About: Hi! I’m Delaney and I hope to be your new pet sitter. I’ve been caring for cats, dogs, and other animals since I was young. I have volunteered at animal shelters, fostered kittens, and pet sat for friends/family. I have a disabled cat myself, so I’m used to providing specialized care. I grew up with pets that needed daily medication, so I feel confident in that skill as well. Looking forward to caring for your babies as if they were my own! I work part-time so I have plenty of free time to spend with your pets. I can drop in twice a day or more, depending on my schedule and what you’re looking for. Caring for your pets is a huge responsibility and I assure you that I will prioritize them as my own. You can trust that I will treat your pets as my own. I will spend as much time loving on them as they are comfortable with, but if they are shy or territorial to a stranger in their space, I will respect that too. I will keep everything tidy when it comes to your pet. Nobody wants to come home to a stinky house!

About: I have lived with and played with dogs for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a German Shepard, and later on, two cats. I started caring for dogs as an adult in 2023. I have experience pet sitting, dog walking, and playing with dogs and cats. I have a love for animals all shapes and sizes, and will make your pets' needs a top priority. I'm currently home from school. I work a part time job as a server on weekday nights. I also have a remote class Tuesday afternoons. I'm available any time outside of that range to care for your pets! I'm flexible when it comes to scheduling, and willing to accommodate to whatever is best for you. When caring for other people's pets, I make sure to send frequent check-ins, photos, and questions to the owner. If needed, I have my own car in case of any vet trips/emergencies.

About: My husband Ian and I have over 10+ years of pet sitting and dog walking experience. We both are comfortable with animals that require more medical treatment or attention. My husband Ian and I split up our bookings between the two of us typically or share the responsibilities. My husband Ian works M-F 7:30am to 4pm and I recently transitioned to working from home. We have a fenced in yard with two pups at home ourselves to keep your furry friend(s) entertained. We do offer you to bring their crate for sleeping to make them feel more comfortable, but typically we just have them set up in our living room to feel most comfortable. We are flexible!

About: I grew up with dogs, cats, bunnies, and other animals in-between! In the last 17 years, I've been a cat mom, and recently had a dog with my ex-partner (who I still care for when they're out of town). The only constant in my life has been animals, and I get such a joy out of playing with them, taking them on walks, cuddles, and seeing their personalities come out. I used to work at a pet store (back in the day), and in the last 5 years, actually helped stray dogs + cats in my neighborhood find incredible families. I know basic dog training (like sit, stay, break, etc), and I'm quick to learn whatever else you do with your dog or cat to make their time as normal as possible as you're away. I work from home during the week and can take care of walking, feeding, and socialization. I'm also a performing musician so I travel around the Chicago-land area frequently. I like to keep your pet's day as normal as possible. I understand how nerve-wracking it can be for pet parents and the pets when there's disruption in their routine, so I try to do everything as it normally is - feeding, walking, training, giving treats, etc.

About: I have a Shih Tzu named Coco, and I’ve always loved animals of all sizes. Growing up around pets has taught me how to be patient, attentive, and caring. I also babysit often, which has strengthened my sense of responsibility and reliability. I enjoy keeping pets active, safe, and happy while making sure they feel comfortable and loved in my care. “Deidre was AMAZING with my with two pups and can’t RECOMMEND her enough! Unfortunately, one of my dogs became very ill before I left for vacation and required extensive, round the clock care. Deirdre was able to administer all of the medications, stick to the strict food regimen, come by every 2 hours to check in, and even cleaned up all of the accidents from my sick pup. :/ She kept me updated throughout the trip with texts and pictures, asked questions when needed, and when my other dog sitter fell through at last minute, she was able to rearrange her schedule to cover. Overall, I am very grateful for her help and it truly put my mind at ease knowing Deirdre could be there to take care of them! Thank you again!”

I’m very experienced in feeding and grooming, and I love the companionship it brings to a family!
