DOG SITTING IN YOUR HOME • Care tailored to your dog’s personality, routine, energy level, and individual needs • Experience with puppies, senior dogs, mobility limitations, medications, and high-needs pets • Walks, playtime, enrichment, structured routines, or calm companionship • Regular photos and detailed updates • Careful attention to feeding, medication, and household instructions • Safety, structure, and communication always come first • MEET & GREETS are REQUIRED prior to any bookings. I provide Rover services full-time and work remotely. Like any remote professional, I do leave throughout the day for: • Dog walks and client drop-ins • The gym • Appointments and errands • Grocery shopping and other normal daily activities HOME REQUIREMENTS For everyone’s health, safety, and comfort, I only accept overnight stays in homes that are: • Clean and sanitary • Organized and free of excessive clutter • Smoke-free • Safe and comfortable for both me and Riley MY SERVICE DOG, RILEY • Riley is my professionally trained working service dog and accompanies me on overnight stays • She is calm, adaptable, extremely well-socialized, and accustomed to new environments • Many clients lovingly call her “the dog whisperer” • She has helped anxious and uncertain dogs become more comfortable and relaxed • She has never damaged a client’s home or harmed another dog • A safe, structured introduction is required before booking • Interactions only happen when appropriate for everyone involved AN ELEVATED HOME-CARE EXPERIENCE No one wants to return from vacation to pet hair everywhere, dirty floors, dishes in the sink, or a chaotic home. During extended stays, I routinely: • Vacuum and mop • Clean kitchen surfaces • Keep bathrooms tidy • Wash the linens and towels I use • Stay on top of pet hair • Hose down patios, turf, and pet areas • Take out trash and recycling on scheduled pickup days • Keep your home feeling calm, clean, and cared for Many clients tell me their home is cleaner when they return than when they left it. I’m oddly passionate about fresh sheets, clean kitchens, organized spaces, and vacuum lines. 😂 CONCIERGE HELP WHILE YOU’RE AWAY When needed, I’m also happy to help with: • Veterinary or grooming appointments • Medication and pet-supply pickups • Food runs • Package and delivery coordination • Dry-cleaning pickup • Providing access for cleaners, repairs, and home services • Overseeing household projects or service appointments DROP-INS FOR DOGS & CATS Every pet needs something different. Drop-ins can include: • Feeding and fresh water • Medication • Potty breaks • Litter-box care • Backyard ball time • Indoor or outdoor playtime • Mentally stimulating games and enrichment • Snuggles and affection • Calm companionship for pets who simply want someone nearby I follow your instructions closely and make sure your pet receives genuine attention—not just a rushed check-in. DOG WALKING • I’m an athlete and average 15,000–20,000 steps every day—with or without dogs • Exercise is my mental-health medication, and I especially love having dogs accompany me • I practice safe, attentive leash handling • Safety always comes first • Walks are tailored to your dog’s age, energy level, abilities, and personality • I’m happy to provide a brisk, structured walk or a slower, sniff-filled adventure • I know many of the best local parks and walking areas • I’m equally happy walking through your neighborhood and keeping your dog close to home WHY I DO THIS My Chihuahua, Rufus, was my ride-or-die for 12 years. When his back legs stopped working, I bought him a little buggy so he could continue enjoying his walks and experiencing the world he loved. Caring for Rufus through every stage of his life taught me patience, attentiveness, compassion, and the importance of truly individualized care. That is the same love and dedication I bring to every pet entrusted to me. Your pets are treated like family, and your home is treated with genuine care and respect.

Safety, trust, and professionalism are the foundation of how I operate. MEET & GREETS are REQUIRED prior to any bookings. • I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes so pets can remain in a familiar, comfortable, low-stress environment. • I follow all instructions precisely — feeding schedules, medications, leash preferences, training cues, routines, and household rules. • I pay close attention to behavior, energy shifts, appetite, mobility, and body language and communicate promptly if anything seems off. • On walks, I use secure leash handling and avoid unsafe or overstimulating environments. Routes and exercise are always tailored to your dog’s stamina, age, temperament, and comfort level. • I maintain a calm, respectful, orderly presence in every client’s home. • I am happily single and do not host guests during house sits. • I do not drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes or marijuana, vape, or use recreational drugs. • Your home, privacy, and personal space are treated with complete discretion and respect at all times. • Cleanliness and sanitation are extremely important to me. I strive to leave homes exceptionally clean and well cared for throughout every stay. House-Sitting Environment * I require a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized home upon arrival. This is non-negotiable. If you feel your home needs professional cleaning before someone could comfortably stay there, I’m probably not the right sitter for you. * I always leave the home clean at the end of my stay and simply ask that I arrive to a clean home as well. • You will receive consistent daily updates and photos so you always feel informed, connected, and at ease while away from your pets and home.

