Naina was great with my 2 pups, and very cognizant of my space. I returned to happy pups and a house in perfect order. Their communication was great, and I got plenty of updates and cute photos that let me miss my goobers even more.

This is my second time using Allison. Her communication is great and she always seems to send the best photo updates. All my babies always look so happy & content, which definitely helps ease my mind while I’m away. I would highly recommend Allison & will definitely be booking with her again in the future.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Torri. He cared for my three dogs and my home for nearly a month and a half while I was away, and he went so far above and beyond anything I would ever expect from a dog sitter. From day one, Torri’s dog Riley fit right in and became part of the pack. My dogs absolutely loved both of them. One of my dogs is an Airedale with a LOT of energy who goes to daycare regularly, and Torri took her every morning and picked her up every afternoon. He also made sure the dogs got walks, trips to the dog park, plenty of attention, and were genuinely happy and well cared for the entire time I was gone. What really sets Torri apart, though, is that he truly takes care of your home as if it were his own. While I was away, he noticed something wasn’t right with my HVAC system, immediately let me know, and then coordinated with the repair technician to come out and get it fixed. Coming home after nearly two months away to a cool house and a tuned-up HVAC system was honestly one of the best surprises I could have asked for. He also handled grooming appointments for the dogs, including contacting my veterinarian ahead of time to obtain their vaccination records and making sure the groomer had everything they needed before the appointment. And then there was the house itself. I came home to an absolutely SPOTLESS home. Torri cleaned throughout the house, washed all of my linens, watered my plants, took out the trash, kept the turf completely poop-free, regularly hosed it down and treated it with enzyme spray, and stayed on top of the dog hair. He even purchased a new vacuum on my behalf because the one I had simply wasn’t efficient enough for a house with multiple dogs! He organized my mail, rearranged a few things in my office to make the space more functional, and decluttered and organized some things in the kitchen. Most importantly, he communicated with me about everything and always asked permission before making any changes. His description of his service as “Home & Dog Concierge” is absolutely accurate. I didn’t just come home to three clean, happy dogs who had clearly been loved and cared for — I came home to a spotless, organized house, watered plants, clean linens, a functioning HVAC system, and everything taken care of. After being away for nearly a month and a half, coming home and having virtually nothing to deal with was PRICELESS. I have used dog sitters before, and I have never experienced this level of care, communication, attention to detail, or initiative. Torri didn’t simply watch my dogs and my house. He made my life easier while I was gone and made coming home after a long and difficult time away genuinely relaxing. The dogs absolutely adored Torri and Riley, and so did I. I would trust him with my dogs and my home again without hesitation. Five stars doesn’t even come close. 10 out of 5 stars. I was completely blown away.

Christine was absolutely amazing. She helped last minute, was communicative, and flexible with timing due to our family emergency. I would recommend her 100%.

Erika was amazing with our senior boy! Medications on time, early morning walks, lots of photos & videos, even hand feeding our fussy eater!! The best!

Tellecia was great with my 3 dogs. Taking them for walks and providing picture updates. I have already booked her for another trip. The house was spotless when I returned.

Diane was great! She kept us updated and sent daily pics of George. We felt comfortable having her in our home and didn't have to worry about anything which made for an enjoyable vacation. Thank you Diane. We will book again in the future!

Andwele was great! It took good care of my dog while I was gone. He took him for runs after the sun went down in the pavement, wasn’t as hot! He also left my house clean and organized and brought all of my Amazon packages in. I’ll definitely use him again!

Michelle was amazing. She stayed in our place, looked after our two kitties, and was a dream throughout it all. She even made cookies that she left for us to come home to! Our cats loved Michelle. I loved how great Michelle was about communication, how easy she was to work with... I honestly cannot say enough good things. I would not hesitate to book Michelle in the future, ever.

Robert was great! He took excellent care of Chloe and her house. We'll definitely be using his services again.

Very pleased with our first Rover experience! Karma was wonderful and kept us updated with photos and check-ins. Our fuzzy kid, Tinker Bell, seemed to be very happy with the attention and belly rubs from Karma too which means the world to us.

