About: My experience includes working at Vanderbilt as an Animal Care Tech, Tennessee Aquarium, and an animal clinic as a vet assistant. Whether it’s pet sitting, administering an injection, or taking your pup to their appointment, I’d be happy to help! I’m versatile when it comes to various breeds and sizes and am eager to fulfill their needs! Also open to exotics and large animals!! Since I'm currently working full time, I need to schedule around my shifts but I'm flexible! I work 8 hrs/day but am available in the afternoon. Caring for your pet all comes down to routine. I believe that maintaining a routine allows your pet to find comfort in some familiarity. My style also includes avoiding minimal stress and potential safety risks.

About: As someone who’s always had animals, I know it can be hard to leave them and your house with someone new. I’m ready to make the transition as smooth as possible for both you and your furry companion! I’m a full time cosmetology student so I’m free after 3:30 Tuesday through Saturday to commit time to your animals and house whenever you need! And of course I’m flexible to come check in on them throughout the day, just let me know. As I have a kitty of my own, I want to respect your’s and your animals’ space. I’ll make sure they’re fed and their areas clean. That they get attention and play time as needed. And in case of emergency or abnormal behavior, that they are cared for or taken to the vet if warranted. I will take care of them with the love and attention I give my own pet.

She took Olivia on walks and played until the puppy was worn out — a tired, happy pup is our goal. We look forward to working with Emily again!”

About: I’ve grown up having dogs and have cared for many of my friends’/colleagues’ dogs when they need me to. I enjoy taking care of them and going on walks. I have maintained training instructions when I do my drop in visits. I am currently working as a full time graduate student but have time both before and after work for any drop in visits. I also have more availability on weekends. I am currently only available for drop in visits which include but not limited to feeding/watering, going on walks (for dogs), cleaning litter box (for cats), administering medication, and playing/spending time with your pet.

“Elyssa is absolutely a fantastic sitter. She watched our golden retriever for the weekend while we were out of town. It was our first time leaving him post moving which always makes me nervous. Elyssa, though, was fantastic. At first contact, she set up a meet and greet to come meet us and Triton to make sure we were a good fit (which I appreciated a ton). It always makes me feel better meeting the person who will be taking care of my fur baby. She is great at communication and responds quickly with any updates. Triton got so much love and pets while we were gone and we were able to not worry of him while being gone. I’m really grateful for how well he was taken care of and the peace of mind we had leaving him in Elyssa’s hands!”
