About: I grew up with a family dog who was a shih tzu and poodle mix. Now, I largely work with dogs who might need a little extra attention, but I’m open to working with other furry friends! Does your pet need medicine 3 times a day? I do that. Does your dog have leash aggression or very specific likes and dislikes? I've dealt with that too. Separation anxiety? Check! Senior dogs struggling with incontinence? I'm here to help. Currently, I offer house sitting (taking out trash, plant care, etc), drop ins, pet sitting (2-3 walks, medicine if applicable, feeding, play time), pet walks, and feeding. I can sometimes accommodate last minute bookings and am available most holidays and weekends. I offer pet sitting in my client's home to keep pets in the environment where they feel safest. About: I am a very loving girl when it comes to animals. I have taken care of them for ages. My parents always made sure when I was little that I had an animal to take care of. I have many clients at home that I dogsit for, and I also worked at a preschool with animals. My job after the school day was done, was to take care of the animals. I can mainly do middle of day- to night. My schedule can be flexible, but it can also be stagnant. So, if I can I will always be available for you, and try my best to be! Usually at home I let the dogs go potty, I play with them, and I feed them. There was this one client that made me take the dog home and have her with me for 2 days.

About: I am my friends and family’s go-to pet sitter for both cats and dogs! I’ve been independently pet sitting for them for over 10 years. I work from a quiet pet-free home and I’m around all day! I just lost my 16 year old golden retriever, so he provided me with dog experience from the puppy stage all the way to some pretty intense senior care the last few years of his life. I work from home in a quiet apartment so I’m available all day every day! I spend a lot of time at home with the exception of going to the gym most evenings for about 1.5 hours, and I go for a few daily walks. I live in an apartment that has access to a dog park/yard if your pup is social, or multiple paved walking routes if otherwise. I go for long walks daily so if they need that, it’s part of my routine anyway!

About: Growing up, I was surrounded with pets and dogs of all breeds. I love all dogs and am currently raising my own Aussie Doodle who loves to have puppy friends around! Being a Dog Mom isn’t easy by any means, but I fully potty and house trained my pup Mocha. I work full time from home so I’m available all day to take care of any pet that stays with us. I also love being active, my own pup and I love to go on walks around the neighborhood & at centennial park! I work full time from home & I’m always available to tend to a pup’s needs. I can take pups for a walk in the morning + evening (avoiding the hot TN sun as much as possible!) as we live very close to Belmont & Centennial Park, with lots of space for pups to roam and explore! I have plenty of space for dogs to run and play around my house. Fair warning, our house does have a lot of stairs which may be more difficult on an older pup’s joints! For high energy and excited puppies, the stairs are great to get some exercise in if it’s too hot to go outside! I also always have lick mats or mental enrichment games on hand to keep a pup engaged throughout the day.

About: I’ve had over ten years of dog experience and love dogs! I have experience with senior dog care and can give medication to your dog throughout the day if needed. I work from home and have a fenced in patio that has turf on it. I can walk the dog multiple times a day and give it all the love and play time they need! I only use leashes when I walk your dog I don’t believe in not using a leash. I have a patio that is fenced in and I treat your dog like I would treat my own dog. My apartment is a very loving, welcoming environment.

Emily put Sugar’s collar on in addition to her harness in case she somehow got loose, which showed me she was thinking ahead and treating Sugar like one of her own. Before I left, Emily carefully introduced Sugar to the other dogs and made sure everyone got along and that Sugar was comfortable. That gave me tremendous peace of mind. I currently live in an apartment with a balcony, so there is not much room for a pet to run around at my place, but at your place I will ensure I am incredibly careful and only go into areas the pet is allowed to be in.