The dogs absolutely love Torri! I needed someone kind of last minute to do drop ins on my pups and he was able to work with my schedule as well as the pups schedule. Will definitely book him again in the future!
I truly cannot say enough good things about Torri. He cared for my three dogs and my home for nearly a month and a half while I was away, and he went so far above and beyond anything I would ever expect from a dog sitter. From day one, Torri’s dog Riley fit right in and became part of the pack. My dogs absolutely loved both of them. One of my dogs is an Airedale with a LOT of energy who goes to daycare regularly, and Torri took her every morning and picked her up every afternoon. He also made sure the dogs got walks, trips to the dog park, plenty of attention, and were genuinely happy and well cared for the entire time I was gone. What really sets Torri apart, though, is that he truly takes care of your home as if it were his own. While I was away, he noticed something wasn’t right with my HVAC system, immediately let me know, and then coordinated with the repair technician to come out and get it fixed. Coming home after nearly two months away to a cool house and a tuned-up HVAC system was honestly one of the best surprises I could have asked for. He also handled grooming appointments for the dogs, including contacting my veterinarian ahead of time to obtain their vaccination records and making sure the groomer had everything they needed before the appointment. And then there was the house itself. I came home to an absolutely SPOTLESS home. Torri cleaned throughout the house, washed all of my linens, watered my plants, took out the trash, kept the turf completely poop-free, regularly hosed it down and treated it with enzyme spray, and stayed on top of the dog hair. He even purchased a new vacuum on my behalf because the one I had simply wasn’t efficient enough for a house with multiple dogs! He organized my mail, rearranged a few things in my office to make the space more functional, and decluttered and organized some things in the kitchen. Most importantly, he communicated with me about everything and always asked permission before making any changes. His description of his service as “Home & Dog Concierge” is absolutely accurate. I didn’t just come home to three clean, happy dogs who had clearly been loved and cared for — I came home to a spotless, organized house, watered plants, clean linens, a functioning HVAC system, and everything taken care of. After being away for nearly a month and a half, coming home and having virtually nothing to deal with was PRICELESS. I have used dog sitters before, and I have never experienced this level of care, communication, attention to detail, or initiative. Torri didn’t simply watch my dogs and my house. He made my life easier while I was gone and made coming home after a long and difficult time away genuinely relaxing. The dogs absolutely adored Torri and Riley, and so did I. I would trust him with my dogs and my home again without hesitation. Five stars doesn’t even come close. 10 out of 5 stars. I was completely blown away.

• Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I’m self-employed, work remotely, and manage my own schedule, which allows me to provide highly consistent and dependable care for house sitting, walks, and drop-ins. • Because I control my schedule, I’m able to accommodate morning, midday, evening, overnight, and extended-stay needs with flexibility and reliability. • I work remotely and provide Rover services full-time, including walks and drop-ins for other clients. Like any remote professional, I leave throughout the day for the gym, appointments, grocery shopping, errands, and other daily activities. • Weekends, holidays, and longer-term stays are often available with advance notice.

She has successfully been around dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and temperaments — from puppies to seniors, shy dogs to more dominant personalities. • Many clients refer to Riley as “the dog whisperer” because of her calming and balanced presence around anxious or reactive dogs. • Introductions are always handled slowly, thoughtfully, and based entirely on each dog’s comfort level, temperament, and safety needs. • If I feel Riley’s presence would not be the right fit for a particular dog or situation, I do have reliable alternative care arrangements available for her when necessary. • Meet-and-greets are required prior to confirming any house-sitting booking. This helps ensure your dog feels comfortable, expectations are clear, and everyone feels confident moving forward. • For house-sitting services, I require a reasonably clean, sanitary, safe, and organized home environment. • Clear communication, mutual respect, and transparency create the best experience for everyone involved. • My goal is simple: maintain your pet’s normal routine and environment as closely as possible so they feel secure, balanced, relaxed, and genuinely cared for while you’re away.
