“Although this was my pup’s 3rd Rover stay with Andrea and Douglas, it was difficult for her and them this last visit. My senior dog’s significantly diminished vision and newly diagnosed Cushings Disease necessitated accommodations to her feeding/drinking schedule and physical environment. These medical issues caused a change in her personality and unfortunately led to two dog bites, which we feel horrible about. Andrea and Douglas graciously accommodated her special needs. They limited her environmental space, encouraged her to eat, and guided her inside and outside of the house in a manner that kept her safe. They regularly sent pictures and videos to keep us informed about everything happening with our girl. We are grateful for the honest communication and information that could be provided to our vet during her visit the morning after our return home. Douglas and Andrea’s handling of a difficult situation was done in a professional and caring manner. I would HIGHLY recommend them as sitters, as they are willing and able to access, accommodate, and adapt to unforeseen circumstances that may arise during your pup’s stay.”
