Kat sent tons of pictures - pictures of the food, poop, playing, walks- all of which were very helpful at alleviating my worries and showing me that everything was ok, things were normal, Ziggy (my dog) was doing great. About: I have been in the pet industry for over 20 years. I am a groomer, and have very high end clients. I do dog sitting for them for weeks at a time. All dogs are free to roam the house as long as they are house trained and get along with other dogs and a cat. Dogs are not caged or crated unless owner provided or requested. Our bedroom is large enough for 4-5 large dogs to sleep in on their own beds. All dogs eat at the same time everyday. Mornings around 7am, and afternoon around 5-530 pm. Water is always available. On hot days they will be enjoying 2 large dog pools to cool off in and play as long as possible. Pet care has been part of my daily routine since 2006. It's what I love and am passionate about. My life would be empty without dogs. Always home to keep an eye on them. I keep my clients up to date with daily pictures and updates of what their pet is up to.

About: For the last 8+ years I have worked in dog kennels, boarding, training and shelter environments. I am focusing on gaining my trainer and/or handler certificate as well as animal CPR care. I am a professional dog walker so it's more than just a side gig for me; I take your dog's health, happiness and safety seriously. My visit to your pets will vary on their needs from just a potty break or feeding to an hour long hike. I am very detail oriented when it comes to communicating what services I have done from what meals or treats given, bowel movements and behavioral updates. I have experience with newborn puppies, elderly pups and reactive dogs. I may suggest a different walking harness or basic training methods if I feel it would be better for your pup; if I feel like I can't safely handle your dog I will do my best to help find a better fit. I am able to take up to 4 dogs in my car if all fit and get along. I love taking them out for hikes or parks but never off leash. I prefer visits no earlier than 8am or later than 6pm, but am willing to work with special requests. Currently serving the San Fernando Valley areas; Burbank, Pasadena, Sierra Madre, Alhambra, Van Nuys, Sun Valley, etc. I currently have a rather open schedule for house visits, potty breaks, play visits, hikes and walks. I can not house any pets in my home but am available for in home pet sittings. I live in Burbank so can go about 20 miles radius depending on the care request. I try to stick with your usual daily schedule to help ease your pet's stress while you're away. I stay with any training requirements and diet restrictions. The only times I leave the home are for other pet care needed around town. I understand how stressful it is finding a new pet care friend and I value your trust more than anything. (Yes I will bring in your mail and packages of course!) I communicate daily with updated photos and texts. My rates are posted due to my years of experience and changing up my own life schedule to accommodate for your needs. I also don't mind taking care of plants too!

About: From working at the animal shelter, to returning a lost dog home, I love helping creatures big and small. I’ve always had the drive to make the lives, of people and animals alike, better through offering my time, knowledge, experience and a helping hand. In the summer of 2024 I had the opportunity to work alongside trained professionals at the animal shelter and witness the consideration and care that goes into animal care-taking. I was able to also work with smaller kittens, bunnies, alongside dogs from an assortment of sizes and breeds. From 2018-2023 my grandmother lived with my family; we were the caregivers. Especially during covid, I stepped up to help with more responsibilities concerning my grandmother. I learned so much patience and also so much about what a blessing it is to have the ability to care for others. I so deeply appreciate the opportunities I have to share a little bit of life with creatures of every kind:) I currently have no job, however I am applying for part-time positions. Along with that I do pursue performing arts so I set aside time for that accordingly. Having 4 dogs and a cat at home only supports my motivation to care for more animals. I have a lot of availability through the summer and possibly the fall. Weekly it varies but I will communicate any and all time changes. I have 4 dogs that are all friendly, and I’d keep them separate from any of your fur-babies just to ensure a smooth time. Our cat has yet to interact with another cat, but she seldom approaches the dogs. We are well equipped with dry food and doggie supplies. If any dietary restrictions are necessary I will adhere. When in the house of a client, I always ask lots of questions and make a shared notes tab. I will also make a group chat if desired by the client. I tend to tidy up the environment given, and if there are desires to keep things completely unchanged I have no problem with that.

About: I've taken care of various kinds of dogs for over ten years. My family has always owned large dog breeds, and I have done sitting for medium, small-sized dogs, and puppies. I have experience with pets on a special diet, so I understand the importance of attention to detail when it comes to taking care of your pets. I have experience walking dogs up to 140 pounds, and I also own two cats and a dog of my own currently. I'm currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to help out with your pets! I'm available on weekdays and weekends, and am comfortable with mornings and evenings. I have a reliable source of transportation to reach your destination on time. I'm comfortable taking your dog on walks, playing in the yard with toys, or staying in and cuddling on the couch!

About: I’ve been around dogs and cats pretty much my whole life and have taken care of dogs for friends and family for years. I’m really comfortable around different types of dogs and understand how to read their behavior and approach them in a calm, respectful way. I genuinely enjoy being around animals and always make sure they feel safe, cared for, and well looked after. I’ve always been around pets growing up, so caring for them feels like a natural part of my routine. While I don’t currently have pets of my own, I regularly help friends and family by taking care of theirs.
