About: Hi! While I’m new to Rover, I’m not new to pet sitting. I'm a lifelong animal lover who's been caring for pets since I was 10 years old. From fostering a senior chihuahua to caring for 150 pound mastiffs, I have a wide variety of experience. As a dog owner myself, I know the importance of having someone you trust to take care of your pet. I’m a huge animal lover and truly love nothing more than snuggling up with a cat or dog on the couch. I love sending photos and updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. I’m a teacher so I’m extremely flexible during the summer. During the school year I do work 7am-3pm so your pet would have to be okay being alone for at least 8 hours. My weekends are low key so I’m able to provide much more undivided attention to your pet. I stay in homes for pet sitting as well as board dogs (dogs only) in my home. If your dog stays with me, I have a large fenced in back yard and very sweet 6 year old golden retriever to keep your pup company. I have two roommates that love pets as well. Your pup is also welcome to sleep with me as that’s what mine typically does. I live near a park and typically take my dog for a 30 minute to 1 hour walk in the evenings and would gladly take your dog for as much or as little of that as you prefer. If I stay in your home, my dog will he cared for by my roommates and I will provide your animals preferred routine.

About: My first pet was my Persian cat we adopted from The Humane Society when I was a little girl. My second pet was my miniature poodle who was my BFF. I am the friend who keeps my friend’s pets for their weekend getaway and I’m always asking to pet a furry friend that I meet along my day. My schedule is currently flexible during the weekday and weekends. I’m home most of the time or nearby and would enjoy the pet interaction to help care for your pet. I reside in an animal friendly apartment building that has an outdoor fenced dog park for your pet to freely play. My neighbors are respectful with keeping their animals leashed. I am engaging with my fury friends and enjoy playtime and charting with them as well. I am open to caring for potty trained and well adjusted pets and open to those who are pm their potty training journey.

I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions, whether that means preparing bone broth toppers, adding supplements, maintaining medication schedules, monitoring food intake, or sticking to a specific routine. I know that small details matter when it comes to keeping pets happy, healthy, and comfortable. Communication is important to me, so I’ll keep you updated with photos and notes while you’re away. My goal is simple: to provide the same level of care, attention, and peace of mind that I’d want for my own dog. Whether your pet is energetic and playful, a senior who needs a little extra support, or somewhere in between, they’ll be treated like family. I’m currently searching for full-time work opportunities, so I and have daily availability to spend great outdoors time with your pup at any time of day. Safety comes first in everything I do. I carefully follow feeding routines, medication schedules, supplement instructions, exercise restrictions, and any veterinarian recommendations provided by owners. I’m especially attentive to pets with mobility concerns, senior pets, or pets with special routines. I pay close attention to behavior, appetite, hydration, and overall well-being and will communicate regularly so you can feel confident your pet is happy, safe, and cared for while you’re away.

About: I got my first dog (not counting family dogs) in 2020 and prioritized her care throughout her life. In navigating her complicated health issues, I became very comfortable administrating oral medications, eye drops, and ear medications. We loved walking around the neighborhood, exploring nearby parks, and cuddling. I will bring love and attention to detail to my work with your dogs! I am currently working part-time and am available weekdays and some weekends. I live in the Nations but can travel around town to you, as well. I can visit your house to spend time with your dog. I am capable of walking multiple dogs at once or in shifts. I have a safe harness system in my car to explore nearby areas too if you are interested.

About: I have been caring for friends and families dogs for years before getting my own 2 years ago. There’s nothing I enjoy more than meeting a new pup and taking them for a walk. I am currently working from home 4 days a week and can excuse myself from my desk at almost any hour. I currently go to my office only on Thursdays. I have a large fully fenced in yard with one other dog. My dog is Otis, who is a 70 pound Great Pyrenees mix. He’s two years old and couldn’t be friendlier.

About: I've had dogs most of my life and handled every dog emergency there is. I have kind and gentle nature and have lot's of experience both pups that have endless energy and older dogs that need a little more help. I work part time from home helping women who are caring for their parents so I'm very flexible and can often even change my schedule to fit yours. I feel strongly that the advantage of having pet care in your home is that they get to keep their routine! So my rule is follow instructions while making sure they feel safe and loved.

About: Hi, I’m Nicole! I’m a recent graduate of Vanderbilt University and a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds. I grew up with cats and have always had at least one in the house, so caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. When I was 12, I rescued my first dog — a senior teacup Chihuahua named Bella — and cared for her for nearly 8 wonderful years. That experience taught me just how important it is to find someone trustworthy and compassionate to care for your pets when you’re away. Throughout high school, I volunteered at my local animal shelter, where I worked with cats and dogs of all ages and temperaments, as well as assisting in the clinic. I also have about 7 years of professional pet and house-sitting experience, primarily caring for cats and medium to large dogs in their own homes. I love taking dogs on walks, making sure they get exercise, fresh air, and plenty of attention while keeping them comfortable in their normal routine. My top priority is making sure your pets feel safe, happy, loved, and stress-free while you’re away — so you can feel stress-free too. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry family member! As a recent graduate, my schedule is open as I career search. I have availability all week when I am in town and look forward to connecting with you to see what will work best for you and your fur baby! As of right now I am not taking any boarding clients. While in your home, your pup or kitty will have eyes on them to make sure they are safe and not getting into trouble!

About: I’ve taken care of pets ever since I was a toddler. I’ve trained 3 of my own pets before! I have loved animals and have such a big loving heart for all fur babies. I have a very flexible schedule! I make my own hours and am able to help anytime from letting them outside to walking to taking to a park etc. I have a fenced in yard and 3 huge bedrooms. They are allowed to sleep anywhere as long as you approve, love all kinds of snuggles!
