“Best pet sitter ever! Benita is amazing with my pack and she took wonderful care of them. Dealt with their quirks;, provided lots of updates with pics and video, administered medications and kept them all happy and loved. Will definitely book again lots! I highly recommend her for any and all pets. She is wonderful! Came home to happy, healthy pets :)”
“Nancy did an amazing job watching Milly while we were away. She was quick to respond to our request for a meet and greet. I could tell immediately that she loves animals and put my mind at ease that she would provide the level of care that we desired. Nancy sent us photos and updates while we were away. She followed Milly's daily schedule that I had laid out for her to the letter. She was careful to keep the house very clean and orderly. Milly was a very happy and content little girl when we got home. I am so grateful to have found Nancy and will not hesitate to use her again in the future!!”

“Heather’s been working with our pups Odin & Freya quite a bit now! She visits weekly while we’re at work, and she has stayed a few weekends with them while we’re out of town. She does great updating us and sends lots of pictures. Our younger pup seems to absolutely adore her, our older pup can be difficult to bond with but she still does great with him and even said that last time he even gave her some snuggles! We will definitely continue to use Heather :)”

“Bridget was great with our little old man dog Shaq. She won him over quickly and kept him safe the whole time we were away. Cute picture updates & notes on how he was adapting. It was great. She showed excellent judgement when the power went out on our block & took our little dog home with her overnight. Really appreciated the care and commitment to keeping our boy safe. You are the best, Bridget! Thank you.”

“Rachael is awesome. She is easy to work with, reliable, and best of all my puppies LOVE her! She truly does go above and beyond. One of our puppies has special needs and she was great with her. I knew our puppies were great hands our whole vacation. She sent pictures and videos every day. One of the puppies even wanted to leave with her when we got home. Rachael has a great sense of how and when to connect with dogs to insure they are comfortable and to build trust. I was very impressed with her. Additionally, she was able to help me with my plants and kept our house nice and neat. We will definitely be booking her for future trips. :)”

About: I've had companion dogs for most of my adult life. Usually two dogs at a time. My oldest dog was a Red Healer cattle dog who eventually became blind and deaf, living to be almost 19yo. I've also had Australian Shepherds (2) and Border Collies (2) and enjoy the smart dog challenge. I consider my experience well rounded from training puppies to caring for older dogs who have special needs. I love them all like they are one of a kind and deserve the best this life has to offer. Thank you in advance for considering me as part of your pet's care! I work during the day M-F close to home. Home on the weekends. Daily walks are provided with additional play time and potty breaks as needed. I have a fenced yard and usually accompany the dog outside so they are not alone in the yard. Play time also occurs in the fenced yard space. Dogs are free to roam the house and be part of our family while boarding but I also offer containment to an area of the house or crate if needed.
“Sarah was an amazing house sitter. She was great with both of my cats and empathetic to their individual needs. The house was spotless and both cats loved her.”

“Tynesha was great with Ziggy he took to her right away! She kept me in the loop with his needs throughout my trip and treated my home with respect. I would definitely book with Tynesha again!”

“Nick is amazing! He’s a great communicator, very respectful, and the dogs and cat just love him! He asks important questions so he is prepared to handle potential emergencies, and is very thoughtful in caring for your home as well as your pets. We will definitely book Nick again!”

“My dogs love Nancy. They are excited to see her. I have three Havanese and they keep her busy. Nancy cleaned a couple of refrigerator shelves. It was unexpected but much appreciated.”

“Came back to happy pets, a clean house and live plants. Julie communicated well. My pup ripped a few claw while I was gone and Julie managed that too. Thanks!”

“Laura (Di) was spectacular with our boys! She met their every need! She also knew that we hate to be away from them and comforted us with frequent communication and pictures. She was such a blessing!!!!”

“Jennifer rules! She’s very communicative, flexible, and provided lots of updates on our little guy while we were gone. :) We could tell that his safety and comfort were her priority!”

“Nella and her daughter Jay were great! We got frequent updates about all our critters and they were especially patient with our senior dog who is grumpy. We would use them again for sure!”

“I had a long trip out of state over the holidays planned, and I was worried about leaving my fur babies for so long. But I was really grateful to have had someone there with the animals who was clearly so caring and attentive. Her communication was great, very friendly, and the animals clearly loved her! Got regular pictures so I knew they were in good shape and happy. Thank you thank you thank you!”

Spenard pet parents share their Rover experiences
Benita took great care of our dogs and house. She managed to still walk and play with them in the icy and cold weather. She probably threw the ball at least 2,000 times for our crazy younger pup. Her communication and updates were very frequent. Our dogs were really sad to see her go. We would definitely book again!

Eleanor did an absolutely excellent of looking after my dog Enzo during Christmas break. It is obvious she loves dogs and they bonded immediately. She treated him as if he were her own, gave him lots of love, play, and more walks than I directed her to. She gave me regular updates and pictures which allowed me to have a worry free vacation. She also took very good care of my home. It was cleaner than I left. I would highly recommend Eleanor. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Bridget was great with our little old man dog Shaq. Thank you.

Had a good experience with our pet sitter! From the very beginning, Ericson was professional, communicative, and genuinely caring. Furbabies were happy, relaxed, and well looked after when we returned. We received regular updates and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend Eric’s services to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate pet sitter.

Laura was absolutely amazing, very accommodating to my schedule and very profesional. I was scared leaving my boys at first but after meeting her I felt very comfortable. She was great with my boys, gave them lots of attention and sent me pictures and updates often. I would love to work with her again.

Ciarra did such a great job taking care of my dog and cat. It was so nice to know that they were well cared for while I traveled. She is very communicative and prompt with response and showd great attention to detail. I will diffinately reach out to her again.

Maia was wonderful! There were a few hiccups on my part and she handled them wonderfully. She reached out regularly to give me up dates on all my pets and how each one of them was doing. When we got back the house was cleaner than we left it and everyone seemed happy and healthy. For reference I have 3 dogs and a cat so she definitely handles chaos well!

Sarah has always been able to put my very shy girl Diane at ease since she started watching her. Good communication and great pictures which also help me know Diane is being well taken care of. When Diane wasn't feeling well, Sarah got her to take medication which is no easy feat. Sarah is a wonder with my dog and I highly recommend her. She will be truly missed when she moves away.

Lexi is everything we wanted in a dog and house sitter. Kind, smart, mature and committed to the loving care we so want for our dogs to have while we were away! We received daily updates and photos of our pups, along with reassuring words that all was well. She got them out as often as we'd asked, and she cleaned up the yard regularly. Plus she clearly loved our dogs! We had complete confidence with her and highly recommend her to anyone needing dog or house sitting. We're super bummed she'll be moving out of state as we'd love to hire her in the future, but if you're looking for a sitter who will care for your dogs and home as much as you do, look no further. A true 5 star sitter!
