About: I’ve worked with a range of animals from puppies and kitties to seniors. I understand each animal is unique in its needs and routines, and will strive to give your pet the best care possible. PLEASE NOTE: I may not be available for day-of bookings. I currently work a 8am-5pm Monday through Friday, and would be available in the mornings before work, during lunch (can occur between 11:30am-1:30pm) and after work (most days). I am in town and free most weekends. I’d love to chat and see what works best for your pet. I am comfortable with taking out your pet for walks, bathroom breaks and cuddles. I can feed them on their schedule, I am comfortable with crates, and I am familiar with administering pills / flea medicine.

About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was 10 years old, and I truly can’t imagine life without them! Over the years, I’ve gained experience with a wide variety of pets — from dogs and cats to small reptiles, rodents, and fish. I’ve provided both in-home overnight care and daily drop-in visits, and I always tailor my approach to each pet’s unique personality and routine. Whether your dog loves long walks and playtime, your cat prefers quiet company, or your reptile needs a careful feeding schedule, I’m attentive, patient, and dedicated to making sure every animal feels safe and loved while you’re away. I treat every pet like my own and always keep owners updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your companions are in good hands. Right now, pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine! I’m a recent Pediatric Nurse Practitioner graduate and not working full-time, which gives me a very flexible schedule. That means I can dedicate plenty of time to giving your pets the attention and care they need. Whether that’s staying in your home, spending extra time during visits, or keeping a consistent feeding and play schedule. Caring for animals is something I truly enjoy, so I’m happy to make it a meaningful part of my everyday life. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my top priority is keeping them comfortable, safe, and happy in their familiar environment. I carefully follow each pet’s usual routine, whether that means feeding schedules, walks, playtime, litter box or habitat cleaning, or medication if needed. I take time to get to know each animal’s personality so I can give them the kind of attention they enjoy, whether that’s active play, quiet companionship, or just sticking close by. Since I don’t have pets of my own and live in an apartment, I’m able to dedicate my full attention to the animals I care for. I keep things tidy, make sure food and water are always fresh.

About: Dogs bring so much joy to my life. I’m a dog and cat dad to four corgis and one cat, and I recently moved to Nashville. Pet caregiving is a great way for me to build community while helping others. I’m a responsible pet parent who understands routines and individual needs, and I treat every pet like my own, making sure pet parents feel at ease while they’re away. I’m currently working part-time, which gives me plenty of availability for pet sitting. My schedule is quite flexible at the moment, allowing me to easily accommodate pet care into my daily and weekly routine. Caring for a senior dog, a middle-aged dog, and two young corgis has taught me how to adapt care to each pet’s age, energy level, and needs, whether that’s outdoor play, structured walks, or calm indoor activities. I also have experience administering daily medication, as one of my dogs has stage 1 renal failure and requires consistent care to remain stable. I always adapt to each pet’s routine and needs, providing attentive, loving, and reliable care in both my home and my client’s home to ensure pets feel safe and comfortable.

Liz walked my dog Ellie (3 times) during a day when I couldn’t be home. El loves walking but is reactive to other dogs and pretty high energy (Aussie mix rescue). It was the first time El was being walked by a non family member and I was pretty anxious - Liz was really communicative and sent me lots of pictures during the day, I would recommend her 100 percent. El had a great time and was really well taken care of. Liz absolutely loves dogs and that’s very clear. It’s hard to trust people with my best friend but I would absolutely trust Liz, I hope this review helps other folks find Liz as well

