When he wouldn't eat his usual dog food, she prepared him special food (with our blessing). “I cannot say enough positive things about Christina. This was my first time ever using a cat sitter service. I travel overseas during the holidays and have always only trusted my friends to check on my cats. I needed extra help during my last trip over Christmas last year. I did a lot of research and after much anxiety and nervousness I reached out to Christina. From the very start before I left until I returned home, Christina was amazing. She was patient with my many many questions. She put me at ease right away. She gave me great advice but made it clear that the decisions were all up to me and the cats. She was incredibly flexible and was more than willing to adjust the schedule as I needed. She always replied immediately and was reassuring, honest, kind, and trustworthy. Never for one minute did I worry about the cats or my home. One of my cats has diabetes and even though I had a cat nurse visit to administer the insulin, Christina was happy to document the feeding schedule and keep the nurse updated as necessary too. It was a lot to handle and it was all handled perfectly. She also helped me with watering my plants and checking my mail AND went out and bought extra food for one of my cats when his food ran out! The best part of course was when she met the cats. They both took to her immediately, even my younger cat who is very curious but also very nervous. When I was gone on my trip, Christina sent me daily photos and updates. All of her posts made me feel safe and secure and also entertained because she was bonding more and more with them. When I returned the cats were extremely well as was the house and she met me the next day to return my keys. I highly recommend Christina for taking care of your furry family members and home. About: I’ve taken care of a variety of dogs since I was little and have loved every second. I was always helping out my family’s and neighbor’s pets - and now I finally got my own puppy in August of 2025. Trained him all on my own and he is the sweetest boy! I work at a kindergarten with special education during the school year. Once June hits, I will be officially out for summer break and plan on focusing all my attention on Rover. I’m very experienced in feeding and grooming, and I love the companionship it brings to a family! We have a safe yard in which I keep the gate locked at all times. We also have an extra “catch” gate going out to the garage so dogs can’t sneak out.

About: My husband Ian and I have over 10+ years of pet sitting and dog walking experience. We both are comfortable with animals that require more medical treatment or attention. My husband Ian and I split up our bookings between the two of us typically or share the responsibilities. My husband Ian works M-F 7:30am to 4pm and I recently transitioned to working from home. We have a fenced in yard with two pups at home ourselves to keep your furry friend(s) entertained. We do offer you to bring their crate for sleeping to make them feel more comfortable, but typically we just have them set up in our living room to feel most comfortable. We are flexible!

About: I have worked as a pet boarder and sitter on Rover for about a year. Having previously worked as a certified nursing assistant, I have experience as a caregiver, and one of my greatest passions is caring for pets. Dogs and cats are members of a family, and it is so important to care for them as you would any other family member. I have several years of experience boarding dogs for their owners when they have been on vacation, and have also cared for my own animals throughout my whole life. I also have experience as an animal transporter for West Hancock canine rescue, in which I would work with a team to take dogs and cats from high kill shelters to foster homes or rescues. I also have a wonderful dog I rescued, Ollie, who is friendly and likes to play with other dogs at times. I’m working part-time so have time to play with pups! And our family loves animals, so it’s a great fit for us to pet sit, and we like providing a home environment for owners who need to travel.
