About: I have had cats pretty much my entire life: multiple American Shorthairs, a Maine Coon, and then my husband and I had a Sphynx, so I have experience bathing and caring for hairless cats! At one point, I cared for a senior dog who required multiple medications, special meals, and help with his ear treatments. Over the past year, I have been on and off boarding a friend's cat, who unfortunately has cancer and also requires multiple medications. I am willing to do boarding in our home as well as drop-ins/hangouts at your home!
About: I’m just a guy who loves pets and loves walking! I currently have a sweet Bernese Mountain Dog named Heidi who’s almost 2 and a quirky Exotic Shorthair cat named Humphrey who’s 6! I grew up with cats so I’ve been taking care of cats my whole life. I’m known for being a very responsible and responsive person. You can trust me to take care of your pets without worry. I’m doing this as a side gig as I have a full time job so I prefer to keep my gigs within my neighborhood (Hillwood) or nearby and outside of normal working hours (8 am to 5 pm) but I can be flexible with enough of a heads up. To be completely honest, I have never “professionally” cared for pets, so if your pets require special care, I will probably not be your best choice. I’m not trained in performing special care on any animals. However, if you just need someone responsible and relatively cheap to check in on your pets, I’m your guy! If your pets like friends then I can bring Heidi or Humphrey with as well!

“Emily took wonderful care of my fur baby, Sugar, while we were visiting Nashville. She has a large fenced yard where the dogs can play, and I appreciated the extra safety measures she took. Emily put Sugar’s collar on in addition to her harness in case she somehow got loose, which showed me she was thinking ahead and treating Sugar like one of her own. Before I left, Emily carefully introduced Sugar to the other dogs and made sure everyone got along and that Sugar was comfortable. That gave me tremendous peace of mind. I felt completely comfortable leaving my girl in her care, and it was obvious Sugar was well loved and well cared for while we were away. Offered to show me around. Asked about Zoeys schedule, eating habits, etc. Everything you could ask for from your doggy sitter plus more. We only stayed for a short visit, as I was from out of town. But she eased my mind as I was out, with photos and reassuring messages about my fur baby. I wish I lived local because I would love to have her watch over Zoey again! Another bonus was that Zoey had the opportunity to socialize with other pups and make some new friends! Zoey can be stand offish sometimes, and usually takes a while to make new friends. Under Brittany's care, she had new friends in one visit! She only has a handful of fury friends and we don't come across opportunities of exposure too often. I'm also kind of a helicopter parent myself... so for anyone out there like me, trust Brittany. Being able to travel, work, or even just have a day to yourself, and not have the constant worry if your pup is okay is priceless!”

I am available to watch your animals Monday through Sunday! I am available for up to 3 drop in visits daily between 6am through 5pm. About: I've spent my whole life living with dogs and being surrounded by animals! I started truly taking care of my animals when I was 14. Making sure their water bowl was full, feeding them when my parents couldn't, taking them out to let them sunbathe or just frolic, playing with them, and taking them on walks. My second oldest dog, Chilis (yes I named him that when I was about 5 or 6 😂) has had seizures since my family adopted him many years ago. My work schedule is very flexible, I will be able to keep your fur baby company, and attend to any special needs they might have. I have a couple of dog parks all around me for the pups to run around and play and a large crate available if preferred.
