment and stimulating activity is absolutely essential in providing a high quality of life for pets.

I am a Public Health Specialist with a previous career in veterinary medicine. I have over 10 years of experience as a Licensed Veterinary Technician with a focus in emergency and critical care. I am not a full time tech anymore but still like to get my fill part time. Animals have always been a part of my life. I am very responsible and love to meet new pets and spend time caring for them. I have a somewhat flexible work schedule and can check in on your pets every 4-6 hours through the day and stay in your home with them in their own environments, which I believe is a much better option to a boarding facility. Safety and the well being of your pets is my utmost concern, I treat other pets as my own and spoil them just as much. I have a very friendly, well behaved 9 year old golden retriever of my own who comes with me when I house/ pet sit- he loves to meet other dogs and cats.

Summer took great care of our house and pets! She was easy to communicate with and professional. Everybody was calm and happy when we got home—a sure sign they’d been well cared for!
Once again, we are so appreciative of how good of care our dog received while we were gone for the holidays! Our pup was very happy and our home was super clean when we got back. Would highly recommend Summer and Ragnar to anyone!
Summer went above and beyond. She stayed at our house with our 2 lab pups. Our 14 year old and a 10 month old. Two very different sets of needs. Her experience with caring for dogs really showed. We appreciated the cute photos Summer sent us throughout the week. Great communication! We (including our girls) would love to have Summer stay again.
Summer was the first dog/housesitter we’ve used through Rover and she was wonderful! She and her dog Ragnar took great care of our dog and I especially loved the pictures she sent us. Everything was in great shape when I got home and I think she even re-made the bed with clean sheets, which I thought was above and beyond! Definitely hope to have Summer and Ragnar stay with our dog again in the future and would recommend her to friends.