Extremely happy with the care Junny took watching over my two dogs. This was my first time using a sitter and he made the experience stress-free. I would highly recommend booking with them for your pet-care needs

We had a really good experience with Brandon. Thor is a big, strong, energetic dog and not always the easiest to handle at first, so leaving him with someone new made me pretty anxious honestly. Brandon was patient, calm and very understanding with him from the beginning. He kept us updated during the stay, was respectful of our home, and overall made us feel much more at ease while we were away. Thor seemed comfortable and well cared for when we got back, which means a lot to us. We’d definitely trust Brandon again in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable and kind with dogs. 🐾

I have just returned from Asia after Numa and his lovely family sat my two boys and stayed at my house for 10 days. Having never used a sitter before, I must say i was really reluctant to do so. Numa agreed to look after my bulldogs whilst I was in Japan and Hong Kong. The weekend prior to leaving, I sent Numa an email detailing everything about my gated community, house and, of course, the boys. Numa and Madeleine arrived on the day I was leaving with an extensive check list they had put together, to ensure everyone was comfortable and happy. It made me feel really content - i could instantly see how detailed, caring and thorough they were. In addition, when we did the initial meet and greet one of my boys Archie (who is a typical English bulldog and can be a bit rambunctious when first meeting someone) jumped up and scratched Numa. After we agreed to Numa sitting the boys, he even offered to pick them up prior to my going away and take them to get their nails trimmed - what a lovely gesture (I of course took care of this, but it showed the detail and care he and Madeleine went to prior and during staying at my house). They provided me with daily updates, photos and videos. In every one of them i could tell how happy my boys were - frankly having been back only a few hours I think the boys are rather disappointed it was me coming through the door! This morning I found one of the dogs lying in the room they slept in! I reckon that's their own 5 star rating! Numa and Madeleine are people of the highest integrity, and I could tell how important it was for them that I was comfortable. I can honestly say whilst i was away i had absolutely zero concerns as i knew my boys were being loved and cared for, probably better than I do! It made my important trip all the much easier. I wanted to leave this review as, if like me you needed assistance to look after your dogs but were worried, YOU SHOULD PICK NUMA AND HIS WIFE EVERY TIME! MY only hesitation in leaving this review is that more people want to work with Numa and Madeleine and it might mean they cant take care of Archie and Gus when i next travel :-) Oh and one other thing, when i arrived last night, my house was as clean and tidy as its ever been and Madeleine communicated all the logistics of her departure. I simply couldn't be happier that I met them and would work with them without hesitation! They are welcome at my place any time.

We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter! Ann took such amazing care of our pets and our home while we were away. She followed all of my instructions that I typed up perfectly and made us feel completely at ease! She checked in every day with updates and sent the sweetest photos, which made being away so much easier. It was clear our pets were happy, comfortable, and well cared for the entire time! I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and attentive sitter! Thank you Ann!

We could not be more thankful for the care, comfort and love Brandon showed our elderly pup while we were out of town. He provided very regular and informative updates and photos showing the high level of care and comfort our dog was getting. We will definitely seek to retain his services again for our pet care needs. The only reason I would ever hesitate to recommend him would be the selfish impulse to avoid him getting overbooked (joking obviously, couldn’t recommend him more!).

After being called back to our hotel for my 4 lb dog barking , we needed a sitter to go to a concert the next night . We booked Elizabeth on a moments notice which was amazing . She arrived right on time to our hotel . Lisette loved her immediately and judging by the many pictures she sent they had a grand time together. Elizabeth took her for a walk through the casinos and out to potty which was really nice to not have to do after a night out . I’ve already recommended her to several other hotel guests with dogs . I would book her again in a skinny minute.

Chloe was amazing with Oreo! He absolutely adored her. She did such a great job, extremely communicative, thorough, and she’s extremely nice and sweet! I will continue to book her again and again and again.

Tanyon did a fantastic job with my senior dog over the holidays. Highly communicative which made me know she was in great hands. Highly recommend!
