“I’ll be the first to admit that I was anxious about having someone I don’t know in my house taking care of my babies, but Leanne eased my worries and followed through. Leanne messaged me regularly just to check in or if she had any questions. She sent pics and talked about how sweet they are. I’ve already booked our next stay with Leanne and know I have nothing to worry about now.”

“Katherine was amazing with our boy, Koopa, while we were on a work trip. She was very responsive, responsible and Koop was pampered while we were away. We will definitely book with her again!”

“WE LOVE ZUBIN !! 🩷 she sent me so many photos of my fur babies and was very very quick to respond! I came home to a clean house and an adorable water color painting of my babies. Already rebooked for December.”

“Elyssa was a wonderful sitter. We have two cats and I admit, I leave a lot of notes. She came for a walkthrough and I could tell our boys liked her. She was great communicating updates and sent us photos even though it was a short visit. I would love for her to be our go to sitter”

“Ella was a great sitter! She took great care of our two aussies and kept us informed throughout the time she was there. And she sent lots of pictures, which we loved! One of our dogs has a history of seizures and I felt like he was in great hands with his daily medications. I would highly recommend Ella!”

About: Hi! I’m a dog mom who takes pet care seriously and understands that every pet has unique needs. I have hands-on experience caring for my own dog, including daily walks, enrichment, supplements, medications, special feeding routines, and monitoring changes in behavior or health. I’m especially knowledgeable about caring for small dogs and pets with mobility concerns. Through caring for my own dog, I’ve learned the importance of preventative care, safe exercise, elevated feeding setups when appropriate, joint health support, and following veterinarian recommendations closely. I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions, whether that means preparing bone broth toppers, adding supplements, maintaining medication schedules, monitoring food intake, or sticking to a specific routine. I know that small details matter when it comes to keeping pets happy, healthy, and comfortable. Communication is important to me, so I’ll keep you updated with photos and notes while you’re away. My goal is simple: to provide the same level of care, attention, and peace of mind that I’d want for my own dog. Whether your pet is energetic and playful, a senior who needs a little extra support, or somewhere in between, they’ll be treated like family. I’m currently searching for full-time work opportunities, so I and have daily availability to spend great outdoors time with your pup at any time of day. Safety comes first in everything I do. I carefully follow feeding routines, medication schedules, supplement instructions, exercise restrictions, and any veterinarian recommendations provided by owners. I’m especially attentive to pets with mobility concerns, senior pets, or pets with special routines. I pay close attention to behavior, appetite, hydration, and overall well-being and will communicate regularly so you can feel confident your pet is happy, safe, and cared for while you’re away.
“Mikayla loved our pup so well and was incredibly patient with his nerves. She kept us updated daily and was constantly trying to make our pup’s life better! She was a great pet and house sitter. We will definitely use her again!”

About: I’ve grown up having dogs and have cared for many of my friends’/colleagues’ dogs when they need me to. I enjoy taking care of them and going on walks. I have maintained training instructions when I do my drop in visits. I am currently working as a full time graduate student but have time both before and after work for any drop in visits. I also have more availability on weekends. I am currently only available for drop in visits which include but not limited to feeding/watering, going on walks (for dogs), cleaning litter box (for cats), administering medication, and playing/spending time with your pet.
“Such peace of mind knowing that Lindsey was with Emmy Lou during our two week absence!! And when we got home we could tell that Emmy Lou was not wanting Lindsey to leave and since then she has checked the guest bedroom several times looking for Lindsey, which speaks volumes. It was a wonderful experience for parents and pup alike. Thank you!”

“Eric is first and foremost a very kind person. He is obviously a pet lover, and our dog Daisy enjoys being the beneficiary of his attention. In fact, this morning she was looking for him, and I had to convince her to eat her breakfast! Eric is also great at staying in touch. I never have to wonder how things are going as there are photos and notes to reassure me. I guess I am a helicopter pet mom, so this is great. If I had to go on an extended trip and leave my pup, Eric would be my first and perhaps only choice. If you want to travel with confidence, look no further.”

“Emma is so great- highly recommend!! She stayed at my home for a week and took exceptional care of my dog and house. She was punctual, responsive, coordinated household items, and my dog loves her. She is so caring and a true pet whisperer. Grateful for Emma!”

“Dannie was flexible, kind, and easy to work with. He provided care under unique + high maintenance circumstances where he accommodated 1) the need for flexible timing and location while I traveled to town for work and 2) to care of my dog who requires constant vigilance to manage a subtle injury where inattention could result in immediate paralysis.”

“I’ve used Rover more than 20 times over the years, and Rose was by far the best sitter we’ve ever had! She went above and beyond to ensure we knew our pups were in great hands, keeping us updated and handling every detail with care. She not only met all of our requests but exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend!”

“Austin was an amazing dog sitter! He kept us up to date with pictures and summaries of his visit, came at the times he discussed with us, and our dogs loved him! It was great to have Austin keep our dogs happy on our trip, he helped so much! Thanks Austin!”

“Jabe did such a wonderful job with our dogs, Dolly and Baxter. He was thorough and asked great questions that showed he really cared about making sure they were taken care of. He sent us updates and photos of the pups while we were away, which always is appreciated. He’s also the only pet sitter who left us a welcome home note and thanked us for letting him watch our pups. So thoughtful. Highly recommend!!!”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Sylvan Park
Lia & Jacob were super communicative and took great care of our pups. We were really nervous about leaving them for an extended weekend but they were so kind in answering any and all questions that we had. We’re extremely grateful that our dogs and our home were taken care of like they were their own.

Erin is the absolute best!.She takes care of our 3 pups with the utmost of care. Tending very carefully to each individual personality. She sends us the best updates that we love reading in tons of pictures. High level of attention to detail and care, she really pays attention and notices all the nuances. The dogs are well cared for, exercised and loved on. Would highly recommend Erin to anyone looking.
We were very happy with Andile and would absolutely book with her again! From the first meet and greet, she was warm, personable, and easy to talk to. Our corgi Merlin, who doesn't always warm up to new people right away, took to her immediately and quickly became her shadow during the stay. Merlin is still recovering from ACL surgery, so it was important to us to find someone who could be home with the pets most of the time. Andile was wonderful about that and gave us great peace of mind while we were away. She took excellent care of our three dogs and two cats and sent plenty of updates and photos. We came home to happy pets, a well-cared-for home, and the feeling that everything had gone smoothly while we were away. We highly recommend Andile and would not hesitate to book with her again. In fact, we tried to schedule her as she was heading out the driveway. We were sad she was going to be out of town the weekend we need her.
