I often feel we are kindred spirits and I am totally intrigued by their individual personalities. I have cared for dogs both personally or professionally for most of my life and willingly care for your pet and their individual needs. Whether it be exploring adventure, padding the neighborhood (walking or running), gifting belly rubs, or providing hydration & nutrition, your pet’s needs will be personalized while in my care with much love and affection. I am now available to give full weekday hours to your pet in addition to my time during weekends. While caring for pets in parks and neighborhoods, I keep them on a leash during all walks and runs. If we are lounging in the yard I provide the dog an opportunity to relax on a lead while I am outdoors with them. For owners who allow their dogs to visit Lakewood Dog Park’s expansive exercise area, I monitor those dogs while they run and play off leash under my constant supervision. While indoors, I follow the rules that my pet owners prefer whether it be cuddling on furniture and slumbering in bed with me or crating them within their cozy caves with their favorite snuggle toy. I do everything I can to mirror the eating, playing, and napping comfort with the same positive experiences your pet receives in your living home while throwing in a little extra spoiling 🐶❤️🐶

About: I have lived with and played with dogs for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a German Shepard, and later on, two cats. I started caring for dogs as an adult in 2023. I have experience pet sitting, dog walking, and playing with dogs and cats. I have a love for animals all shapes and sizes, and will make your pets' needs a top priority. I'm currently home from school. I work a part time job as a server on weekday nights. I also have a remote class Tuesday afternoons. I'm available any time outside of that range to care for your pets! I'm flexible when it comes to scheduling, and willing to accommodate to whatever is best for you. When caring for other people's pets, I make sure to send frequent check-ins, photos, and questions to the owner. If needed, I have my own car in case of any vet trips/emergencies.

About: Hello, I am a work from home Dad with my wife and 2 children at home. I will be the primary care taker but my kids will love playing with your furry friends as well. All sizes and breeds welcome. We will all care for your loved one. There is a local dog park nearby as well as many trails and forest preserve land. I have had dogs my entire life and enjoy interacting with new dogs of all size and breed. My kids love dogs and will play with your dog like it is their own. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was in my 20s. I’ve also taken care of senior dogs, so I know how to handle their special care. I’m very experienced in feeding and grooming, and I love the companionship it brings to a family! I am a stay at home mom, and my husband works from home, so there’s always someone there to watch and play with your fur baby! We always have lots of time for walking and playing throughout the day. I have an extremely safe neighborhood with a little park about a 3 minute walk away, two kids that love playing with dogs, (15 and 8) and an extremely friendly mini goldendoodle!

About: My husband Ian and I have over 10+ years of pet sitting and dog walking experience. We both are comfortable with animals that require more medical treatment or attention. My husband Ian and I split up our bookings between the two of us typically or share the responsibilities. My husband Ian works M-F 7:30am to 4pm and I recently transitioned to working from home. We have a fenced in yard with two pups at home ourselves to keep your furry friend(s) entertained. We do offer you to bring their crate for sleeping to make them feel more comfortable, but typically we just have them set up in our living room to feel most comfortable. We are flexible!

About: I’ve taken care of a variety of dogs since I was little and have loved every second. I was always helping out my family’s and neighbor’s pets - and now I finally got my own puppy in August of 2025. Trained him all on my own and he is the sweetest boy! I work at a kindergarten with special education during the school year. Once June hits, I will be officially out for summer break and plan on focusing all my attention on Rover. I will have all the time on my hands to drop in and take care of your pets! My 10 month old dachshund is very well taken care of. He is my pride and joy - always getting all the cuddles and exercise he needs. I believe that all pets require the same love and attention that humans do and I treat them with that idea in mind.

I have volunteered at animal shelters, fostered kittens, and pet sat for friends/family. I have a disabled cat myself, so I’m used to providing specialized care. About: My dogs were my life! I cooked for them. Researched how to care and feed them. Walked them all the time. Gave them so much love. Retired teacher and both of my dogs have now crossed the rainbow bridge so my heart is crushed. I babysit my grandchildren two days per week. Then I am available! I love dogs! I would make them feel comfortable with me. I will play with them, walk them, talk to them, feed them, and follow their parents directions of care.

About: I’ve had animals my entire life and it’s truly my passion, everyone I know trusts me with their furrbabies! I’ve had dogs (great dane and boston terriers), cats, fish, tortoise, and a bearded dragon. About: I have worked as a pet boarder and sitter on Rover for about a year. Having previously worked as a certified nursing assistant, I have experience as a caregiver, and one of my greatest passions is caring for pets. Dogs and cats are members of a family, and it is so important to care for them as you would any other family member. I have several years of experience boarding dogs for their owners when they have been on vacation, and have also cared for my own animals throughout my whole life. I also have experience as an animal transporter for West Hancock canine rescue, in which I would work with a team to take dogs and cats from high kill shelters to foster homes or rescues. I also have a wonderful dog I rescued, Ollie, who is friendly and likes to play with other dogs at times. I’m working part-time so have time to play with pups! And our family loves animals, so it’s a great fit for us to pet sit, and we like providing a home environment for owners who need to travel. I provide a calm, safe and fun environment for pets to play. Provide walks and let pets out regularly. I believe it’s important to attend to all feeding and medication needs as a high priority.

About: I have watched dogs for friends and family since I was 12. I have cared for all sizes of dogs and own two dogs myself, one of which is a senior so I am familiar with special needs and instructions. I have been trusted to drop in, feed, let out, and walk dogs and have been trusted to stay overnight with them. I am familiar with special feeding instructions or any quirks that come with every individual dog :) While I am on summer break from school, this is the only job I have so I am frequently available to drop by.