About: Hablo ES/EN. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and sizes, from energetic puppies to gentle seniors who need a little extra TLC. For example, I grew up with a dog for almost 20 years and helped manage his arthritis as he got older. What sets me apart is my patient, attentive approach and my respect for each pet’s unique needs. I have experience administering oral medications (especially for seniors with multiple chronic conditions) and maintaining consistent routines for pets while their humans are away. I also have experience caring for multiple pets within a home. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, or quiet companionship, I make sure every pet feels safe, loved, and at home in my care! I genuinely enjoy spending time with pets and make it a priority. My schedule is flexible, allowing me to provide consistent care throughout the week, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I plan my days around making sure each pet gets the attention and love they deserve. Whether it’s daily walks, check-ins, or overnight stays, I’m committed to being reliable and communicative so pet parents always feel at ease! While caring for pets in a client’s home, their safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities. I take time to understand each pet’s unique needs, from feeding schedules and medication to behavioral quirks and preferred toys. In a client’s home, I respect their space and keep things clean, calm, and consistent, leaving everything better than when I found it. I always double-check doors, gates, and leashes, and I never leave pets unsupervised in unsecured areas. I communicate clearly and frequently with pet parents, sending updates and photos so they feel confident and connected while away. Creating a safe, loving, and trustworthy environment is at the heart of how I care.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs since I was born. I frequently dog/house sit family and friends’ animals. Dogs and cats bring a lot of joy to my life. I work full time at an urgent care, so my schedule isn’t your typical ‘9-5’. If needed throughout the week, accommodations can always be made. Please message me if needed. I will care for your pet like their my own. I will walk, bathe, feed, and play with them. Getting to spend time with animals, other than my own, always make me heart even more full. My favorite thing to do is play with animals; especially fetch.

About: I’ve been a lifelong dog owner, so I understand that each dog has their own personality, energy, and needs. I provide patient, loving care tailored to every pup, whether that means energetic playtime for a young dog, gentle attention for a senior, or extra reassurance for anxious pups. I treat every dog as if they were my own, giving you peace of mind while you’re away. Caring for pets is woven into my daily life with the same dedication and attention I bring to my clients at my spa. Every six weeks, I step away to tend to my spa clients in California but in the meantime, the dogs and cats in my care receive an experience that mirrors that same level of luxury and attention. It’s like their own personal spa. From gentle play and tailored exercise to quiet moments of comfort and pampering, I ensure every pet feels loved, relaxed, and truly cared for while you’re away. Whether I’m visiting your home or caring for pets in my own, I provide an experience that mirrors the calm, attentive care of a spa. Each visit is personalized to your pet’s needs, playtime, walks, meals, and quiet relaxation are all tailored to their personality and routine. I create a serene, loving environment where pets feel pampered, safe, and cherished, so they enjoy every moment as if it were their own private retreat.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have cared for them in all stages of life. I love discovering their personalities and making them happy. Dogs are a part of the family and should be treated that way! I am a musician so my nomad life has not allowed me to personally have a pet, but my love for them hasn’t changed. My weekday schedule is generally very open and can be flexible. I follow directions very well, so I will care for the pets exactly as instructed. I’m very thorough and your pets safety and trust is my highest priority.

About: I was raised on a farm in East Tennessee & began dog washing in other homes at the age of 12 alongside an experienced groomer! Now, I am the proud caretaker of two of my very own fur babies! I have an open schedule, I work from home as an artist and am always available to travel as well! I am willing to do pet care any time I am at home. I have a dog & two cats in the house, as well as a yard and fenced patio for outside time! I love to play with the animals, or just give them company and love (especially on rainy days)

Ava was outstanding. From the start, Ava was a great communicator. She quickly replied to our last-minute request to walk our dog for the next 4 days, and it was very easy to finalize the details via a couple of exchanges. She showed up when she said she would, and she went above and beyond in taking our dog on walks, including at local parks (outside the immediate neighborhood). She sent pictures on their walks, and we thought our dog would probably pack his things and move in with Ava. He looked so happy, and started crying when she showed up to take him on a walk. We strongly recommend Ava, and we're looking forward to asking about her availability next time we need someone to help.

My dog, Misty, likes people and sometimes when I have to be gone for a few days she gets depressed and very lethargic. Misty enjoyed her walks with Shannon—and while she wasn’t happy I left, she was much happier having Shannon take care of her, seemed to really take to Shannon, and seemed less lethargic.
