Deirdre was able to administer all of the medications, stick to the strict food regimen, come by every 2 hours to check in, and even cleaned up all of the accidents from my sick pup. :/ She kept me updated throughout the trip with texts and pictures, asked questions when needed, and when my other dog sitter fell through at last minute, she was able to rearrange her schedule to cover. For many years I also took care of my neighbor’s dogs when they traveled and had my own dog for 7 years. I currently have 2 cats. I have volunteered with Save-a-Pet, a no-kill animal shelter in Lake County. I’m currently a pet sitter part time, so have lots of time to take care of your pets! My schedule varies from week to week but I am pretty flexible when it comes to drop-in times and visits. I am not able to support boarding at this time but do offer overnight visits.
