I started pet sitting because I genuinely enjoy having extra puppy friends around. I only take one small dog at a time, so every guest gets lots of one-on-one attention in a calm, relaxed home environment. I’m a PhD student who works primarily from home, so your pup will receive plenty of attention, supervision, and playtime throughout the day. My flexible schedule allows me to provide daycare and overnight boarding on both weekdays and weekends. I only accept a limited number of dogs at a time so every guest gets the care, love, and attention they deserve. Your dog’s safety and happiness are my top priorities. I have two friendly miniature dachshunds, Kiki and Lulu, who love other small dogs. To create a calm and safe environment, I only accept small breeds. Every dog is introduced slowly, supervised during play, and given their own space if they need a break. About: My 1st pet was my Persian we adopted from The Humane Society when I was a little girl. I loved cats so much as a child that I perfected my cat sketch since I drew them all of the time. I also have experience taking care of miniature Poodle from elementary through high school. I’m the friend that offers to keep your pet because they bring me so much joy. About: I’m just a guy who loves pets and loves walking! I currently have a sweet Bernese Mountain Dog named Heidi who’s almost 2 and a quirky Exotic Shorthair cat named Humphrey who’s 6! I grew up with cats so I’ve been taking care of cats my whole life. I’m known for being a very responsible and responsive person. You can trust me to take care of your pets without worry. I’m doing this as a side gig as I have a full time job so I prefer to keep my gigs within my neighborhood (Hillwood) or nearby and outside of normal working hours (8 am to 5 pm) but I can be flexible with enough of a heads up. To be completely honest, I have never “professionally” cared for pets, so if your pets require special care, I will probably not be your best choice. I’m not trained in performing special care on any animals. However, if you just need someone responsible and relatively cheap to check in on your pets, I’m your guy! If your pets like friends then I can bring Heidi or Humphrey with as well!

About: I am a work-from-home (dog) mom. I have two Australian Shepherds, who I have raised since they were both 8 weeks old, so I have experience with very high energy dogs/puppies. About: Hi! While I’m new to Rover, I’m not new to pet sitting. I'm a lifelong animal lover who's been caring for pets since I was 10 years old. From fostering a senior chihuahua to caring for 150 pound mastiffs, I have a wide variety of experience. As a dog owner myself, I know the importance of having someone you trust to take care of your pet. I’m a huge animal lover and truly love nothing more than snuggling up with a cat or dog on the couch. I love sending photos and updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. I’m a teacher so I’m extremely flexible during the summer. During the school year I do work 7am-3pm so your pet would have to be okay being alone for at least 8 hours. My weekends are low key so I’m able to provide much more undivided attention to your pet. I stay in homes for pet sitting as well as board dogs (dogs only) in my home. If your dog stays with me, I have a large fenced in back yard and very sweet 6 year old golden retriever to keep your pup company. I have two roommates that love pets as well. Your pup is also welcome to sleep with me as that’s what mine typically does. I live near a park and typically take my dog for a 30 minute to 1 hour walk in the evenings and would gladly take your dog for as much or as little of that as you prefer. If I stay in your home, my dog will he cared for by my roommates and I will provide your animals preferred routine.

About: I've had dogs most of my life and handled every dog emergency there is. I have kind and gentle nature and have lot's of experience both pups that have endless energy and older dogs that need a little more help. I work part time from home helping women who are caring for their parents so I'm very flexible and can often even change my schedule to fit yours. I feel strongly that the advantage of having pet care in your home is that they get to keep their routine! So my rule is follow instructions while making sure they feel safe and loved.
About: I’ve taken care of pets ever since I was a toddler. I’ve trained 3 of my own pets before! I have loved animals and have such a big loving heart for all fur babies. I have a very flexible schedule! I make my own hours and am able to help anytime from letting them outside to walking to taking to a park etc. I have a fenced in yard and 3 huge bedrooms. They are allowed to sleep anywhere as long as you approve, love all kinds of snuggles!

About: Hi! While I’m new to Rover, I’m not new to pet sitting. I'm a lifelong animal lover who's been caring for pets since I was 10 years old. From fostering a senior chihuahua to caring for 150 pound mastiffs, I have a wide variety of experience. As a dog owner myself, I know the importance of having someone you trust to take care of your pet. I’m a huge animal lover and truly love nothing more than snuggling up with a cat or dog on the couch. I love sending photos and updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. I’m a teacher so I’m extremely flexible during the summer. During the school year I do work 7am-3pm so your pet would have to be okay being alone for at least 8 hours. My weekends are low key so I’m able to provide much more undivided attention to your pet. I stay in homes for pet sitting as well as board dogs (dogs only) in my home. If your dog stays with me, I have a large fenced in back yard and very sweet 6 year old golden retriever to keep your pup company. I have two roommates that love pets as well. Your pup is also welcome to sleep with me as that’s what mine typically does. I live near a park and typically take my dog for a 30 minute to 1 hour walk in the evenings and would gladly take your dog for as much or as little of that as you prefer. If I stay in your home, my dog will he cared for by my roommates and I will provide your animals preferred routine.

About: -Worked for an Animal Chiropractor for 4 years, I also was hired to pet sit some of my clients fur babies. -Worked doggy day care and was a kennel technician at a pet resort for 2 years - interned at a wolf sanctuary for 1 year -volunteered at a free roam cat shelter for 2 years I work remotely as a customer service representative, so I'm home throughout the day and have a flexible schedule to provide plenty of attention, playtime, walks, and potty breaks. I'm also an avid traveler, so I don't currently have pets of my own. Rover is the perfect way for me to enjoy the companionship I've been missing while giving your pet lots of love, care, and attention in a safe, comfortable environment. I currently reside in an apartment that boasts a secure, gated courtyard in the complex. Also, there is great walking and parks in my area.
